A god sent
Absolutely fantastic if you are 100% committed to losing weight. You can’t take this while still eating bad foods, it won’t do much. If you start counting your calories and exercising a minimum of 30 minutes every day the weight literally falls off of you.
What I would highly recommend (only because this worked for me) is that you eat 1,000 calories (of healthy, nutritional food) or less per day, take a multivitamin once every morning, and a minimum of 2L of water everyday (water ONLY, no soft drinks or likewise). Have a look on the internet ...
Started off Ok but didn't do much in the end
At first I felt less hungry and I thought this product was going to help to lessen my appetite, then the nausea and headaches started. I thought I'd stick with it just to see if it worked, but there's still nausea, headaches, stomach upsets and after almost finishing the whole pack I don't think I've lost more than 1kg. It's really not how I thought it would work. Even eating less due to nausea hasn't made me lose much weight. Not a good product imo. I wouldn't bother again.
Waste of money and potentially harmful to your health.
I bought this product out of curiosity. I was almost certain that i m wasting my money but since i d never tried something like this before i figured what the hell. 5 days after taking the recommended dosage, i could not sleep at night, i felt extremely weak, my blood pressure was very low. Losing weight was the least of my concerns. I threw the rest of the pills in the bin. Never again.
Took for last 14 days 2 tablets daily..for the 1st 2 days just little headache and dry mouth then nauseated constipation. .I was thinking they will be fixed slowly..I took only 2 tablet in the morning after meal..my sleep routine has changed ..hardly manage to sleep at night sometimes 3 am some days 4am wake up 8 or 9
Very serious side affects
I thought this could help me lose weight but no, it did nothing to aid my weight loss. Instead, it gave me a very dull face, weakness, fever like symptoms, anxiety and severe digestive system problems. Well, maybe I've only got myself to blame for using this product for too long before I realised. I'm still suffering the after affects even after five months of stop using it - I now have gastritis, acid reflux and possibly IBS. I feel sick, bloated ad lethargic every single day and it's affecting my studies. Honestly, use this at your own risk. The ridiculous amount of caffeine in there and it's laxative nature is a great way to mess your digestive system up.
Works...but dont rely on it alone
Okay iv been trying to loose weight by counting calories and working out. I have lost around 4 kilos doing this but it took weeks for me to see results.. after that iv been to holidays and gained back all the weight iv lost if not more. So i did the calorie counting again and exercise like before. And i also started taking fatblaster max at the same time and found that i was slimming down around twice faster than without it. So i can say that it does work when you combine it with other weight loss methods.
I also like to point out that i on...ly take one tablet before meal or exercise. So that is around 2-3 tablets a day. That is only half of what the box recommend which is 2 tablets 3 times a day. As for the negative side effects, i did experience feeling slightly nauseous around half an hour after taking the tablet. But that's only when i am sedentary after taking it.. I dont feel anything if i am working out after taking a tablet. Also remember that each tablet contains 73mg of caffeine so dont take them if you plan on taking some sleep soon after. So i suggest taking one tablet at a time first and see how your body reacts before taking them full on. Also do some exercise and calorie counting with it. Dont rely on this product alone. No pain, no gain..
I went straight cold turkey from unhealthy foods and jumped into these tablets. It's good but I do get light headed tho. It's Deffs kept me less craving for take away. sometimes I feel light headed and have had lack of sleep. Other note. It's been it's been 4 days and have had lost 2kgs with exercise and really good eating. Can't wait to shred more body fat and tone up #goals
.... Do not buy this PRODUCT..... Beware serious side affects!!
I tried fat blaster shakes in vanilla ice cream flavour with green tea. Within a couple of hours of drinking this shake I felt nauseous, terrible stomach cramps and headaches. I would not recommend this product and think its potentially hazard to my health. The taste is overly sweet and rather horrible but the side affects worse. I would never buy this again.
Man o man o man. What to say bout this. Only reason I took these pills was to try em out and they seriously help with my hunger issues. Makes me less hungry now even after loads of workouts. Packet says take 1-2 3 times a Day, don't do that. Have 2 before workout. And 2 before dinner that's it. Heaps of caffeine in them so be careful

Effective bit weird
I first arrived to Oz with a work and holiday visa weigthing 90 KG, with a strong carb diet and sedentary habits. I had to make drastic changes in my food and workout, as I went from office job back at home to a very physical one (as most of the jobs for backpackers are). Even though I slimmed quite much, my weigth was still stuck in 90 Kg so i decided to try the pills. They worked PERFECTLY. By the time i finished the box i had lost 10 Kg. Keeping in mind that in the aame perdiod i gained a lot of musle, i'd say I lost 15 kg of fat.
The first few days of taking this tablet I felt dizzy but kept going because i'm probably just not used to it. Then I started taking it everyday didn't feel as dizzy anymore but had trouble sleeping for days and by the time I finished two box of tablets and decided to stop because it's not helping me I started getting heavy headaches and migraines.
Um, no. Sorry.
I went in sceptical and so I wasn't really surprised or disappointed that this didn't work. Maybe if you change your whole approach to weight loss, i.e. calorie counting and lots of activity, you might see results but then you wouldn't need this either if it was that simple.. Anything that looks too good to be true generally is I'm afraid.
Not for me.
Thought I would give this brand a try. After 2 weeks , no noticeable weight loss ( even though on the treadmill, rower and elliptical 1 hour per night). Was going to the toilet more and had headaches every day, felt dizzy at times as well. Disappointed as a lot of money paid for only half the bottle used.
Really helped me with no side effects!!!
I found Fatblaster helped me lose alot of weight and keep it off! I was riding my bike 20kms a day and eating healthy and taking 2 pills 3 times a day (morning before my ride, with lunch & then just before my bike ride home from work) and they did wonders!!! I didn't get any negative side effects at all which makes me feel bad for others that did find they were getting migraines and feeling crap as I had a big energy boost & felt really good!! It's nice to know I can fall back on them when I'm feeling like I need a little extra help!
Don't even think of it.
I have recently bought both the tablet and the shake(powder) products of this company. My wife chose to take the shake and I have tried the tablet.
Both of us has experienced: dizziness. Headache, sleepless, fatigue, weakness and mild depression.
After 4 days, there is no change in weight or appetite, despite the change in urine color and odur.
Garcinia Max & Fatblaster Max - not worth it!
If you have any thyroid issues these tables are definitely not worth trying. I have been exercising on a cross trainer for half an hour every day for 5 weeks. I started taking Garcinia Max tablets (just 2 tablets) in the morning before the exercise & it did not accelerate my weight loss at all. I then thought I would try the Fatblaster Max tablets & took for 2 mornings in a row but actually felt quite sick to my stomach, had terrible headache & started having to run to the loo. I am pretty sure that the Garcinia did nothing & the Fatblast...er Max sped up everything too much & may affect thyroid. I have lost a total of 7lbs or approx. 3kg in those 5 weeks & I think that is pretty poor for all the exercise and dieting so these tablets don't do anything. I suggest just exercise and diet alone is the only answer to feeling good and doing things naturally. :)
Questions & Answers
Can Fat blaster clinical help lower cholesterol , ? And is if so is it ok to take regularly.
Wanting to loose a rapid 5 kilos to set my path for a cleaner habit, my question is , is it recommended to take the Fat Blaster Max in conjunction with the shake?
I would recommend that you do three or four days of juice fasting with good quality juices which will help you be cleaner and lose weight and get your liver and everything in good order which will help a lot with losing weight In the long term. I just bought some of the fat blaster protein shakes and found them sickly sweet, might be using the other 23 satchels out of the 24 satchel box. Much prefer the natural method. Hope that helps.
