Customer Service None Existence

There customer service centre cannot be got hold of they keep you in hold for hours then the call clicks off. So you cannot cancel your account and they keep on sending the product you no longer want and deducting the funds from your account.

Simply Disgusting

I get home delivery and the content in the bottle had floating unidentifiable bits in it. If my bottle has this, how many other people have the same? This is drinking water and totally unacceptable. Video attached. Can’t get through to customer service. Their service is appalling Show details

Trying to contact them about change of details

I am unable to log in to change details as shop is under new management and need to change details. I have been on phone 1 hour and 30 minutes so far. There is no way on website to do a query which would be much more helpful. Music when on hold becomes very grating on nerves. Not very happy with their website.

Hopeless service
Keep being told payment is overdue when it has been paid . Today we were told the account has been closed .
Good saves me the trouble
They don’t answer the phone, the website doesn’t work and there is no email address, useless accounts department.
Undoubtedly the worst - “Neverfail” what a joke!!!
The dispenser and the bottles can go out in the council cleanup.

Ripped off don't order from them

I ordered from them a ceramic well and 2 large bottles of water. I was fobbed of 4 times via the call centre. They deducted $64 from my account. They failed to deliver or give a time frame for delivery. I asked for a refund, and I was told I have to fill in a form via email. I then informed them I will be calling office of consumer affairs in South Australia. I was told to contact my bank and do a card dispute. I have filled in the dispute details under failed delivery of goods. I'm unemployed ATM so having $64 and receive any goods is an extremely low act from them. I'm hoping my bank will assist and I will get a refund asap. I'm extremely disappointed in the company and don't recommend them at all. Show details

Avoid at all costs

Can not provide their core service, deliver water. Their customer service to get this resolved has been appalling, I've cancelled our account and yet can't even say when they will collect their equipment.

Plenty of better, cheaper alternatives out there.

Have been a business customer for over 16 years, until today...

This company has complete incompetence when it comes to accounting.
I had an account with the company and pay at time of receipt of the invoice. Two separate occasions I received a debt collection from Commercial Credit Services for a bill that did not exist. After demonstrating the bill was paid to date and supplied all evidence this got squashed.
Do yourself a favour, find yourself an alternative provider who can actually keep records of the bills and not cause you or your company extra stress. 0/10 for all customer service requests after I called their office and no action was made from their office in rectifying the situation.

There is a reason they have such a low review everywhere, do you research and don't use them. Show details

Repeatedly charged for deliveries that weren't made with no refund

I have repeatedly contacted Neverfail about invoices for deliveries that were never made. We were charged and no money was refunded. Our account should be over $125 in credit but we still get told we are owing money. I paused deliveries yet received another invoice for a delivery that wasn't made, they renewed deliveries on their end without authorisation but did not deliver. How ironically this company is named when there seems to be failure after failure with absolutely no resolution no matter how many times I contact them.

Non Delivery

Neverfail Spring Water company is USELESS. they promised my delivery on 31st July, cancelled to 7th Aug, cancelled to 14th August, cancelled to 18th august, cancelled to today 211st August, not delivered

And again today No Delivery. took them over 45 mins to answer the phone

Can’t complain

So far haven’t had any issues, bought the cooker and 2 bottles, they were delivered then a week later I’ve ordered another two bottles and a day later got confirmation the next two come tomorrow. The delivery driver was super nice too. Show details

Worst company to deal with

They never answer their phones
They charge for a service that you don't receive
They hide behind that fact they can't get delivery drivers for my area, we offered to do the work for them, they didn't do anything about it and still use that excuse.
They don't reply to messages

Caveat Emptor or Buyer Beware

This bottle works only with neverfail products. We bought 4 bottles and non are compatible with our water cooler. We have been offered to buy/rent their water cooler, but why would we ours is fine and works with other water suppliers. NO REFUND Show details

I cannot even begin to say how horrible this company is I’ve been chasing water from neverfail for 3 months now but they are happy to keep charging me for the rental every month what’s the actual point of paying for the cooler rental when they don’t even deliver me water I’ve called sooooo many times with the same response well call you back or it’s been placed should be arriving next week yeah 3 months later and nothing.

Your delivery service has gone to crap

My business has been using never fail for years, every time a delivery is scheduled it never turns up & gets rescheduled. Only to not turn up again & get rescheduled again.

What is going on? was perfect for years, all of a sudden delivery is a nightmare.

I have just been rescheduled again for tomorrow, I've just called, apparently the driver was sick today, was he also sick the other 6 times? this should have been delivered 3 weeks ago.

Doesn't turn up tomorrow I will cancel the account.

Worst company I have ever dealt with

Absolutely no customer service - tried on numerous occasions to cancel my contract and water was still being delivered to us. After 2 months and still no luck I have just had to pay for the renewal of the hired benchtop cooler (which I had tried to cancel numerous times) as well as the sealed water bottles I never wanted! Neverfail failure

Customer of some 10 years. Ordered 3 bottles for our cooler on 27 February. Very helpful person on the phone. REITERATED NO DELIVERIES ON FRIDAYS. 28 February get a text from NEVERFAIL to say delivery on FRIDAY 3 March.

Very poor service and customer service

There is no email in which to make complaints or communication with someone that actually cares. They say they will process changes to your order or cancel order when you speak to customer service on phone or live chat but in reality nothing gets done. Plus the website doesn't work properly, you cannot cancel any active orders like they say you can, the website is useless.


Very frustrating.. our regular monthly was cancelled again for the 5th time! I get this sms message everytime apologizing about the delay. At the end of the message, it's stated ' how committed and reliable their service'... it 's an insult !! Is there a customer service manager or product manager that is in charge!! Empty water bottles sitting for weeks no water delivered for 3 weeks. To get ahold on the phone to them just to get through takes longer then centerlink not even joking.. changed companies thank god.

Lack of customer service

Ive had my water delivered to my place of business for the last 15 years in which there has never been a missed delivery date and every query made has been actioned almost immediately. Unfortunately, this company has changed in that there is no care factor for their clients, having to make multiple phone calls to chase up a delivery is not professional in my opinion. Furthermore they are no longer competitive as there are other companies offering brilliant service with lower fees. Needless to say, I will be moving my business elsewhere and I highly recommend you give this company a big miss! Show details

Extremely Poor Service

The poorest customer services I have encountered, and to make it worse they make a mistake and make no effort to fix it and do not take responsibility for their actions. And yes, it is just water, although when you have an office of 200 plus staff across a number of locations it is a challenge to replenish. Brutal customer service

My 89 year old mother has been a customer for over 30 years. She can’t use a computer to pay online and relies on a paper invoice to be left with the bottles. Most often it is not left and she now receives debt collection notices as the first sign she hasn’t paid.
This company won’t work with her and you all should be wary of anyone who treats customers like this.
There are much better alternatives. Surprisingly this is now owned by Coca Cola, supposedly a premier marketing company? Not!

Neverfail - never arrive

Worst customer service ever provided. Waited 3 weeks to be assigned to a driver... then it was missed and have been told have to wait for another 28 days. Cannot discuss issues with anyone other than call centre staff who are not empowered to do anything. Also the new website is rubbish Show details

Never fail has the worse customer service, I emailed to have my services cancelled but they sent more water next day, either they don’t read emails or are avoiding cancellation email so they can make more money

The customer service officers are not helpful. Delivery drivers and supervisors don't care. The culture need to change. Repeated complaints not address.

Being new at a company I've been dealing with the billing issues for the whole year I've been here. Different statement every time, and when I prove I paid, they sent me another that makes me think they are making this stuff up as they go. Changing suppliers finally.
