Only use it as a last resort
Medium/ short term cash credit loans are not for everyone. Having said that, I borrowed money from them to purchase a car due to being a temporary resident, I had very limited options at the time, even though I worked full-time. Working a couple of hours a week extra to do food delivery or taxi for a few months was enough to pay the interest (which I admit is very high) and some of the principal... regardless, it all comes down to responsible borrowing.

Read morere or at minimum wage and wants to buy a $2000 4K TV to impress their date for a Netflix night, it's kind of their fault if they default and have to pay high fees and have their credit score lowered. I would strongly recommend that you try to borrow money through your employer/ friends/ family first as Nimble may solve your money problem for now but will absolutely destroy your credit score (like 800 to 400). For me, fast forward 3 years of perfect employment and repayments, it has still not recovered to the pre-Nimble level. This will adversely impact your options for bigger purchases like a house or a car despite your financial situation being good. Anyway, about the product itself, I had my funds delivered within an hour of starting the application and they have pretty good customer service. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is due to high establishment, rescheduling and dishonour fees, which by the way are the highest or close to highest legally allowed and the high cost to the credit score., Please note these issues aren't unique to Nimble and are ubiquitous across all similar credit providers.waste of time
cant get a 300 loan which would be paid off in 4 weeks work full time now i see y no one deals with them do not go near them
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired
Company was not able to resolve my complaint. Tried to call me once and when I didn't answer did not leave a message but sent an email. I responded to that email and there was no more communication from them despite my asking for someone to get back to me. Very hard company to deal with and will not be doing business with them at all.

i was writing this review 6 months ago, id have given it 5 stars. Been useing nimble since 2014 and have been a full time employee ever since then. Between 2014 and 2020, i was declined for a loan once! Let me repeat that, 6 years of applications with only 1 rejected. I must have applied for 50 loans during those 6 years with repayments always met or altered by me contacting them in advance. However this year, i have applied for 3 loans of the min amount of $300 and all 3 times have been knocked back. Nothing has changed re my credit file, empl...

They did tell me they have 'lending criteria' to which i asked, 'what exactly is your lending criteria'? To which they said 'dont know'! Um what?? Thats like a doctor saying 'theres certain foods that will affect your diabetes but dont ask me what they are cause i dont know' like seriously guys?? I sent an email 2 weeks ago to there complaints department asking for the exact reason why i keep on being declined yet no reply. For all i know, you could have incorrect information about me or could be getting someone elses credit file mixed up with mine. I’m happy with the customer service and the prompt reply to the loan request. I think I would rate nimble 5 stars if there was like a loyalty status in place where people who have lent on several occasions and are always paying off their loan on time and without any dramas get a lower interest rate for their next loan. Maybe that’s something worth considering in future.

Was emailed earlier to ring re application. I rang amd was told they had everything, it's now 4 hours later , I've emailed twice,but still haven't been notified if my application was successful.
Have used nimble many times before, and its always been easy and quick with great service.
I applied yesterday, so it's 24 hours since.
