Couch still continually pilling after two years!
Couch still pulling after two years on
We have had our couch for two years this coming September and it still continues to pill all over the fabric. After one year we had a serviceman sent out regarding the pilling and stretching of fabric who told us simply that it would be us coming into contact with the fabric that causes it and to go and buy a depiller from Harvey Norman ourselves. The couch was $4,000 down to $2,700 but this really isn’t good enough. Two years on and it’s still pilling on all seats continually. We remove what we can and ...it happens again. It looks dirty and feels awful. I will never buy another couch from there again and encourage others not to waste their money with getting a couch from Nick Scali, it’s poor fabric and after two years it looks like it needs replaced.

Terrible service, useless insurance, faulty product.
Purchased brand new couch took 11weeks to arrive not 7-9 as promised. Not put together properly so recliner clunks into place. Had it a week and half and then notice the faintest of blue stains on headrests. Called to let them know thinking at worst we had accidental coverage if they wouldn’t replace it. We’re told from the photos we sent ‘it was clearly a dye transfer’ and wasn’t covered???!!! They entrapped my partner on the phone asking if it could be and they responded they weren’t sure but I guess it could be. Don’t waste your money. Can’t believe we received a late stained broken couch....
