Great customer service
My partner Martin and I came in to look at sofas, and Bryan was incredibly patient and helpful. We didnt even purchase anything on the day but returned to Penrith from Eastwood to make our purchase the next day thanks to his brilliant customer service.

Coffee tables
We easily found what we were looking for. The coffee tables we purchased were exactly what we were looking for. The product is of excellent quality and the delivery people were friendly and polite.

Happy with our purchase.
The staff were very helpful. It was easy to navigate around the store, and we found what we were looking for. There was a good range of products available. We bought the products on sale. The furniture was in stock, and we don't have to wait long for delivery. We haven't received the furniture as yet.

Was not we expected 1st time in a Nick Scali store .
The staff were very good no pressure at all and very helpful in every way.We kept changing and it was no problem.The range of products was very good.as for the lounge it has not arrived yet.

Professional. Service Technician
Service Technician George.
George carried on the high quality service we received in store. George immediately recognised the problem & adjusted the Ram on the lounges . Considerate to our problem , well presented , respectful & very experienced in his work. The lounge chairs are perfect now. Thank you George .

This looks exactly we were after.
It was very easy to navigate the store.Range of products was excellent.Quality looks good,but can't really comment as we have not received the unite as yet.Cannot comment on assembly as same we have not received the unit as yet.

Julie was extremely helpful and professionally friendly. I would recommend her to anyone. You don’t get service like hers often these days.

Great service!
Our lounge kept coming apart and had problems when reclining it but Frank Martelli was really friendly and fixed our lounge on first call out. Good customer service, we're happy customers.

Great furniture
Always like the furniture at Nick Scali and choice available with plenty of space to browse. Nitika was very helpful and friendly. We still have it to be delivered and are confident it will meet our requirements.

Lovely customer service
Bryan was able to assist us in finding the perfect lounge and in the material most suited to our family. His service was exceptional and not pushy like most sales people can be. Nothing was too hard for Bryan and he explained everything so well, the purchasing process was so easy. Thanks again!

Beautiful furniture amazing service
We have recently purchased dining room and lounge room furniture from Nick Scali at Penrith and can't speak more highly of the staff, in particular, Bryan. Their helpfulness, product knowledge and advice is second to none. The store layout makes shopping for furniture very easy as the space is large and customer friendly. The furniture in the store is modern, stylish and sophisticated we would highly recommend. Delivery and unpacking of our furniture was excellent as was the customer service regarding delivery dates.

Brilliant experience!
We recently bought a lounge from Nick Scali Penrith. Our experience from start to finish was excellent. From the moment we walked into the showroom and were greeted by Bryan, everything was easy, even enjoyable. Far from being pushy, Bryan was engaging, helpful and genuinely interested in us and what we wanted. We actually felt like we were talking to an old friend! I'm usually a bit skeptical of sales people, but I think Bryan is just a good bloke. It made all the difference. Our lounges were delivered and set up without a hitch. And we love them, they have turned out to be just what we needed. We couldn't be happier.

Great experience with Dilara and Penrith team
Dilara and the team at Penrith store are fantastic. She provided expert advice and took time to understand what we want and needs. She was very friendly and was amazing interacting with us and even our kids. The product is in excellent quality and we could not be happier

Excellent customer service!
We received excellent service from Bryan at the Penrith store. We had previously seen him on another occasion and were impressed with his pleasant and courteous manner and also his attention to detail regarding the lounge suite we were looking at. The day we ordered our lounge was late afternoon on the last day of sales so he was run off his feet but he still endeavoured to spend time with us while we considered our purchase. We are looking forward to delivery of our new lounge suite.

Terrible
I received my order today. It is incorrect. I asked for, and believed I had paid for a 3.5 seater lounge. I have received a 3 seater lounge instead. I was told when purchasing that the 3.5 seater was $2490 and the 3 seater was $1990- on sale. I still have the lounge product sheet that I received when I was in store with the prices written next to the corresponding lounges. I went on and on to the sales person about how I wanted the larger seats, not the standard ones, and that is what I believed I had ordered when she filled in the order form f...Read more
or us. My husband and I even measured the space at home for the larger lounge to make sure it would fit. Now I have a 1.25 seat and a 2.5 seat lounge and a 3 seat that looks totally out of place next to the larger seats. The order form even looks like it's 3.5 seats when you look at it, until you see that the sales person's 'S' looks like a '5'. There's a code there too, but I don't have access to the codes used for ordering, so there was no possible way I could have picked up that she's written the wrong code and corrected the error. There's no possible way I could have known that she ordered the wrong couch for us until it arrived! The prices match on the price list she gave us to the order we paid for. The pictures that she drew on the order form give no indication that she ordered the wrong thing for us. This is absolutely beyond a joke and diabolical customer service. This is also not the first error this sales person made in regard to our order. I was told that she had written the incorrect price on our order and I was expected to pay the difference- after we had already paid the order in full. How am I supposed to know what the prices of your furniture are meant to be when clearly your sales staff don't know either. How am I supposed to know she wrote the wrong code down on the order form when I have no access to the codes to compare what she had written down to what I actually asked for.5 comments

difference) to sort it out and get what we’d actually believed we had purchased the first time. The arrangement was that someone would collect the incorrect couch ASAP at a time that worked for us. Today I had some random rude woman call me and tell me that pick up had been arranged for Monday. No one had arranged anything with me. I had no idea what she was talking about and after she repeated herself at least 5 more times using the exact same words and not actually answering my question as to what she was talking about- I worked out that she was talking about collecting the couch. I informed her that Monday did not work for me but Wednesday, Thursday and Friday did as I was on leave from work those days. I was instructed that I had to be home for them to collect as that’s the only day they are in my area. I attempted to discuss that an error was made by Nick Scali and I was not taking another day off work for an error not my own. I was told once again that it was Monday or nothing.Similar opinion?
