Effective service and repair by technician. Good service from call centre with follow ups. Tech arrived on time and effectively fixed the washing machine. Would recommend to others in same situation.

I am writing this review after careful thought. I initially wrote a review on a Miele washing machine repair on the 12/4/2022 at a cost of over $500. I was then contacted by Josh from Appliance Repairs who offered me a refund of $80 plus GST cost of labor from the last call out to repair. I have decided to not accept what i consider an incentive to remove my review as a condition of receiving a refund as per his email and form sent to me on 13/4/22. Very good service, from the initial booking call to arriving on time and professional repair services. The servicemen were friendly and dishwasher was repaired well. Rates were competitive and fair.

My bosch oven needed a new element.
I had a service call to ascertain that that was the problem. As it was a Bosch oven it needed to be ordered in.
I was kept in contact and told when it would arrive and be installed.
Overall happy. Thankyou.

John came when he said he would, had a careful look at the machine, found that it was too damaged and worn out to be worth repairing, and recommended options for a new machine. I appreciated the honest assessment of the risks and the sound recommendations.

Great service from the technicians, polite, on time. Could not fix our dryer but gave good reasons why and recommendations. Spoke with a William at the service centre for a follow up however did not appreciate having to complete this review while he was on the phone. Would have preferred to do this in my own time.

I used this company twice and very very happy.
First issue was with the storve about 2 years ago or so and the second time was dish washer machine.

Alex was very courteous on the phone, explained the service process and all the costs involved so I immediately booked my service for my dryer to be repaired within 2 days.

The technician arrived on time and was very pleasant and polite. He worked super efficiently and got the job done in quick time although he had to remove the whole oven from its alcove to work on it. He carries a big range of spare bolts with him, so was able to provide the correct bolt (which was missing). He tightened both bolts to secure the handle and lifted the oven back in place. A job well done.

Surprised that they take calls from 5:00am. Peter was very thorough. Same day service. John very knowledgeable punctual helpful. I am returning

Booking the service with Peter was easy and fast. The technician Adam was very helpful, prompt and polite. The advice given to me was very good and back up service was offered.

I had to ring for help with my dishwasher which was leaking, a very competent electrician came out checked it over. Next time I used it it wouldn’t go, but fixed itself 2 days later. I was very happy with the outcome

I called up because the cooling fan on my oven is on its way out and has started rattling loudly - which I told the staff member over the phone. Anyway, the tradesperson rocks up and says he's going to order a replacement heating fan? I told him he's wrong, it's the cooling fan. So he pulls the oven out, has a look, and yes it is the cooling fan. Ok great, so far it is $150 call out to misdiagnose the problem. Then they quote another $370 for parts and labour to come back and replace the fan. Interestingly the fan sale price online is about hal...

The fix to my oven was handled with great service. It's an old oven but everything now works fine, and parts were obtained within a reasonable time frame. Thank You Nationwide Appliance Repairs.

Technician was print and knew what he was doing and fixed our problem in quick time. Was very punctual and explained the issue and left us with the part that had a hole in it causing the leak so we could inspect ourselves .
