Happy – We have had ours now for 8 years we've had no problem until this year. We just needed a small part replaced at a cost of $80. Seriously can't complain. It's quite quiet and cools and heats our open plan living space and the rest of the house. Would recommend.

Poor Quality – This airconditioner leaks water frequently and at one point looked like a waterfall was coming out. It was then that we discovered the terrible warranty system of having to have original purchase and installation documentation. The repair man referred to it as a cheap product & wouldn't recommend wasting our time or $ fixing the swing which is also broken. The fan is noticeably noisy too. Assuming it was inexpensive - but how much is it costing us to run??!?! After sales service difficult to obtain if you don't have original receipt and installation details.

Terrible – bloody awefull do not buy NEC you end up in tears with hot summer days and cold winter nights this company should not be selling these units without proper service capability the unit had to be replaced within a couple of months because the main control card failed and no part was available then the NEW unit failed sone 7 months later in september 09 and is still not fixed to this day 23/6/2010

during this time parts have been promised and failed to arrive over and over and just two days ago promised again 2 to 6 weeks to get the part but they could not guarantee this would happen how good are they

Terrible – the service and back up is not very good at all to say the least as the service center is run from sydeny and the unit was perchased in west australia name and address given if required this unit has given nothing but trouble from day perchased in 2006 where as at the same time a fujitu unit is quite and has given no problems at all
