Matt is awesome. Took my vague idea and turned into exactly what I was looking for. H is the best salesman. I went to another store and as what the fabric was on that lounge and all I got was that is fabric furnishing! Great job Matt just need a quick delivery.
We were looking for a rug and found the perfect one for our requirements at a very good price. The customer service was excellent. However I would suggest that the rugs on show are well overdue for an upgrade. They generally looked ragged and worn.
My Nick sCali experience
I ordered my electric armchair on the 2.1.19 and paid a deposit, I was told that it would take 11-13 weeks for my chair to arrive which I thought was pretty slow but went long with it as I live in Tasmania and we are so limited here. I received a phone call on the (26th April) from a salesperson at Nick Scali telling me the reason my chair won't be ready on time is because head office were trying to contact me via SMS through my landline and for their incompetence I will wait another 2 weeks for my chair. So now I have been told that my cha...ir won't be delivered until the 22nd of May which will be 4 months and 20 days from the date in which I ordered said chair. The chair arrived on the 23rd of May but unfortunately for me the chair I ordered was not the chair they delivered, the chair I had ordered was an electrical recliner they delivered just a basic chair. So now I have another 12 week wait......sigh. Needless to say I am less than impressed with Nick Scali Furniture. My chair finally arrived on the 6th of September , a full 8 months and 4 days from the day I ordered it. They (Nick Scali) promised compensation for my marathon wait and after 24 days I finally received it . Altogether a less than satisfying experience
Poor Customer Service
On 29 August I ordered, and paid in full for an entertainment unit and coffee table with a delivery date of 18 September. Items not delivered as scheduled on 18 September. Revised delivery date now 16 October. Not only did the non delivery of the items cause distress, but furthermore I received a text advising me of the revised delivery date on 18 August which also demanded that I finalise any outstanding payment no later than 8 days prior to 16 October delivery date. Considering that I had paid in full for the items on 29 August I found this text to be unnecessary and demeaning. Overall I feel quite disillusioned with my experience with you company.

This is a massive store. Without the assistance of Danielle finding the right lounge for us would have been difficult. Once we had established what we wanted, which wasn't easy when we weren't sure initially ourselves, Danielle made the decision easy through her knowledge of the product and the store layout.
Once the decision had been made the follow up for placing an order the next day was just as easy.
Now the long wait!

Reorder a product already in use
Store layout did not lend itself to finding the product (dining chair) easily. The customer service guy (#437) was most helpfull , easy going and confirmed the correct chair as we were re-ordering a product we were already using. Quality was the key!

The store is very well laid out, you can see almost everything without moving too far. There were too many options, not a bad thing, we found what we needed. We haven't received our product yet, 8-12 weeks to go.

We went to the Cambridge park (Hobart) store looking for a dining table, we had no idea what shape or style we were after. Mel was so helpful, she went above and beyond and was not pushy towards a sale in any way. We are very happy with our purchase and will definitely return again next time we are looking for furniture!!

He had the right amount of 'push', knowledge, advice and humour to make the daunting role of selecting a new 'million-dollar couch' very pleasant. We were in a Melbourne store and spotted the sideboard we wanted but we live in Tasmania. The Melbourne Nick Scali sales person was helpful and directed us to the Tassie store. Andrew was very helpful and accurate. From the time I left a message on the automated messaging system; Andrew rang me back within half an hour. Andrew supported me through every step and went the extra mile with multiple call backs.

Most comfortable lounge ever!
It was difficult at first to find the lounge I wanted because I had been to the store previously and found the couch I wanted to buy, but it wasn't on the floor anywhere. I then found out from another salesman that it had been sold.
I then continued my search to see if I could find an alternative and Matt another salesman acknowledged me but with good humor allowed me to peruse without putting any pressure on me to buy. Due to his respect towards me as a potential customer and his professional manner convinced me the couch I was purchasing was ...
Wonderful service from genuine and delightful sales person Dani who was thoughtful, not pushy and rendered all the options sensibly. We have to wait for delivery but with most furniture which is not on the showroom floor this is the case.
