I have tried the Raspberry and the Double choc mocha. As part of keeping daily calories under 5800kj, its about 500kj? so maybe 1/3 of a full meal, and lasts about as long for hunger. Ridiculous that it has the calories of a cookie and feels like a full meal.

Yesterday I decided to change to the fatblaster shakes as they were cheaper compared to the Optislim Platinum I was on since 1st July.

I purchased 3 boxes - Raspberry, Cappuccino & Vanilla. What waste of money, the shakes are watery even made in the nutri bullet. Optislim Platinum is thick not watery compared to fatblaster shakes.

Very disappointed!! AVOID & pay the extra for Optislim at least its thick & filling unlike the Fatblaster shakes.

I have Been using shakes as meal replacements for around a year this time at least in one meal a day, and watching what I eat and very little or no bread or sugar. I have tried a lot of the various shakes available including medical types like Optifast and Optislim. Though I have also tried all the flavours but consider the Fatblaster Rasberry to be a personal favourite these days, I also add frozen strawberries or raspberries to my shakes.
