I purchased my S9700 a few years ago and just love the size, picture quality and zoom. I have never had a problem with this little beauty. I have since purchased a Nikon Coolpix P900 which is also a fantastic camera but I still use my S9700 when travelling or as a back up camera, I nearly sold it but withdrew the sale and I'm so so happy I kept it.

I picked it secondhand in a pouch for $140. Slips in pocket and takes nice photos. Has 30 times zoom and even can take photos of the moon showing craters.battery doesnt last real long but picked up a couple of spares on ebay for$10. Charges via usb and has app to transfer photos to phone or sd card. Great for outdoor photography and potraits.
