With easy navigation, what we were mostly happy with was quality at a good price. Gary was good at determining what we were looking for and then offered us a combination of lounges to fit our small room, and a great deal to boot.
Gary helped us decided on a lounge we had been looking at for ages. He was very helpful and had a lot of product knowledge that helped us come to a decision. Looking forward to the arrival of our new couches! Thank you!
Relaxed professional experience
Courtney was very helpful and professional. A pleasure to deal with. reviewed many styles and was easy to get around the store. Happy to hear that it will be assembled by the couriers when it gets delivered.

We were served by Tracey when purchasing our new lounge. Tracey is a real asset to your company. She went above and beyond to assist us even when were being indecisive when deciding on our purchase. She gave us helpful information and when she didn’t know the answer she went and obtained the answer for us instead of just telling us what we wanted to hear. Tracey made us that comfortable that we ended up buying a rug while we were there too!

The only thing that I felt was a let down about our experience was that the interest free period could have had a longer period option above the 12 months on offer and that the prices of the products were high.
Excellent customer service
We visited the Rutherford store and would like to give a huge thankyou to Tracey, her customer service was exceptional, helpful, patient and nothing was too much trouble. She allowed us time and space to choose our dining chairs, but was there to answer any questions.

Tracey’s customer service was phenomenal
Tracey really went out of her way to deal with us and ensure the product we wanted and level of service was fantastic. We had previous walked out of the store due to a rude and arrogant sales man which really put me off nick scarlie but I can say Tracey has turned that all around
When we were looking for a new lounge at Nick Scale Rutherford we came across three Customer Service Officers. Tracey, Courtney and Gary. Tracey was the main salesperson, She was very polite courteous and most helpfull. In actual fact the whole three members were exceptional. Nothing was a problem and they could not do enough for us as we chose our purchase. We would most certainly return as they simply made our experince very easy.

Carlos - Service Technician
Carlos came a long distance from Head Office to remedy a mistake made by the store. On discovering that even though the store thought they they had made a mistake, they hadn't. Carlos remained surprisingly calm, very friendly and helpful. All service people should be as Carlos was. Thanks

Worst service, can't even give 1 star!
I recently purchased a TV cabinet from Rutherford store NSW. The Store Manager just phoned me to tell me they need to deliver it right now, but unfortunately I am not home and I am at work. He gave me zero notice! He also has advised me that the only day that delivery can occur is a Tuesday, in which I work. So I now have to take an annual leave day (1 of the only 2 days a week I work) to stay at home to receive a TV cabinet! Also in which I get an hours notice? I seriously think their policies and procedures should be reviewed in regards to se...rvice and delivery. I was advised that the floor stock I was purchasing would have to be sent back to Sydney before it would be delivered back up here and then delivered out to us. Why this would be done, makes no sense to me. I would not recommend Nick Scali to anybody! I also did not find the Store Manager sympathetic, nor apologetic!
