Excellent customer service

My bank account was hacked by scammers so I notified Nectr that they probably would not be able to get payment of my account today. I was sent some very useful information from Aryan and he even went the extra mile and removed the offending credit card details from my account. Billing also came to the party with a new bill and extended payment time. Thank you Nectr. The kindness shown at this horrid time is much appreciated. Show reply

Nectr was great for me

Edmar from Nectr took my email tonight, and assisted accordingly, there was very little delay and I was surprised to get service on email out of office hours, especially when chat was closed. So was very grateful for this. I'm only disappointed my new residence is a managed service and I'm not able to get Nectr there, or I would not be leaving Show reply

Been with them for 1 year and my bill has gone from $2100 to over 6k per year

No changes to energy usage but bill have gone up almost 3 times from my dodo bill. I did expect a 10% increase but not almost 300%. I am on the home solar with battery pack.

Courteous service solved issues ON THE SPOT

I needed to transfer power to new premises. The agent did this on the spot. Power has been 99.9% reliable. Yes I have had dropouts but I have a NIPS for my computer. But not for all my electronic clocks. Show reply

DO NOT JOIN NECTR!! THEY FALSIFY CHARGES EVEN WITH A SMART METER!!

I've been questioning them since starting about the false charges appearing everyday which do not reflect my actual METER USAGE AT ALL. They've strung me along for the whole month and now that the bill has arrived I can go to the ombudsmen with all the proof of their lies. I have photos of my meters showing actual usage; I have conversations with their "support" where I am repeatedly asking why I am being overcharged on a daily basis and emails. Lets see where this goes. They take DAYS to answer!! and then it's contradictory lies.

Have found Nectar to be the best company to manage my electricity usage. They've been more than understanding concerning any issues, are above board in regards to being honest and affordable. Excellent Customer Service

Since signing up with Nectr I have been treated with utmost respect by Greg and more recently Lorraine for all of my queries. The latest problem was a bit complex and both service operators were knowledgeable and were prepared to go the extra mile by listening to my request, contacting different departments, checking my bill and comparing to previous usage with another provider to try and resolve the situation. I have felt valued and feel that a good compromise has been reached. Thank you for such a positive experience. Show reply

Holly is a keeper! (please keep her on board!)

hi im a nectr customer (Jason Anthony Rapp account A-7E8ED2DB) and waited at least 15 minutes to get through, however it was worth the wait because Holly on the other end was a real and sincere person and a polite, respectful and patient customer service assistant.

there's nothing as good as dealing with people who put their heart into their work, and Holly is to me yet another gem and a clear and shining example of a valuable employee and human being.

please continue bending over backwards - so to speak - to keep good staff like Holly and to hire staff like her that really care for customers and customer outcomes.
