We had multiple questions about holding items for us and it was not an issue whatsoever. All our needs were met and we didn’t have one fault with the service!

We decided to update our electric recliners to match a 3 seater sofa (with electric recliners @ both ends) that we had purchased from the same store a couple of years prior. We have been very happy with the quality and the comfort of the 3 seater sofa so we assume that the electric recliners that match will be of the same quality and comfort. Fortunately they were still available. We found the sales lady to be very helpful and accommodating. Nick Scali in Hobart is a fantastic store, very well laid out & easy to negotiate around. I guess you can say that I am a satisfied customer.
Beautiful furniture, great service
We were very happy with the selection of furniture available and found just what we wanted. Grace was very helpful and professional in her assistance. We hope that the delivery experience and quality of the pieces we selected is up to the standard of the store and sale service.
The store, staff and product were all perfect
The store is beautiful and well laid out and one is able to truly see the products and interact with them. I had checked the range of dining tables on-line first and then discuss hem in-store and the one I really wanted was there. The quality of the table I bought is outstanding. I photographed it all. It will be delivered and installed soon. The sales rep Dennis Thomson was outstanding, thorough, well-informed, and was very very clear in being sure I understood all and also how to operate the 3 glass tops of the table that rotate in and o...ut. He is a solid and logical and helpful and observant and caring viking as his surname suggests. This was my first visit to Nick Scali and my first purchase with you. I have recommended you to all my neighbours at our Australia Day get together yesterday.
Worst customer service ever
Purchased 2x2.5 seated electric sofas. Ordered beige. Salesman wrote down grey. We immediately told him did NOT want grey. He assured us that it would be beige as they are made overseas & this is what they call beige. Stupidly we believed him. We are now stuck with 2 sofas in our room which is decorated in cream, black & beige. Complaints to customer care & head office were fruitless. I asked head office if they could get me more of the leather to cover my pale cream dining chairs which are new & next to sofas. Was told to see an upholsterer. I also asked if sofas could be exchanged for floor stock & was told no as its not their policy. Totally disgusted with the treatment we have received

I was looked after very well by Andrew who showed me furniture in the store. Found a beautiful couch and ottaman to match. Andrew was excellent help, bar none. Most appreciative.
Very helpful sales assistant
Mel understood what we were looking for and was knowledgeable about the products without being in any way pushy. We chose 2 different but compatible ranges of couches/recliners and It would have been nice to have the same leather options for both. However Mel assisted us in finding 2 colours that would complement each other.
This was our second trip to Nick Scali in 12 months. Matt is an outstanding salesman, helping us make decisions to make the right choices in terms of style and colours. We have been very happy with our dining table, sideboard, tv cabinet and side tables and are very much looking forward to the delivery of our new lounge furniture. I recommend Nick Scali for quality products and outstanding service.

Matt is awesome. Took my vague idea and turned into exactly what I was looking for. H is the best salesman. I went to another store and as what the fabric was on that lounge and all I got was that is fabric furnishing! Great job Matt just need a quick delivery.
We were looking for a rug and found the perfect one for our requirements at a very good price. The customer service was excellent. However I would suggest that the rugs on show are well overdue for an upgrade. They generally looked ragged and worn.
My Nick sCali experience
I ordered my electric armchair on the 2.1.19 and paid a deposit, I was told that it would take 11-13 weeks for my chair to arrive which I thought was pretty slow but went long with it as I live in Tasmania and we are so limited here. I received a phone call on the (26th April) from a salesperson at Nick Scali telling me the reason my chair won't be ready on time is because head office were trying to contact me via SMS through my landline and for their incompetence I will wait another 2 weeks for my chair. So now I have been told that my cha...ir won't be delivered until the 22nd of May which will be 4 months and 20 days from the date in which I ordered said chair. The chair arrived on the 23rd of May but unfortunately for me the chair I ordered was not the chair they delivered, the chair I had ordered was an electrical recliner they delivered just a basic chair. So now I have another 12 week wait......sigh. Needless to say I am less than impressed with Nick Scali Furniture. My chair finally arrived on the 6th of September , a full 8 months and 4 days from the day I ordered it. They (Nick Scali) promised compensation for my marathon wait and after 24 days I finally received it . Altogether a less than satisfying experience
Poor Customer Service
On 29 August I ordered, and paid in full for an entertainment unit and coffee table with a delivery date of 18 September. Items not delivered as scheduled on 18 September. Revised delivery date now 16 October. Not only did the non delivery of the items cause distress, but furthermore I received a text advising me of the revised delivery date on 18 August which also demanded that I finalise any outstanding payment no later than 8 days prior to 16 October delivery date. Considering that I had paid in full for the items on 29 August I found this text to be unnecessary and demeaning. Overall I feel quite disillusioned with my experience with you company.

This is a massive store. Without the assistance of Danielle finding the right lounge for us would have been difficult. Once we had established what we wanted, which wasn't easy when we weren't sure initially ourselves, Danielle made the decision easy through her knowledge of the product and the store layout.
Once the decision had been made the follow up for placing an order the next day was just as easy.
Now the long wait!
