Great service. The booking was quick and easy which is important because it was an emergency situation. The technician was excellent, called before he arrived and was here on time.

Received great service considering the situation. Our old induction cooktop top could not be fixed due to age and difficulty finding replacement parts. This took a few weeks to try and source but once the decision was made to get a new one the exercise was swiftly fixed. The new cooktop was delivered when promised and the installer arrived when expected as well. The job was completed within one hour, very happy!!

Technician arrived as planned and was quick to identify the problem.
Problem resolved quickly.

Service was prompt and professional and follow up was very good. I had many great phone calls that were clear and helpful to set right timing and cost expectations. The part took a while to come in because of COVID delays but they were prompt to follow up with the installation booking as soon as it arrived

SA. We had a refrigerator which wasn't working because it was causing short circuit at the switchboard. We contact your company and the technologist who arrived did an excellent job in diagnosing the problem and recommending both temporary and permanent resolution. Subsequent follow-up has been excellent and the fridge is now working well. Thank you for a job well done

The serviceman arrived on time and quickly resolved the issue. He also provided a excellent advice on how to use the Miele dishwasher. He was also polite and cheerful during an obviously very busy day.

Wednesday 4 pm problem with washing machine - Thursday 3:20 pm problem fixed, Came promptly on time. Area left in very tidy state. Efficiency personified. Repairman very personable. What more does one want or need?

Damyian was very prompt, courteous and helpful and clearly knew about Miele appliances and was very good at giving me some tips. My experience with National Appliances was very positive. They kept me informed and Damyian rang 30 minutes before he arrived. I have no hesitation in recommending them based on my experience

Patrick was very helpful in pointing out my lack of cleaning out the filters properly. He showed he how to do it and did it up to the point where the dryer was working well. He left the laundry spotless.

My experience with Nationwide Appliance Repairs was faultless. From the initial contact over the phone through to the actual service call, they were always transparent with their communication and kept us advised when the service call would be conducted.
To cap it all off, the serviceman arrived at the allotted time, diagnosed and repaired the fault promptly and was gone without stalling or wasting time. Happy to recommend Nationwide on my experience.

Li was able to provide excellent assistance and assess my washing machine/dryer. My washing machine is fixed, however my dryer is confirmed to be broken, otherwise thankful for the service!

Repair for my dishwasher was done quietly and spare part was in stock. Left clean and tidy area. Would use company again if I had an appliance breakdown. This company was recommended by a friend. So glad I phoned them.

I enquired about a dishwasher to be repaired mid December 2021. It was diagnosed the next day but it's now been two and a half months (Now March 2022) of cancelled repair dates, constant excuses and incorrect parts being ordered. The dishwasher has not been repaired and I will be asking for a full refund for all services rendered. Terrible.
