Steffi was amazing! Perfect customer service. Knowledgeable and so helpful. I would definitely recommend seeing her for your sofa. She took the time to explain which sofa would be best for our family.
Amazing example of Customer Service
From the start to the end of my lounge purchasing journey, David was an amazing salesman. He wasn't pushy or insistent on my purchase and always ensured it was about me and my family. He has a way with people and always showed the upmost tolerance and patience in making such a big decision for us.

It was very easy to navigate and choose my lounges. I found that Stella was absolutely wonderful. She has the best attitude towards customers and can never do too much for you. She is to be commended. I am very satisfied with the quality of furniture but have only taken delivery recently. I also found the delivery men very helpful.
Repair of couch.
Product is good but the driver who installed the legs of the couches did not do a good job. Must be more professional in delivery and installation of this product. Simple job gone wrong. The technician who attended my house to fix the problem was very good and friendly. I appreciate it. Waiting for a call for the other repair to take place.
NEVER Shop at Nick Scali.
Bought the Morgan 3 Seater Electric Recliner, in April 2019, from the Belrose store in Sydney. Manufacture and delivery of the lounge took 9 weeks, so the lounge was finally delivered in mid-June 2019. The sales team were very helpful at point of sale, but the rest of our experience was absolutely dreadful.
After 1 week of use, it was apparent the lounge was poorly manufactured as 1 cushion had less stuffing than the rest, so after 1 week of use we had to request a repair tech to come and assess it. Week 3 of owning the lounge the repair tec...h arrived and attempted to repair the stuffing of the cushion, but this did not rectify the issue as the leather has stretched due to the improper manufacture of the cushion in the first place. The repair tech advised us that that every lounge is made by multiple people on a factory line overseas, with no quality control, which is very concerning. Following the repair tech visit, I phoned the helpline to request further action, only to find not only is their furniture cheap and nasty - so is their customer service. After multiple phone calls, they finally organised for an independent technician to come out to review the lounge, and conduct a report, which Nick Scali didn’t even take on board. We were told the fault was due to us "over using" the lounge, at that point, it was 5 WEEKS old, and the issue started at 1 WEEK old! By saying a 5 week old lounge is "over-used" it's apparent they are excepting liability of the disgusting quality furniture, if they think that is okay. I fought with them for weeks about their poor quality furniture at exuberant prices, to which they would only offer me a replacement product. My issue was then escalated to a man named [Name Removed], who I am told is the National Manager of Nick Scali, I am absolutely appalled by the way he spoke to me, and belittled me on the phone. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. It took me to go to Fair Trading for them to finally offer a refund on the purchase, as they are bound by Consumer Law to do so. Finally the end of the experience, I had to have the day off for return of the lounge, only for them to turn up at 8pm! This is following the other 3 days off I had to have for delivery, repairs, independent tech - due to their inflexibility and poorly manufactured products.

CARLOS - THE PERFECT AMBASSADOR FOR NICK SCALI
Just a quick letter to respond to the wonderful service we received today from Carlos Serrahelio. Carlos came to service our new lounge suite, it eventuated we were charging incorrectly. With courtesy and skill he explained the operation of the modern style of battery that was fitted and gave us a lesson in charging LiFe batteries. No matter how hard we tried he would not accept a coffee and morning tea, a quick glass of chilled water and he was on his way. If Carlos is indicative of all your employees that is so much strength to your arm. The whole buying process from Belrose to today has been most enjoyable.
Worst service ever
My 84 year old widowed aunt bought a sofa from Belrose Supa Centre. She was told 5 weeks. 14 weeks later - almost xmas - she finally got it delivered BUT they refused to take it out of the box - the excuse given - she may return it ! . So an 84 year old - 44kg female is FORCED to tear hard cardboard away from this sofa lounge... cardboard is still at her home as too tough to tear up... shame on you. Disgraceful. Never will I or any other family members buy from you again.
Fantastic Customer Service and great prices
My wife and I visited NS Belrose and were served by a gentleman called David Wenden. He was extremely helpful without being pushy and was very well educated on lounges. We bought a leather lounge and a coffee table from him with the additional 5 year warranty. He was so friendly and gave us 100% of his attention. 10/10 service.

Quality ordinary. Warranty worse. Buyer beware.
Not satisfied with the quality of our dining chairs nor the lack of warranty support. After 2 years one of the chairs had a broken frame so that you would sink into the middle of the seat. This got fixed under warranty but the same happened to a second chair after about 4 years. We were interested in purchasing 2 of the same as we were satisfied with the repair of the 1st faulty chair. They said that as the 2nd faulty chair was older than 2 years they would not honour their warranty.
