Faulty tables - they dont care
Had a terrible experience, had 2 tries and got faulty tables both times, then they balked at a refund even though the tables were brand new. They just dont care
Delivered USED and Damaged Table, have refused replacement in reasonable time frame and refund
I ordered a table, 5 days for delivery and the last "NEW" one from the warehouse. I was told I would need to dispose of packaging.
It arrives, Not in a box, but movers blankets... It has a drink ring and a damage patch including a gouge in it. I refused to accept it and it was loaded back on the delivery truck.
I rang the store, and I first get told a service technician needs to come out, as its their process... for what... I DONT HAVE A TABLE! I was then told, we've marked the one in store one with sold, (so another USED table), But the...y dont know when I can have it as it will take 2-3 weeks to be allocated to me as its their process.... ?? You dont have anymore to sell otherwise you'd send me another from the warehouse, so why would you need this on the floor?.. after I have said this doesn't suit me, and I had asked when purchasing how long it would take, I asked for a refund.... well the Store wont refund me as ready for it, its their process.. The Store manager refuses to ring me as he is on a day off, but his offer to ring me Saturday means I will get told I will need to sort it out Monday as a Business day (we are all familiar with that).. We have a perfectly good business day here on a Friday, but it seems that doesn't matter, or the time they have mucked me around delivering a USED and damaged table when I bought a NEW one.. Ive contacted Nick Scali Corporate and NO manager will return my call... leaving their poor minions to listen to my fury and frustration, and explain how many consumer laws they are breaking..... Pretty sure even if I get this table in 2021, im going to hate looking at the thing.... looks like i just have to kiss my money goodbye... dont risk it people.. They are terrible, and have forgotten the purpose of their business to exchange Money for Goods.

We visited the store recently just looking for ideas. WENDY was so very very helpful, showing us all the models of bedroom furniture we were thinking about. WENDY helped will all measurements etc, was most pleasant to talk with. PHILIP, the store manager, too, on our return visit to purchase was very courteous and made us feel welcome. Expensive leather lounge made in china
Wouldn't buy a lounge off u again paid a huge amount of $$ to find out it was made in china wrong lounge was delivered have to wait another 9 weeks and more $$ owing as u don't have the lounge I ordered and no refund was an option $$s badly spent lounge was faulty also
Best service resulting in best couch for our famiily
Peter was an exceptional salesperson who was friendly, open to questions and knowledgeable. Amy and Phil also assisted with exceptional costumer service. The store was easy to navigate, clean and well designed. The store had a wide range of Nick Scali furniture in various styles, couch configurations and colours. The atmosphere was warm and inviting with soft music playing and different lighting throughout the store. We bought a blue Dover. The delivery was smooth as the delivery men put together the Dover and connected it to make sure it was working correctly. Amy, Phil and Peter went above and beyond to ensure our experience was smooth and memorable. Anyone who is looking for a memorable experience please visit Nick Scali Northlakes.

Great Service at North Lakes Store
We were looking for a lounge. Peter was really professional and most informative about our needs. Even with the “salesman spiel”, my wife and I were very comfortable in this store. We chose the fabric and colour and signed up of the custom made lounge (delivery 10-12 weeks). The following day we took up the offer of the 3 day change period. There was no fuss , with the requesting of the swatches so that we could match our decor. After returning the swatches that afternoon, we had a change of colour. As Peter was away, the store manager and as...st manager looked after our needs. It was easy to make the change under a really friendly environment. Overall we had a great experience with the purchase and would really recommend this store to others.
Amy at north lakes store has great knowledge of a range of products in store
We were looking to buy dining table and chairs, and 2 chairs for reading etc. we liked the approach of Amy because there was no pressure to buy but she was there to give advice on both products. We also purchased a lounge suite from her earlier this year and returned to see what was available for us this time. No problems with delivery and installation of the lounge suite, so hope all goes well this time.

I purchased a coffee table from the North lakes store.
I took the day off work and borrowed a car to pick it up from the Narangba warehouse on Monday. When I got there I followed the directions that stated specifically that you must go to the office first but there was no one there which was annoying. So I drove over to the warehouse side.
When I got there there was some annoying customers waiting around for their orders. I gave my paperwork to the man on the floor and he came back half an hour later saying he couldn’t find my order. In the m...eantime I was talking to the other customers waiting and they had said they had been there for over an hour waiting. All their orders were lost too which is odd because you are allocated a specific day and timeframe that you must pick up on. You would think common sense would be that they should have the orders aside for the customers picking up on the allocated day. The man apologised and said to make up for not being able to find it they would ensure I got a free delivery ( this doesn’t make up for me taking the day off work- I now needed to take another day off work when the table is delivered.) I politely excepted even though I was frustrated that they clearly had some sort of problem with the system on the day as they were turning every customer away and offering ‘free delivery’ to make up for it. They could have called in advanced to say there was a problem rather than waiting for every customer to turn up disappointed.

Do not buy from this company
Purchased tv cabinet advised 2/3 weeks for delivery. Called to follow up 3 weeks later and advised delivery on 24/12, I advised I didn’t want delivery as I was collecting. Received call advising payment had to be made by 12 on Friday, contract states 48hrs prior to delivery, told nic scali to cancel order as gone on too long. Supervisor advised a cancellation fee applies as contract states they have 2 weeks additional time to deliver past advised date. Received further notification the pick up time is now 2/1/19 which is more than 5 weeks after...purchase. This company takes your deposit on false and then forgets you exist. Extremely unprofessional considering other furniture companies sell the product and you simply collect. Also be aware they will notify you that should you collect, NO assistance is offered to assist loading. This is supposedly an upmarket furniture retailer however they have bargain basement service. Stay away and buy from a local company who treat customers with respect.
A very disappointing experience
Waited ten weeks for my chair, when it final arrived it was badly damaged. The cardboard box the chair came in was also damaged, clearly there is no quality control or checking system when the chair arrived in Australia. there is simply no contingency plan for the customer other than reorder the chair in question-another 10 weeks. Nick Scali offered me the badly damaged chair to use while waiting for the reordered chair to arrive, the only problem is that they wanted me to pay the balance owing on the chair. yeah right !, the chair is so badly damaged its leaning sharply to right, it would be like sitting on a chair on the Titanic. LOL, A very disappointing experience and completely dissipated the shine and excitement.
The Quality Customer Service we received sold us the Couch we loved.
The store location was great and parking easy. We were greeted by a staff member called Phillip at the North Lakes store. Phillip was down to earth, personable and very respectful of our need to browse and be comfortable with our decision. Phillip sold us on Nick Scali, we didn't bother looking elsewhere.
Literally worst customer service ever
Worst customer service!! My mum ordered furniture here 3 weeks ago was supposed to get delivered today Monday and even got a confirmation text Friday saying that it would be getting delivered today and to confirm. She then received a call from the warehouse team saying that it would only be 2 of the 3 products being delivered as the third one is on the docks not in the warehouse so can’t get it till Thursday and deliver on Friday. She was getting a bit frustrated with it all as she took the day off work for them to be here 8-12am like they said...and they don’t even come she has to call to tell them they need to come today to deliver the two items they can and then come Friday for the other one. Just honestly who hires these people so unprofessional and unreliable. Don’t waste your time with buying furniture from them. As they even make their pick up times ridiculous and say you can’t park your trailer up at the back dock?!!! So stupid.
Excellent range & in store service
We stumbled across the store while visiting another retailer in the same location. Were incredibly impressed with the quality and range displaying in the showroom in addition to the service which was immediate but non intrusive. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing options given our specific likes and requirements. We are now excitedly waiting the delivery of our new lounge with plans to return and upgrade other furniture in our home given the great experience, stylish designs and affordable prices.
Good Customer Service
I just popped into North Lakes store and was able to purchase 2 sets of quality sofas at a decently discounted price before the spring sale ended on Sunday. The sales staff were extremely helpful and even allowed me to take home the sample fabrics so could make a final decision on the colours without being pressured to do so when signing off.
Nick Scali Warranty team members are horrible!!
My dog chewed the end of the electric cord and I needed to replace it. I called Nick Scali Warranties to ask advice on where to buy it from and they jumped down my throat immediately saying it wouldnt be covered under warranty, I didnt ask for it to be!! Lady was so rude.
We recently purchased a lounge from Nick Scali at North Lakes. We had looked at the lounge at another store, but decided to go to North Lakes as it is closer to us. [name removed] started by drawing up our lounge room and asked us several questions about the layout to ensure he was really giving us what we wanted. He then explained the way the furniture was made and took the time to ensure we understood the waiting time, cooling off periods etcetera with Nick Scali. I don't think anyone has spent that much time with us on a furniture purchase before and we really did appreciate that he treated our purchase as a big investment for us, not just another sale for him. Well done [name removed].
Purchase the concrete top table, looks beautiful, however we received it and two days later a massive crack started to appear, called and organised a tech to come and see it - which took a WEEK. He had a look over and only replaced the top, the second one came.. also a week later, and the top did not sit on the frame properly - which the tech should’ve noticed had he examined he table properly the first time. The girls in the office are like robots and don’t listen to what your concerns are. I didn’t want a replacement I want credit for a different one. Basically was told they are doing everything they can for us - having worked for a competitor I am finding the after service - POOR
