My dishwasher started to show EO5 error last year. Contacted National Appliance Repair and paid $154 call out fee on 1/11/21. Was told I was lucky that my dishwasher only needed a new PC board at $568 because if the heat element was needing to be replaced, I’d be better off getting a new dishwasher. Went ahead on the repair. When the part arrived with the repairer, I was told that the heat pump was now broken and needs replacing. As I was now $595 out of pocket, I decided to pay an additional $568.70 for a new heat pump as my dishwasher cost $1...

Worst experience ever!!! I do not understand how they get this rating on Google. Our electric cooktop needs a fix. We called them 3 weeks ago. Paid $200 for someone to come and check what’s wrong with it. We then paid ~$1,300 to order new parts. They came and took the entire cooktop away and now it’s has been more than 2 weeks without a cooktop ….. we have received NO updates whatsoever in regards to where is the new parts and when they can get the cooktop fixed. We have been trying to call them almost every second day to check the progress. Th...

It was very easy to book in a service and repair call. Initially a 3 week wait, but they called as a cancellation time slot became available. The technician fixed the issue, quickly and knew what he was doing.

The service team organising the parts didnt quite seem with it. They rang to start process with the part & thought it all organised & then few hours later i received another call to organise. When i said we'd already done it he seemed a bit confused for a bit. So communication in sales maybe not the best, however, technician Adam who came & fitted the part was very professional & got job done quickly. Satisfied customer overall.

From making the appointment to the service persons arrival I was always kept informed. Communication was excellent. The service person when he arrived was very friendly, extremely helpful and very efficient.

It very quick and comfortable timing in the morning. The works were done with object oriented. The technician Mr Deny worked very quick and efficient to fix the problem and also the customer care support also vey good.

The technician fixed the 30 year old SMEG oven and cooktop. He was calm and methodical and knew exactly how to get it working. Also he had the parts in his bag.
