Happy with purchases.
We found the couch for us in the Frankston store easily. The sales assistant Chris was most helpful and patient with us as I changed my mind about the colour of the couch and he had to redo the paperwork. We also purchased six dining chairs. We are very happy with our choices and will shop In Nick Scali again. We are still waiting for delivery of our purchases so I cannot comment further.
Nich Scali - strange business
Bought a desk on sale with sales price clearly marked. After a brief discussion with the sales manager my wife noticed the desk had a large crack in the timber ( the manager had not mentioned nor new about the flaw). Because it was damaged floor stock we asked if there would be a price reduction. Manager was not allowed to make a decision and needed to refer this back to head office (strange we thought but o’well it is what it is).
Following day we were advised that the price is the sales price for the damaged desk but you could have another on...
life should be that easy to deal with.

Service in store was good when choosing a couch. Not too pushy. But still let us know they were there when needed. The lady we dealt with was Very knowledgeable.
Yet to receive furniture so can’t comment on that side of things.
beautiful cinema lounge
We purchased two electric reclining leather lounges for a cinema room. Price was high but they a very good quality. Salesperson Zac was very good. A good experience and very happy with purchase
The wonderful Nedime at the Frankston store was just awesome. We purchased two of the most comfortable lounge suite three months ago with her assistance and we went back just last week to purchase another sofa.
We specifically seeked out Nedime again to help us as she goes above and beyond.
When I go back to purchase an entertainment unit from Nick Scali, I will be requesting Nedime' s help again.

Excellent Customer Service
Today Thursday 1/8/19 I came in store to buy dining chairs and had the most amazing experience and customer service by Niki. Niki went above and beyond, there was only 3 chairs available one at the store and two at the warehouse, she contacted the Moorabbin store to get the 4th one, my mum was so pleased as she really wanted those dining chairs. Very nice lady and customer focused, she ensured we were happy and satisfied. So helpful.

Fantastic personal experience
From the moment we started to speak with Nedine the experience just got better. The right knowledge nd also understanding that we needed time. We would recommend Nedine as staff member of the store, she spent time to assist us to successfully purchase our couches and feel that we will be definitely back once we have settled into our new property. Great stock knowledge and a good understanding of design.
Great in-store service
Excellent customer service from Biljana who spent lots of her time with me selecting the write lounges, colour etc. However I was disappointed with the delivery guy's who seemed to be in a big rush and left packaging waste all over the place that took me much time and effort to clean up and dispose..
Great People Skills
Chris the salesperson was an absolute professional to deal with. Not pushy at all and had a vast product knowledge. Biljana the store manager was a delight as well. This is our second lounge suite purchase from Nick Scali because their range and after sales service is outstanding.
Excellent Customer Service
Purchased some dining chairs from Nick Scali in Frankston. Was very pleased and impressed with the level of service provided by the staff. I was attended to by Niluka - She was helpful and patient, providing me with useful information (build material, maintenance, etc.) on the pieces that caught my eye. At the same, I never felt pushed or rushed into buying anything despite the fact that I showed up just a while before closing time. The other staff at the payment register was also friendly and welcoming. Overall, this was a pleasant experience for furniture shopping and would be first port of call when I need more furniture.

Niki helped my partner and I the first time we purchased two pieces from NS. We loved Niki's kind and detailed customer service. She is the reason that we came back to NS to purchase another piece. Terrible ‘floor stock’ policy and terrible customer relations
Just thought I’d give some feedback after visiting a Nick Scali store today......weirdest ‘floor stock’ policy I’ve ever come across and a massive turn off. I had my eye on a beautiful mustard colour arm/occasional chair which was heavily reduced (from $1300 down to $590, had a few small blemishes, but nothing too bad). I thought that was a great deal, it would fit in my car and I’d have a new couch today. However, when I finally got the attention of a sales lady, she proceeded to run me through the stores policy on ‘floor stock’.......I can’t ...take it today as it needs to be on show, on the floor for the next three weeks; I can only have it delivered but cannot book a particular day....it will just show up and i’m expected to be home; the chair will not be cleaned of any extra marks occurring during the 3 week display time; staff member would note current marks on chair, but when I enquired about other marks on the chair which may happen in the three weeks on display on the floor, was told repeatedly that the delivery driver will check the chair before delivery and give me a sheet with damage.....not even what I was asking, anyhow, was told if I reject the delivery because of the condition of the couch, I would have to pay a restock fee.....so basically, someone could rub black boot polish all over it and i’d just have to accept the furniture in that condition; I asked if it will be cleaned of any extra marks that happen in the extra three weeks on the floor not currently listed.....no they won’t; can I have the chair cleaned and/or scotchguarded, no I cannot. Needless to say I walked out not purchasing the chair and extremely disappointed. The ‘floor stock policy’ needs a review and if selling floor stock, allow the customer to either take on the day of purchase, put it out the back until delivery and/or pop a plastic wrap over the furniture (if needing to be displayed) until delivery can happen and offer cleaning (I would be more than happy to pay a reasonable cleaning fee), so the customer can fully enjoy the beautiful piece of furniture they have purchased. I have now purchased a similar couch from Harvey Norman (actually a whole suite), which will be upholstered in my choice of fabric and colour. Also adding, I left pretty much the same message as feedback for Nick Scali via PM on Facebook and was told I could not take the couch on the day of purchase as it’s against OH&S store policy, it must be delivered......no effort was made to recognise the fact that delivery times should be booked (as people actually work) or that floor stock should be protected so purchaser receives item in the same condition they bought it in. I never once used a ‘tone’ or exclamation marks, just offered some solutions to the problems that I faced, to help them improve their customer experience, but the Nick Scali representative who messaged back, used tone and exclamation marks throughout their response. Very poor customer relations and a bad experience had all round. I certainly won’t purchase from this furniture franchise and spent well over $3k on a beautiful lounge suite from Harvey Norman.......
