Just that they always have trouble with there pricing in the trade section... And i still think that they haven't put my ABN number in yet,, only been nearly a year

They ran out after 3 months took my money to get from warehouse then called me to tell me they ran out then wanted to charge me a processing fee for a refund. Wasted my time and discontinue lines too soon

Bad service, cheap tiles

As a tiler I've had nothing but bad service including staff forgetting about orders. Terrible cheap quality tiles. Calls never get returned when there are issues with tiles 4mm different in sizes ect .

Good service, not great product

The staff at the store were very helpful and my order arrived on time.
Product was not like the sample in store I received. The sample has a smooth finish that felt protected and like it would be easy to clean. The product I received was very rough, felt like fine sandpaper. I thought I had received the outdoor version, but I was assured it was just batch variation. Very disappointed in the final product as it holds marks and is difficult to clean.

Worst customer service

Virginia national tiles has the worst attitude towards customers IV ever come across in retail in general anywhere. Extremely rude picks fights and says sorry, too late in the day to be selling you glue. No more national tiles

Poor info and duty of care

Our first order ended up being short supplied due to wrong stock and broken tiles. No refund of extra boxes that became obsolete due to over 30 day period. Cost us more and waited for a refund on lastest extra different colour tiles purchased

Drove an hour: tiles weren't there

I was told my tiles had arrived from interstate so I drove an hour. When I got there was told a mistake had been made and they hadn't been sent.

Good but could be better

Store staff are excellent and very helpful and knowledgeable, the delivery on the product was not as good. Had to wait an extra 2 weeks and was not told of the delay, took a day off to receive the tiles that never turned up. They apologised and told that they would call when they were on there way, didn't happen, I needed to arrange someone to meet them asap as they were waiting for me.

Seemed to be more complicated than necessary

Customer services is terrible

Made an inquiry online only never to have anyone contact me I had to follow them up left 2 messages. Finally Brooke called but had no idea why she was calling the customer services is non existent it’s just all 2 hard for them I just went elsewhere. Less painful they should stop wasting money on advertising and spend it on new staff who care.

Poor Customer Treatment

Had to follow up numerous times and took weeks for such a simple task.
Head office blamed it all on the retail store and did nothing to help solve the issue. Head office only hindered the issue and did not care.

Would not go with national tiles again especially when they do nothing to solve the issues.

Placed an order , [had to come from interstate], paid half on m/card.....When notified to collect went to pay balance on same m/card.....Whoopsy... Told there would be a surcharge on the balance....I said how come when not told/ nor charged when order placed....

Communication was absolutely terrible. I never received any calls back from many messages left and also they were told to make contact with me after my clients did their selection to discuss with me as the builder.

Rubbish

Ordered from online store. Received an email to call them (they didn't bother trying to call me) to be told the tile was out of stock and will not be available for four months! Who advertises a product they don't actually have available to sell? Four months is a completely unreasonable timeframe. Perhaps remove products from your store that you don't actually have available to sell.

Prices different in country

They advertise one price on-line but instore more expensive and reason stated as surcharge for country stores, would have thought Ballarat wasn't that far from Melbourne, will stick to Bunnings for tiling from now

I ordered the belgium stone tile online after finally making a decision and finding a tile I liked. I purchased the tiles online, the money was taken from my account that day and i made a requested to be delivered on the wednesday. I paid for parking to make it an easy transfer into my car on the wednesday and thursday (thinking they would come by thursday). I started a live chat on friday find the tiles are no longer available. I chose a new tile that was $10 cheaper per sqm and the chat reported I would be refunded the gap. I requested they be delivered first thing monday as I'd have to move clients around to make sure I could be there for the delivery. They arrived at 2pm, one is chipped and no refund of the gap to be seen.

Overall average experience - considering it was the most expencive purchase I have made in years

Payed cash up front for my flooring. I was told I would see delivery would be in 6 weeks (early Feb)
Then advised it would be the end of feb. Then advised it would be the end of march.
Then in mid march when I cracked it at the manager, my delivery magically appeared within days.
Having now installed the product, I find it looks good but marks easily and feels very plastic and hollow.

Good service but bad limited returns policy

Was really happy with the in store service. Great help.
However they were un-budgable on their strict 30 days return policy for unused and unopened tiles. So don't bet on returning unused tiles if you construction period takes longer than expected. After such a great experience in store when buying the tiles it left a bad taste in my mouth having a few boxes of unused tiles lying around the house.

Not very accommodating to change delivery

Wanted to collect the tiles early from the store where they were coming from as I was going away and was told the paperwork was done and I couldn’t and the tiles took another 3 days to arrive from a store 5km away

Twice I have purchased tiles from in-store and neither time was I contacted to be advised of the tiles arrival into said store.
I ended up ringing them 3 weeks + after the estimated arrival date. They had arrived earlier but no one bothers to check & advice of arrival.

False Advertising

The National Tiles online store advertises products and facilitates the order of these, then after payment is made, informs the products are not available for delivery for a few weeks.
This information should be provided at the time of the order so the prospective purchaser can then choose whether to proceed or not.
The staff at the National Tiles store in Traralgon were excellent and they are clearly placed at a disadvantaged position due to the cheaper prices of sale items on the online store.
Some of the online store staff tried to be helpful but the company's inefficient processes are obviously letting them down too.
We would advise against ordering products from National Tiles online.
Very poor service.
