ordered and delivered the product which was inoperable , service is done via overseas "person" no evidence of local service or support , "bogus" company representing very fine coffee machines, dont use or trust anything you read

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered a new Rancilio machine; it arrived significantly damaged, and it was clearly not through shipping as the additional (external) shipping box was undamaged. There IS NO local person who answers phones or rings back - the recording always says "all operators are busy"; all return emails come overnight from "Matteo". He offered $100, then $250, and spare parts; Matteo has made it clear this is his best offer. Not willing for return / replacement, and appears to have no regard for Australian consumer law. Zero Stars!! Horrible Experience!
Had a disastrous experience with this company, I purchased an Oscar 2 nearly 2 years ago now, just recently I had water leaking from the group head so I had a technician come and investigate, they advised that it was from a cracked brew head. Being within my 2 year warranty period (that they clearly advertise on the site) I contacted New Coffee Italia to get it fixed under warranty. Appalling Customer Service Coffee Italia
Customer Service from Coffee Italia is appalling. My machine was faulty on delivery and 5 weeks later I still dont have a replacement. They expected me to fix the problem, the Call Centre provide updates or information, the manager refuses to call, you only get occasional email updates. No apology or attention to the issue; its as if they dont care about me as the customer. We all expect very good customer experience these days but this just isnt good enough.

I ordered a machine from newcoffeeitalia.com.au which is caffe Italia. Their website clearly stated "In Stock" and "shipped from Melbourne" Well, in stock it may be, but in Italy and certainly not Melbourne. The curt reply I had when I emailed for a tracking number the second time and asked if the product really was shipped from Melbourne was "our manufacturers are from Italy" and no tracking number.
Yes, this is my fault but nothing other than ProductReview will explain this.

Dodgy Company
Recieved broken coffee grinder. After many emails they will not replace or refund. They offered partial refund if i fix the machine myself. This is still ongoing trying to get a return address/ refund or replacement. I dont think this is an australian company. Buyer beware

Crap product and Worst Servuce EVER
I purchased a Gaggia Cadorna Prestige from these con artists.
This product is so shockingly rubbish compared to some what I guess are paid reviews. There are multiple design flaws including a water container that you practically have to break to remove (which isn’t hard with the cheap thin plastics used). A milk dispenser that hardly works. Measurements that are wrong. Eg 300ml of milk set gives you 150ml tops actual.
Next to this is the support which isn’t in Australia so be prepared to wait days for replies where they tell you that

Rubbish customer service, misleading website
Machine has an electrical fault, within 5 months it is now useless. Despite the 2-year warranty, the company will only replace within one week. Do not buy from Caffe Italia.

Bad customer service - decided not to purchase from them as I don't trust them
I'm in Melbourne and wanted to enquire about a coffee machine. The website said they give a discount for bank transfers and I wanted to verify that they were a genuine business first. I tried calling the company multiple times during Australian business hours and they didn't answer or have an answering machine message. I tried looking up their Sydney address on google maps but nothing came up suggesting they really have an office there. I emailed them to ask if they ship from Australia and asking to talk to someone on the phone. They sent a rude reply to my email. I'm not convinced they are genuinely operating in Australia.

Everything is bad. 220V product without warranty.

Sold 220V machine which is not suitable for Australian voltage 230/240V.
Refused to give business details.
Business is in Italy, pretending to be Australian.
Italian banking account.
According to authorized repairer, sold to me factory second which is not supposed to work due to low voltage motor supply.
$120 maximum warranty for the product I paid $716. Second failure in 3 months.
Non-existing customer service.
Avoid at all cost.
All statements about my order is this reply are incorrect and I do have written evidence. I already made formal complaints to 3rd parties.

I ordered a Gaggia Brera which arrived within a week last January.
Minor issue with the floater which arrived broken in three parts. Impossible to repair.
When I sought advise they suggested for me to fix it with glue.
I asked for a replacement and was told that it will be done - but they did not say when.
I just gave them a call again two months after and was asked to put it in writing - again...
It has been a very frustrating and disappointing "after sales" customer service.
Without the little gadget I have had two wast water overflows - very annoying.

I carefully researched the coffee machine but not the company! The customer service was unbelievable. They rarely answer the phone but if they do they cannot provide tracking (for $600 items), just say send an email and reassure you the item is on its way. Im writing this on Christmas Eve, my machine was ordered over 2 weeks ago with assurances it was in stock and would easily arrive before Christmas....it is due in 5 days time! They offered a $20 extra postage fee for Prime delivery, which I paid. This appears to have nothing to do with Amazon

Update: The machine finally arrived on the 30th December....without an Australian plug. The webpage specifically states it will come with the correct country plug.

Abysmal customer service (continually hanging up on me): so bad I actually thought the shop was a scam, and I started looking into how to report to the ACCC. Please do not shop here.. I never will again.
