Very disappointed that the insert was not able to be removed for washing, after one use the insert (having been Scotchgarded as well) was putrid as the child using the chair is 18 months old and attempting to feed herself. The insert had to be cut form the harness and therefore discarded. Very disappointed indeed

Order never arrived
I ordered an item through Nanny Annie Pty Ltd (as listed on paypal) through her sweetelephants online store (same seller) and the item never arrived. I have also not received a response to my enquiry and request for refund. I do will not purchase through Nanny Annie again and would not recommend
Disappointed with my playpen purchase. 10 month old grandson had his hand caught in a slot. The following evening I saw a news report on Nanny Annie playpens being the worst of about half a dozen which were reviewed. I emailed them asking if they would be recalling them, to which they replied that there were no Australian safety standards regarding playpens and that rigorous testings are done on their products.
Appalling Customer Service
I was provided with a tracking number that the courier company has no record of. The online chat staff member from Nanny Annie says that the item has been dispatched, the courier says they have not collected it from Nanny Annie yet. The chat person from Nanny Annie says she will check again with there warehouse then doesn’t bother to come back with an answer.
First and last time customer.
Wooden Baby High Chair 3in1 with Tray and Bar (Teak) - Baby Highchair
I was using a basic high chair from IKEA which didn't come with a footrest, so decided to Upgrade to this chair. Whilst the chair looks great at the outset and seems to have plenty of good features - it is the worst investment I have ever made. And thank goodness I bought it on 'sale'. Can't imagine paying full price for this poorly designed chair! They have a lot to learn from IKEA's simple but effective design.
Here's my list of cons:
1) Design - The tray plate does not have a ridge on the side facing the baby. This means my baby pushes al...
Return policy is a rip off!
I ordered a pram and it arrived fairly quickly which was good. Unfortunately it didn’t suit my needs and I returned it via courier for a refund. BEWARE if you don’t like the product it will cost you a LOT in fees so choose carefully! Unlike other companies you can’t return it for free. Even if it is before the 30 day return period. You’re up for a 15% re stocking fee, 6% fee if you use Afterpay and also shipping costs on top of that! Seems a bit ridiculous to me for a product you don’t want. (Yes I had read this in terms and conditions but I ...still think it’s a rip off! ) They offer store credit but I wouldn’t use it for such a high amount that I’d already paid. Had to do all the chasing for refund and any info if they’d even received the pram. Return policy is rubbish!
Quality not good! Return policy is not fair!
I recommend you not buying anything online from this shop as the product quality is not good as advertised (if you can see it by your real eyes and decide to get it - it’s ok). I have experience buying kid table and chairs, broken first After arrived at door. The plastic is advertised as Heavy Duty but not at all- cheap crap very thin not worth more than $15. How come heavy duty but it’s about 2mm thin, And broken when new. The guy [name removed] offer a return but at my own shipping cost/ I said it’s not fair as I didn’t want to return because...I changed my mind/ I want to return because the product is not good and their advertisement was misleading. By the way I’d better off return this broken thing and never want to deal with this shop again!!!
Awful customer service and product doesn't fit description online
Ordered a Happy Panel playpen for the online description of "easy to assemble" and "portable". It was a nightmare to assemble as parts wouldn't slot together and required extreme force by my husband. Playpen is now a permanent feature on our deck as it won't come apart and we can't add additional parts like is described on the website! We bought additional sections and they are now obsolete. Portable- well yes, My 10 month old daughter can push it across the foam mats and off the edge....not ideal! I complained to the company over a month ago, as their online description doesn't match the product we received- I've heard nothing from them.

Pathetic service, unsafe product
The 3 in 1 high chair has had 3 separate parts break on the "5 point safety harness" in less than 10 months, including 2 from a replacement 5 months ago.
Flat out refusal to refund the full faulty product (well within warranty), instead offering to send us more safety harnesses. Yes, the exact same type that has failed us 3 times, resulting in our child falling through the chair, bumping their head on the way down.
Their reason "the high chair is not faulty, the harness is an accessory that we will replace as it is within warranty".
Would you ...
Horrid customer service
Due to a safety concern, we cannot use the 3 in 1 high chair, beautifully crafted, quick delivery, but customer service is hopeless. To attempt and solve the issue, ive literally had to take photos with measurements in them and do the math for the customer service to understand., its beyond a joke.

Not happy with how long it took to post out my item
I made a purchase on the 16 of March and I still haven’t received it delivery shouldn’t take that long as I don’t live far from your wearhouse and the amount you charge for delivery it should be delivered within 3 days max I will not be making another purchase from your site your delivery timing is a joke
Not happy with mattress...
The mattress is way too hard, I had to add layers to make it comfortable and cosy. Also noticed that as baby gains weight (mine is five now), it tends to tilt on one side. I think this due to mattress being supported by one rod running in the middle. When baby moves to one side, the mattress tilts on that side.
Unreasonably high returns charges
I bought a $900 twin pram for my daughter. I needed to return it and they charged me $135 plus shipping costs. This is an unreasonably high return charge. The box was not even opened. Be careful when purchasing from them.

Absolutely Dreadful Product - Should NOT be selling this item
I bought a Wooden Rectangle Table + 6 Chairs. Solid wooden legs. Red top, seat and back rest.
The website mentioned that the table would come with a few scratches. No problems there. The kids will make a mess of it anyway. However, I was not prepared for the paint to come off while I was assembling. In fact running my nail over the top caused the surface to come up. Then the frame fell apart from the table top. Grr...
The chairs were malformed and I could not even put them together. It required chisel, drill and saw to correct. (and abou...t 2 hours) I've worked in furniture stores before and this is one of the most poorly made products I've ever seen! These items are most likely factory seconds and should not have been sold to the public. I will not be shopping for any other items with Nanny Annie.

High Chair Upset and Disappointed
I am very disappointed and upset with the Nanny Annie High Chair.
I chose the high chair after I read all the reviews online -
I bought 2 since I have twin babies.
I doubt that all of these reviews are legit as I have found so many faults with this high chair.
The seating part wobbles slightly, even though the screws were tightened as much as possible (without damaging them)
The crotch strap is the only thing that stops the baby from sliding forward, and that has to be set up so tight that it is uncomfortable for my babies and it lea...
