Great furniture, ridiculous waiting times
Love the range at Nick Scali and the quality is great but the positives end there. 4+ months waiting for delivery is absurd and then the delivery date is constantly changing and being pushed back. Second time buying from them and I think I won't bother again
Excellent Customer Service and exceptional Customer Experience
The Store was easy to navigate with a wide range of products clearly available. I have not yet received the product that I have ordered, however based on the floor stock that I ordered from, I believe I will be very satisfied with the overall product. More importantly was my experience with the Store Manager Andrew. Andrew was truly delightful. His knowledge and mannerism was highly professional. Andrew was friendly and helpful, paying particular attention to my interests and desires with regards to wanting to purchase a new lounge. I felt...Andrew was extremely mature for his age and is a credit to the store as their manager. I would highly recommend Andrew and staff at Cambridge even purely for the customer service experience. High regards also to Mel for her friendly and helpful advice.
Very poor/non existent customer service
Staff member Matt was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable while I was choosing my furniture. However, once I'd signed on the dotted line all customer service seemed to disappear. I could not get in touch with the store by phone as they never answer it, so I had to go out to Cambridge Park anytime I had a question. The Store Manager sent me an email regarding my order so then I had a contact email address but they were very slow in replying to my email. My furniture was late arriving, I had 2 items in a linked order, 1 item was in stock ...but they wouldn't deliver it as it was linked to the other item. Then when both items were in store and I was advised of my delivery date, I was also told I would be charged two delivery fees, even though I'd been told that if I had one delivery then I'd have one delivery fee! The Store Manager has been very unhelpful, officious and dismissive. I had intended to buy a dining suite but I won't be buying anymore furniture at Nick Scali even though it would match my other furniture. Very unhappy customer!

Customer Service so helpful and friendly and store layout was fantastic recommend Nick Scali store highly. Furniture was of good quality and great prices Keep up the great work. Also would be great to see Australian only made furniture

He was so knowledgeable in relation to the products I honestly didn’t know there was so much to know about couches.
We were on our way to put a deposit down at another store before quickly stopping at your Cambridge showroom, safe to say the deposit didn’t get put down on the other option.
Put simply, we left feeling like we should have been paying for the level of service we were provided.

Product seems ok...service disappointing
Top marks for Nick Scali sales staff in being helpful to get the sale, unfortunately with our experience it went downhill from there. Despite being told we could amend our order at no cost in first 48 hours when tried to this was the scenario rang store numerous times over that 48 hours to no avail despite leaving messages no return message. So had to drive to store and argue my case for amending the order at no cost, finally they said ok but wanted me then to email them this... who knows why...did so and then a month or so later had an email...argument with manager of the store over the order...he didn’t know it had changed and wanted to charge me the fee again. Timeframes for delivery about three months late let’s be generous and put it partly down to covid but of course once they have your sale you hear very little from Nick Scali so just hoped it would arrive. Once the call came to say they had a delivery date, we said could we adjust as no one would be there...response then it will be sent back to Melbourne and you will have to pay double delivery... what about another delivery date we asked...yep they can do that... a month later. So partner took day off from work just so we could get the damm couch. But wait there is more they arrived but tasked the drivers with saying we hadn’t paid...which we then had to prove to them we had. Sorry Nick Scali you are off my shopping list for any future purchases and your poor service is all I can remember when I talk to anyone else who is interested in purchasing from you
A great experience
We found the furniture at Nick Scali unique and high quality. We were helped by Grace and she was so helpful and lovely. We ended up buying multiple pieces and can't wait until they're delivered. A very enjoyable day shopping. Thank you!
We were very pleased with the assistance we received while purchasing two TV room chairs. We're looking forward to their arrival (mid-September). We also took the insurance and delivery/assemble options.
Fantastic service, superb designs
We were looking for high quality furniture options that didn't look the same as every other shop, and Nick Scali delivered. Outstanding range of top-shelf options especially for lounges, tables and rugs. Dennis gave us great design suggestions and patiently answered every question we had - his faultless service lifted our buying experience to a whole new level. After trawling around half a dozen other places in Hobart we thought we'd have to visit the mainland to get the quality we wanted, but our trip to Nick Scali was a revelation and we bought a lot for our upcoming renovation. We will shop here again!!
Outstanding customer service
I entered the showroom with a bit of an idea but Mel was able to guide me easily. She took the time to go through ever detail and I never felt rushed. She was extremely patient throughout the process and understood I wanted to take my time and be sure of my choices. The most noteworthy was her move items so I could see them in full sunlight.
We had multiple questions about holding items for us and it was not an issue whatsoever. All our needs were met and we didn’t have one fault with the service!

This is an overdue review.. love my couches & service was great from Mel, thankyou .. we are enjoying the comfort of our reckoning lounges .. the delivery guys assembled them for us & were also friendly & gave good service

Absolutely fantastic delivery men
Just taken delivery of 2 sofas - Raj and Nitin were absolutely fantastic manoevering those heavy sofas into our house. Cheerfully did the backbreaking job and set up the sofas in a very short time.
We decided to update our electric recliners to match a 3 seater sofa (with electric recliners @ both ends) that we had purchased from the same store a couple of years prior. We have been very happy with the quality and the comfort of the 3 seater sofa so we assume that the electric recliners that match will be of the same quality and comfort. Fortunately they were still available. We found the sales lady to be very helpful and accommodating. Nick Scali in Hobart is a fantastic store, very well laid out & easy to negotiate around. I guess you can say that I am a satisfied customer.
Beautiful furniture, great service
We were very happy with the selection of furniture available and found just what we wanted. Grace was very helpful and professional in her assistance. We hope that the delivery experience and quality of the pieces we selected is up to the standard of the store and sale service.
The store, staff and product were all perfect
The store is beautiful and well laid out and one is able to truly see the products and interact with them. I had checked the range of dining tables on-line first and then discuss hem in-store and the one I really wanted was there. The quality of the table I bought is outstanding. I photographed it all. It will be delivered and installed soon. The sales rep Dennis Thomson was outstanding, thorough, well-informed, and was very very clear in being sure I understood all and also how to operate the 3 glass tops of the table that rotate in and o...ut. He is a solid and logical and helpful and observant and caring viking as his surname suggests. This was my first visit to Nick Scali and my first purchase with you. I have recommended you to all my neighbours at our Australia Day get together yesterday.
Worst customer service ever
Purchased 2x2.5 seated electric sofas. Ordered beige. Salesman wrote down grey. We immediately told him did NOT want grey. He assured us that it would be beige as they are made overseas & this is what they call beige. Stupidly we believed him. We are now stuck with 2 sofas in our room which is decorated in cream, black & beige. Complaints to customer care & head office were fruitless. I asked head office if they could get me more of the leather to cover my pale cream dining chairs which are new & next to sofas. Was told to see an upholsterer. I also asked if sofas could be exchanged for floor stock & was told no as its not their policy. Totally disgusted with the treatment we have received

The sales consultant who assisted me was wonderful, very friendly and helped me with my fabric choice. I am extremely excited to get my new couch in a few months.
