Incompetent and irresponsive
When I got in contact with Natural Solar, I asked them if they need site inspection first to give a formal quote. They said no need because they relied on HD satellite picture which is good enough for them to sign a contract. I paid 500 dollars deposit and signed the contract. Though they gave me a wrong quote number, I still sorted it out and locked in the government rebate. After 10 days, a tradesperson came to my house but found out my newly built home need additional 850 dollars to install. I declined the additional costs and requested for ...full refund. It took nearly three weeks just to get my deposit refunded. I had to make many calls and texts to chase to make things happen. I feel so lucky I didn't go ahead with them. I can't imagine how it would go if I were chasing for warranty repairs....
Very Happy with Natural Solar - NSW
I wanted to get solar and batteries for my home and after research and 4 quotes, I asked Natural Solar to provide Solar Panels and Sonnen Batteries. They were definitely not the cheapest, but by far, the most informative, and very professional from the start to finish. I had to wait five months, but I was told up front that there would be a two month wait, but what made it bearable was the very helpful and courteous support staff who always seemed to help me with any questions and concerns. The installers for the solar panels and Sonnen batt...eries were very professional, tidy and polite. They did a great job, they did not seem to be in a hurry, they just worked methodically through out the day until they were finished. Very happy over all. Just need to connect to Sonnen now which I have been told could take upto 90 days!! May 8th 2018 Update: Don't expect to get benefits from your solar straight away!!! I was happy with purchasing Solar Panels and the Sonnen Battery. What I did not know at the time of quotation and purchase that it was going to take more than two months to actually get my solar connected to the grid. I have been left high and dry after spending over $35K with very little support from my Solar Panel provider and especially from Origin Energy. I am still waiting to get a Solar Meter connected. I just warn anyone who is deciding to get solar panels to ensure that you research not only about Solar Panels but also how to get connected to the grid. I have paid my money in full and now left without any support or success. Not a Very Happy Customer. It is like buying a car and not been able to use it for a couple months!! Be careful and be aware!!! If you are with Origin Energy - I feel sorry for you. They have no Customer Focus and don't give a dam.
The long wait.
I live in the Riverina. When a fault developed in our solar array I contacted Natural Solar.(under warranty) It took about 52 days to get it fixed. Although the staff there were polite and tried to help, this amount of waiting time is clearly unacceptable. It appears that more work needs to be done by NS to develop a reliable network that can service customers in places away from the major centres. Neville
Product Support is slow.
Update 10/08/19 Our Solar system which stopped working in 15 March 2019 has finally been repaired 5 months after being damaged in a lightning storm. The Job was covered by our insurance however it took over 2 months for Natural Solar to even assess the damage. Contractors were sent out who were unaware of our Battery system and not qualified to check it. This caused further delays as our insurance company had to arrange this assessment themselves to fully assess the damage to the system. 5 months to assess and repair the damage to our system is...unreasonable, I would hate to think what the wait would be for warrantee work. We had a 10KW system installed with 2 Tesla Powerwall 1s. We did have some problems with the install and getting replies to emails and phone calls, however after posting my initial review on this site, Natural Solar have been very diligent in trying to resolve our problems. I can now gladly say the system they installed is working as Intended and Natural Solar have addressed all of our concerns. If we didn't have the initial problems of un-returned phone calls and emails for the first 10 months after the install, I would have definitely given 5 stars.

Questions & Answers
I have been looking and searching for a solar company to provide me with a quotation or quotations for an integrated Solar and wind or initially a solar system that allows me integrate wind turbine and battery in later stages, without reconfiguring or changing the initial set up for my property. I have just purchased and moved into a hobby farm in Pakenham (295 Army Road) Pakenham, Victoria, 3810. The main residential part of the farm consists of a large 6-bedroom dwelling, a large 4 car garage and a large shed on the northern end of the main residential building. The meter has been installed by AusNet and I am told by AusNet that it is a three-phase metre with a compatible (3 phase) cable.
I initially want to install a solar system of 6.xKw to 10kW system and then integrated wind Turbine and a suitable good but reasonably priced battery. I, therefore, wish to ask you consider the following Solar, Inverter, battery (possible), high end cabling and associated components and provide me with a quotation, or quotation for different alternatives with the following components in mind:
1. Solar Panels in order of preference, LG Neon2, SunPower SP-Max2-360 or latest REC panels that are considered equivellant to LG and SunPower, but much cheaper. All with 25 Yr Product & 25 Yr Performance Warranty.
2. Selectronic’s Fronius Hybrid inverter I do like to have the SP Pro SPMC 381 or better (2020 model soon to be released). I like to think that this would allow in immediate future to integrated battery and then wind turbine in to the system. I understand that the new generation of Fronius inverters are referred to as the PowerChain with highly sophisticated cooling and power management features. I understand that the new generation of Fronius hybrid inverters are for on-grid and off-grid and is highly compatible with what I want: exporting about 15kw or higher to the grid (since I got a three-phase meter and external cables (very likely).
3. High end Cabling, Conduit, DC &AC circuit breakers, and enclosures, etc, where applied, and.
4. Installation by licenced electrician/s. This is important and hope the electrician and you can sort out all export and shutdown matter with AusNet for me, in the meantime.
Please, provide me with a quotation or separate quotation for different combinations of solar panels and inverters (Fronius). I am eligible for Vic Gov rebate for either a solar system or battery rebate.

It’s been there weeks since paying the deposit for a Tesla powerwall,, still waiting for an installation date what’s the problem, why the delay?
I expect it will take a while for the powerwall delivery date to the installer to be confirmed. Once that has been confirmed the installer will set the date. He will not give a date until he has a confirmed delivery date.
Can you send me again your quote for 6.6kw system with Trina and Jinko mono perc black panel combine with Fronius inverter including your company name please as i have mixed up all?
