So terrible - waste of money!
I normally use sugar wax (but a different brand), and this was the only one available - so I got it.
It barely removes any hairs (after following the instructions to a t). It stains things pink too - awful stuff!
I would give it zero stars if that was an option.
Terrible to use and terrible result
Having used their old product line, \you heat up the dry wiz. Green color, then strip the hair off. It was all clean. This one? I heated it up, thought they have improved the product, by making it wet, sticky, the problem is the wax remains sticky as you just painted honey all of your hands, and pink dye!! On my finger tips. It didn't take 10% off hair off but I was fully covered in very very sticky wax, whatever I touched, stuck on me, and the runny wax started running down my legs before I had to jump into the shower and clean myself out, 30m...in later, no hair removed, just a big mess and can't believe the color they used in the toffee apple or whatever they call it, comes off and now all my fingertips are pinky red! They should be banned for producing horrible product like this. SCAM.
Worst Product ever
I am an avid waxer and usually use the Parissa wax brand for my hair removal. I went to the drug store and couldn't find it so decided to try Nair hot apple wax. I used the product on my arm pit, the wax did not remove hair, the strips just stuck to the sticky goopey wax and did not come off, even after using three strips. My arm pit was sore and inflamed after using the product. I washed the wax off my armpit to find that not one hair had been removed. Luckily I called customer service and I was able to get a refund. This product sucks, if you want a quality hot wax , I suggest Parissa hot wax for coarse hair! Always does the trick for me!
Does the job for me, easy to clean!
When I first purchased this I bought it because of the smell, just like lollies! The first few times it was hard for me to use the right technique while waxing but once you get the hang of things it works like a dream. I love that this product has the easiest clean up as you can wash off any of the wax with water, whether it be on the floor, strips or on your clothes.
I usually give a month for my leg hairs to grow out before waxing again because I don't trust that this product works on really short hairs.
Ever since using this product ...I've never turned back to those sticky wax strips that you have to warm up by rubbing with your hands. They're just too messy to use! If you leave a bit of sticky wax on your legs after you've tried to rub off with the oily wipes, it's so difficult to get off in the shower! With this sugar wax you can just wash it all off in the shower. However, I will say that this product has never worked for me on my armpits. I only ever use this on my legs.
How is it legal to charge for a product that does not work?
What a scam.
Did not work on legs at all. No good on arms. No difference between fine or thicker hair. No difference with or without talc. No difference with bare minimum or more wax. What a joke.
Never had luck with brand in the past. At least they are consistent there.
I'll stick to the other brands. I'll stick to hot wax (no strips needed). No mess, no bother
works great for me
Not just about these other reviews. I had problems with it to begin with but realized it has to be spread really thin. And obviously your hair needs to be long enough to begin with. Love it. Strips rinse off with warm water and can be reused once dry. No problem removing excess from my skin. Just use a washer with warm water.
