There was no pressure or rushing, we are always grateful to be allowed to explore at our own pace. Then a friendly face offered to assist and had all the info we needed. We do thank her for patiently allowing us all the time we needed to consult, re-assess, and decide, it is exceptional customer service. This is a well-deserved & long time ambition of my wife, to purchase such beautiful and comfortable furniture, and i thank you for making the whole experience Luxurious !

Amazing April

After many many weekends of wandering around the store and debating when to order our furniture, to time it with the completion of our home build, we finally did so today. Through all our visits, April was there with advice and patience, making sure we were fully knowledgeable about everything we were looking at, and how long it would all take. Excessive Piling told it's normal and I need to waste many hours for at least six months depiling the couches...

Couches are one month old, they look 5 years old, covered in excessive piling, the worst is the one that gets sat on the least. Called customer service who advised this is normal and will happen for at least the first six months and I will need to spend time depiling it regularly ... I asked the salesman about piling and was told it won't... lies! Not happy

Great furniture, ridiculous waiting times

Love the range at Nick Scali and the quality is great but the positives end there. 4+ months waiting for delivery is absurd and then the delivery date is constantly changing and being pushed back. Second time buying from them and I think I won't bother again

Also at explaining the optional ‘damage insurance’ and how it works. We don’t replace furniture often, so glad we stopped in at Nick Scali’s O’Connor showroom on this occasion.

Paul was just fantastic to deal with ! Went over and above helping us find the right size , fabric and design for our lounge. The thing I enjoyed most about my experience was Paul’s clear knowledge experience with furnishings. He was so genuine and helpful , pleasant to talk with and made the process stress free ! Wonderful customer service from start to finish. Salesman Tony helped us make a choice but with no pressure. My furniture arrived earlier than expected. Being able to BPay for my purchase was easy and the delivery guys (Jay) were great. Text notification that our furniture was ready, was great and the guys called 10 minutes before arrival. Very satisfied.
