Amazing customer service from Vipin!
Vipin from the Nick Scali Preston store provided us with fantastic customer service! Vipin was so helpful, he recommended a range of sofas and described their differences, he answered all our questions and was very friendly. Vipin was not a pushy sales man which was great because we were able to take our time to find the perfect sofa for us. We ended up purchasing the Emery sofa and we are so happy with our purchase! The Nick Scali Preston store was also beautifully arranged and it was a great experience shopping from Nick Scali!
We came to Nick Scali to look for a sofa to put in our new apartment. We did our research online first and were interested in the Rimella. We were approached by a friendly sales staff called Anna, who was very professional and friendly. She helped us patiently as we tried to decide between a 2-seater and a 3-seater. She took a look at the floor plan for our apartment, and gave very useful advice about what would work well in our space. She also gave practical advice about the benefits of the different models, and what would match well with rugs...or other furniture in the room. We were a bit indecisive, so we took a lot of time to decide which model and which colour fabric we wanted. She was not pushy at all, and gave us space to have a think, but at the same time kept checking in with us when we had any further questions. When we had made our decision, she then patiently explained how the ordering and delivery process would work, and clarified any questions we had. Overall, Anna was a pleasure to deal with, and we will definitely come back to seek her service in the future!
Strong structure with delicate designing :)
We bought a King bed (Lizzie), Living Room recliner couch (Hunter) and a dining table (soho) from Nick Scali Preston. Vipin (store manager) helped us a lot with the options available and educated us with the care instructions of all the items. He was very patient with us and explained everything in detail. Thanks for your awesome service :)
My family and I received outstanding service today from Sana, she was tentative, listened to our requirements, showing us all stock within our specifications. Sana has excellent product knowledge. Polina’s service was excellent!
Polina was so lovely and helpful - she took the time to explain the different look and feel of couches and materials. Made us feel very comfortable. Very knowledgeable.
Satisfied with range of products available and ability to choose from various materials. Store was clean and easy to navigate but no hand sanitizer available for customer use. Nice to know coffee tables, dining tables and chair are available to purchase too.

Bought 2 recliners. Was helped by Alan who had an unprecedented amount of product knowledge. We were so lucky we got him to help us with our selection. Really happy with Alan’s service.
Great customer service
I was greeted cheerfully and politefully when I entered. My Sales assistant new her products well. She was well mannered and well presented. She wasn't pushy, showed me three alternatives to the couch I was looking at. Offered different shapes and sizes and colours. We worked out measurements taking parts out and adding parts in to fit in my space. Had a lovely chat and I ended up buying my couch and ottoman.

Shane at the Essendon store was a fabulous customer store representative who was incredibly patient, resourceful and respectful! He took me around the entire store and listened to what I was looking for before helping me decide everything down to the last detail.
Super friendly and informative service
As soon as we walked in one of the workers was immediately there to help us find the perfect couch. He told us everything we needed to know and was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Our couch hasn’t been delivered yet but i know I’ll be satisfied with it. I don’t remember the name of the man who helped us but he looks like cameron munster and was really helpful.

Purchasing my lounge was made so easy thanks to Josh. I am the most indecisive person I know, however, with Josh’s guidance, support and expertise, the decision to purchase a high end, super comfy, stylish lounge was the easiest decision I have ever made. Thanks so much Josh! :)
Substandard Product; Appalling Customer Service; Won't refund. STEER CLEAR.
$5k+ leather lounge arrived in 4 months with scuff/skid marks scattered all over, as if they were stored/moved withour proper cover or protection. The lounge was delivered and rejected twice. Full payment made now being held in ransom to accept a factory second/substandard couch with a 10% discount.
$5k+ leather lounge order placed at Nunawading store on 29 Dec 2019. Late Feb 2020 received call from Sales Rep advising couch running late. 1 Apr 2020 lounge finally arrived. Upon unwrapping by the delivery driver, visible scuff/skip marks were no...ticed all over the couches (4 pieces) and worst at sidewall and headrest. Shockingly the driver suggested using the cleaning kit supplied to DIY and wasn't until a ripped leather piece (of half a finger nail size) was pointed out to him, he agreed that it was not acceptable and the entire lounge was rejected and taken away. We were told the warehouse/dispatch/manager would be in contact but heard nothing for a week. We followed-up and was told the lounge would be delivered on 17 Apr 2020, without any explanation or remedy to the issues we noted. The same lounge was delivered again on 17 Apr 2020 by the same driver, surprise surprise, the scuff/skid marks were still visible all over the couch pieces. The driver again suggested they could be easily cleaned off using the cleaning kit supplied, we respectfully told him this is not how it works when you purchase a BRAND NEW leather lounge for $5k+ or anything for that matter. The lounge was again rejected. We rang 1300 880 370 notifying them of the problem and asked for a full refund to which they said they would get someone from the store to inspect and get back to us. Days went by we heard nothing, we kept following-up and were being told someone would be in contact. Finally a week later, a person from Nunwading store rang to say someone from their warehouse would have a look and get back to us. Another week went by and still nothing. 28 Apr 2020, we wrote to them stating the events so far and if we don't hear back by 1 May 2020 we would take this matter further to recover our funds in full. The next day 29 Apr 2020, same person from Nunawading store rang to say they have 'something similar' in their Distribution Centre they could offer in liue of what we ordered but could not do a full refund. We refused. 30 Apr 2020, manager from Sydney called to apologize and asked us to accept the 'same' couch in the Distribution Centre. We also refused. 1 May 2020, same manager from Sydney and their GM rang again and offered 10% discount to accept the 'same' lounge saying it's been fixed/cleaned and it is perfect. We refused. VCAT application underway to recover our funds and protect our rights.
Very happy buying from Preston store.ALLEN was very good at showing us options and good prices!! The quality of furniture at the store was very good!! Would buy there again!!
Bought my Dream Couch! Customer Service just Amazing!
My partner and I have been considering buying a new couch for a long time now and decided on a whim to check out Nick Scali while walking past. Upon entering the store we were greeted by every single person working and were made to feel extremely welcome. Josh's customer service was second to none, he helped us with everything we needed to know, and really made us feel right at home while we were making a big decision! The store is also beautifully laid out and the range is second to none. We decided to purchase our beautiful new couch and cannot wait to have it delivered! Thanks so much to Josh and the rest of the Nick Scali team at South Wharf! We would highly recommend to anybody!
