I enquired about a dishwasher to be repaired mid December 2021. It was diagnosed the next day but it's now been two and a half months (Now March 2022) of cancelled repair dates, constant excuses and incorrect parts being ordered. The dishwasher has not been repaired and I will be asking for a full refund for all services rendered. Terrible.

Technician fixed our oven efficiently, he said the problem was about the wirings. We also asked him about our slight dishwasher problem and he gave us advice without asking for extra charge. We are happy about the service and will definitely recommend to our friends.

Excellent service
The service provided by the technician that attended to my fridge was exceptional. To ensure he could fix my issue on his first visit, which saved me from having to pay extra for a second visit, he made sure he brought the spare parts that he thought would fix my fridge with him. Then, once he arrived, he quickly identified which circuit board was faulty and replaced it all within the time allocated for an initial visit.

I have successfully had credit card chargebacks for both of the amounts charged to my credit card by Nationwide Appliance Repairs. I did not accept their offer of one amount being refunded with the attached conditions that I would not be able to have any further refunds processed and that I agreed not to post any negative feedback on any website or social media websites.

During the initial appointment the technician totally misdiagnosed the problem in a very short period of time. He said that the wok burner required a new thermocouple. 2. During the second appointment the technician unnecessarily replaced the thermocouple and when the wok burner still did not work he misdiagnosed the problem again and said that the wok burner required a new complete middle burner valve.Hi Kylie,

Read more We also spoke to the bank and advised them upfront go ahead with the charge back as we have made a mistake, we could have refused but we did not as we understand a mistake has happened and we are happy to cover the cost if a mistake was done our end. I hope you understand where we are coming from and hope that in the future we can prove to you that this is not something that happens everyday, we service over 500 customer weekly and with all due respect everyone is happy to complain and not many people are happy to say thank you when they get great service, we have been in the business for 10+ years so understand mistakes to happen they just need to be rectified. Recent error problem on our Bosch dishwasher needed technical support after we tries unsuccessfully to solve the problem. Patrick (technician) was prompt and called in advance. His knowledge of the machine together with advising more efficient/effective products was appreciated. Identified the problem and provided clear explanation on what had occurred and completed the job in a timely manner. Also provided assurance of ongoing support should any other problem arise.

We then ordered in the correct part and came back and fixed the issue. We run a service business and strive to provide good service all the time but unfortunately we had a mistake done on the part. Out of good will we have offered to do a partial refund for the inconvenience but you have not replied from your end.
