NAB Ant American Express Gold Card with Rewards

Virgin Velocity cannot book flights with confidence – I have booked two International flights with Virgin 1 paid with NAB Credit Card and other booked with Velocity points. Flights changed and not notified on both, reported in writing to NAB and not interested. Amex not accepted or rediculous surcharge at too many places! Also excess on Travel Insurance misleading. Guess what reviewing Credit Cards and will be goodbye NAB & Velocity in due course. Velocity Points Cant use points with confidence and too many places do not take Amex and Customer Servive do not want to know.

Good – It serves my basic day to day needs and the customer service is one of the best I've ever used...The calls are usually taken within 1 min with local staff and be able to answer most of my questions straight away... No more on hold issue with other provider. But don't forget to bring another VISA or Mcard as Amex is not widely accepted. The rewards and 1.5 for 1$, customer service, Amex Select and the different insurances (Travel and Purchase). Hey did I mention it's Black too?! The interest rate, annual card fee, discontinued (I think) and acceptance issue.
