I have a Navman EZY45 & to my horror the outer casing has warped with the heat coming thru the windscreen & stopping it from working is this a common occurrence?

Yep mine has warped too and the screen touch functions no longer work. Straight to the bin with this one.

I thought they would have been designed to put insde the windscreen I spoke to Navman & they didn't care about it say it's out of warranty it's not their problem.
