Tasty meal replacement shake
I have tried the Raspberry and the Double choc mocha. As part of keeping daily calories under 5800kj, its about 500kj? so maybe 1/3 of a full meal, and lasts about as long for hunger. Ridiculous that it has the calories of a cookie and feels like a full meal.
I have tried a number of different replacement shakes, and Fat blaster is by far the best tasting, and I believe has the lowest sugar content. Best to prep and chill overnight, helps it thicken up, otherwise it seems to watery and doesn't taste as good not chilled. Normally if you wait a ...
Thin and watery
Thin and watery, not filling at all and tasted like a cup full of artificial sweetener. Will be sticking with herbalife and paying the extra instead of taking the cheaper option.
I dont think its working :(
I bought this halfway through 2020. I tried it out but it doesn’t taste very nice. And i dont think its working honestly. I have 2 shakes a day, and work at bunnings so its alot of sweating and Calories being burned off. But nothing is working. I dont know what else to do to try get it to work. I hate the way my body looks, and im not ever weight or underweight, i just have fat around my waist that i want gone.
I've been using it for 2-3 days now. Honestly NO change. I feel like I'm gaining weight honestly. It tastes fine.
Taste is fine. But it's not helping me lose weight. I wanted to see results but almost halfway of week one and using soy milk. It's terrible. I paid $10 at Woolworth and I'm passed off cause I wasted my money!
I’ve been using the vanilla fat blaster shake for 4 days now I have a shake in the morning a coffee for a snack a salad wrap and a shake for lunch another coffee than a dinner best shakes in the world I tried optifast and it made me sick but with fat blaster I’m always full great shakes and the taste is like a thick shake from donut king would recommend it
Lost 5 kg in 3 weeks
I bought this product on 9/10/20 at coles cause it was 1/2 price. So far i lost nearly 6 kgs in 3 weeks with 2 shakes a day, 1 full meal and fruit/nuts at snacks. Having atleast 6000 steps a day. I like all the taste but my fave was double choc. This is my 2nd try of the product. Lost 14 kgs 3 years ago. Now with the pandemic, i gained so much weight thats why i tried this again.
All kinds of foul
Just bought the vanilla plant based keto shake, made as per instructions, normally love vanilla shakes.
But oh my goodness.
Its just foul.
I tried adding more milk but its still bad, can't imagine what just using water tastes like. Urghh
It's flavour is fine. But it does nothing for apetite. The natures way with super greens us way better. But less available. I would not get it again. But the taste is fine.
I like the true vanilla taste
I have tried vanilla and double choc mocha. Enjoyed both flavours and easy to make with chilled water I have also lost weight I have the shakes morning and night
Fills you up!
I've tried the strawberry and chocolate flavours of fatblaster from Coles. The taste is average but it does fill you up quiete well. It's good to have to replace a meal and assist in weightloss
Tastes great- actually keeps me full!
Bought this initially at full price $20 at coles, however, on special you can get it for $10.
Anyway, as per the instructions , I use low fat milk- 250ml & use my blender, & a bit of ice for a great smoothie consistency.
I am VERY picky with the taste of shakes (tried at least 20 different types over the years including regular protein Shakes not all meal replacement) but this tastes GREAT. If I’m doing a heavy day of exercise I blend half a frozen banana - and I mean heavy exercise ; 10 + Kilometres run and weights. I have lost 3Kg so far, 4 kg to get to my goal of 63kg
Amazing flavour. Delicious. Fulfilling
So far I have tried the chocolate fat blaster weight loss shake and I was a bit sceptical to purchase it at first but now I love it! It's so delicious and it keeps you full from breakfast to lunch and even at lunch you won't be that hungry. I feel so much lighter and more healthier and I can visibly see my stomach decreasing in size. It tastes great with almond milk and it tastes decent with water but I think having the shake with milk keeps you fuller for longer. If anyone is looking for a meal replacement shake, I'm telling you this is the one!
Flavour gross. Doesn't work
The flavour was so disgusting and after using it for a few weeks it did nothing at all. Wish I hadn't spent the money on it as it did nothing.

Lost 5.5kgs in 2 weeks
I decided to try fat blaster as im not allowed to exercise for 4 weeks. I bought the chocolate flavour and i thought it would be weird with water but tastes just like a milkshake. Delish! Ive been having a shake for breakfast and dinner and then a salad for lunch and almonds for a snack. I was very strict the first week with it and i lost 3kgs (72kgs-69kgs). The second week i relaxed a bit, had a bit of chocolate here and there but still only eating one meal a day. In 2 weeks i have now lost 5.5kgs :) i did keto for 7 weeks and lost the same am...ount but spent a lot of money on food and exercised every morning. Ive been able to save so much using fat blaster as im only paying for salad ingredients ontop of $20 a week. Going to vegas in a week and definately plan on putting it all back on, so will write another review once im back :) but would defs recommend fat blaster
Fatblaster best of the shakes
I have Been using shakes as meal replacements for around a year this time at least in one meal a day, and watching what I eat and very little or no bread or sugar. I have tried a lot of the various shakes available including medical types like Optifast and Optislim. Though I have also tried all the flavours but consider the Fatblaster Rasberry to be a personal favourite these days, I also add frozen strawberries or raspberries to my shakes. I think the fatblaster shake consistency is thicker than most of the other brands too. for the price con...scious - I also wait for the shakes to come on special at the local supermarket (Coles or Woolworths) at which time they are half price at $10 and buy a few to last until on special again, if you purchase other brands that are a little watery Xianthum gum is good to thicken them up with, but use sparingly otherwise you may get constipated so drink plenty of fluid ............. when I started using the shakes I was 109kgs and have gotten to 76kgs and maintained that weight so far still using a shake a day sometimes two if I have eaten too much cake or the like the day before LOL!
Purchased in January 2018 for $20.00.
Re: green tea extract and full meals
I've been using Fatblaster shakes a few months now. 1) Warnings of green tea extract risks is for high dose products, some of which contain up to 18 cups. Fatblaster contains 1.6 cups. 2) This product doesn't have to be used as a meal replacer. I have 3 meals a day astound 800 cals a day, then have a Fatblaster shake as a snack or chocolate fix. Breakfast I have 2 eggs, 1/2 avo and a small bowl of fruit and granola. Lunch is a piece of fish, veggie stew homemade and some sour kraut. Dinner is always a homemade soup. My last meal of the night i...s soup so the body has less to process before bed. I lose around 2kg per month, but I keep the 800cal diet so when I go out to dinner I have some calories banked. For me, Fatblaster has stopped my junk food cravings and binges. I feel like I got my chocolate fix and it fills my stomach. The days I dont have it I seem to lose less weight. Because my diet is the same most days, I believe it does work. Rocky Road and Salted Caramel were yummy too.
I love the Fatblaster Chocolate shakes. They’re so delicious. I’ve only been using them for ten days now, combined with a healthy eating plan and exercise and I’ve lost 3kg. I fully recommend Fat Blaster if you want to slim down.
Purchased in March 2019 for $10.00.
