Poor Customer Service

On 29 August I ordered, and paid in full for an entertainment unit and coffee table with a delivery date of 18 September. Items not delivered as scheduled on 18 September. Revised delivery date now 16 October. Not only did the non delivery of the items cause distress, but furthermore I received a text advising me of the revised delivery date on 18 August which also demanded that I finalise any outstanding payment no later than 8 days prior to 16 October delivery date. Considering that I had paid in full for the items on 29 August I found this text to be unnecessary and demeaning. Overall I feel quite disillusioned with my experience with you company.

This is a massive store. Without the assistance of Danielle finding the right lounge for us would have been difficult. Once we had established what we wanted, which wasn't easy when we weren't sure initially ourselves, Danielle made the decision easy through her knowledge of the product and the store layout.
Once the decision had been made the follow up for placing an order the next day was just as easy.
Now the long wait!

Store was massive, well spaced out with heaps of lounges to choose from, seemed to be the right amount of staff per customer.
Matt was a great help, very knowledgeable, friendly and genuine.
We have only just ordered so haven't got the item but wanted to review the excellent experience with Matt.

Reorder a product already in use

Store layout did not lend itself to finding the product (dining chair) easily. The customer service guy (#437) was most helpfull , easy going and confirmed the correct chair as we were re-ordering a product we were already using. Quality was the key!

The store is very well laid out, you can see almost everything without moving too far. There were too many options, not a bad thing, we found what we needed. We haven't received our product yet, 8-12 weeks to go.

We went to the Cambridge park (Hobart) store looking for a dining table, we had no idea what shape or style we were after. We were in a Melbourne store and spotted the sideboard we wanted but we live in Tasmania. The Melbourne Nick Scali sales person was helpful and directed us to the Tassie store. Andrew was very helpful and accurate. From the time I left a message on the automated messaging system; Andrew rang me back within half an hour. Andrew supported me through every step and went the extra mile with multiple call backs.
