Great website, was very keen to receive my goods, but still no goods, phone line not taking calls and no one answering my emails.

Nine West Refund policy is appalling
The colour of the sandals that I purchased clashed with my dress so I asked for a refund but because I bought the shoe when there was a 20% discount promotion I was denied a refund. Very poor policy Nine West! I will never shop with you again as change of mind is not allowed. I will continue shopping with reputable companies with reasonable return/refund policies and yours is not one of those. Very disappointing Nine West.....
Dangerous stick-on (NOT so) anti slippery sole
Store assistant suggested that i should get a pair of stick-on anti slip sole for my new flats, so I did. The sole has lost its grip in one week, and my new flats become VERY slippery. I couldn't walk on carpets without slide a little. The return/repair process for it was a nightmare, had to put up with rude store manager at Met Centre Sydney. I will think twice before buying anything from them in the future
Poor online experience
Poor sizing and have to except a gift card on returning them. I won’t be buying from their online store again. I will still to the online sellers I know and have a good return policy.
Terrible costume service

Used to be fantastic now quality is terrible
I have been a Nine West fan for years and my favorite go to work pump Martina I have brought numerous times. Unfortunately the last pair will be my last, not only has the price gone up considerably but the quality has gone down considerably. Now my latest Martina pumps have only lasted 4 months, and the lining is terrible very sweaty smelly feet, much worse than previous! Such a shame as I love the style but will be looking elsewhere going forward.
Nine West store in DFO South Dwarf Melbourne
I visited the Nine West store in DFO South Dwarf Melbourne on the weekend. The glass door was shut exactly 10 min before store closing time. Customers were served inside. I knocked at the door and the store 'assistant' told me they were closed. I prompted her that there are still 10 min before closing tme. I urged that I desperately needed shoes and I was definitely buying, but she turned her back at me and would not respond to my further few knocks at the door.
Their loss. I rushed to Sandlers where I spent $700 on 2 pairs of boots and I was out the door in 5 min. I don't think I will return to your store again and I will certainly be very vocal about my experience. Customers need to know what treatment they may face.
Complete disintegration of the inside of my beautiful leather boots!!!!!
My beautiful leather boots hardly ever worn due to living in NTH QLD are perfect showing absolutely no sign of wear BUT the inside of the boot has been lined with some hideous inferior product which has completely disintegrated! They cannot be worn the substance is sticky pale brown and sticks to everything, feet, shower, carpet. I’m devastated. My 35 yr old RM Williams riding boots are still in perfect condition!!!

Great designs, poor quality
I love the look of my patent leather pumps but daily wear has caused them to deteriorate way too quickly. The synthetic inner now makes wearing them unpleasant. I won’t be repurchasing unless the quality improves.
Huge decline in design standards - buyers be warned!
I will not be buying another pair of shoes from Nine West - their standard of design has significantly declined. I bought a pair of "Marisa" heels for work a few weeks ago, very similar to a previous recent pair I had for years also from Nine West. I tried them on instore - they felt fine and looked great. I wore them once to the office - they became so uncomfortable to wear after two hours the pain was unbearable. My right heel was actually bleeding quite badly by the time I got home. This has never happened to me before (god, when I think of ...all the shoes I have bought over the years!) Total disregard for the situation and a complete lack of empathy or understanding from their "customer service" team. It was pretty much a "oh we're sorry but tough luck" reply email. Something needs to change as they will continue to lose customers with their recent bad design and bad customer service - for years I absolutely loved their shoes. They have lost me now!
WORST customer service at Birkinhead store
Earlier during the day I called the Birkinhead store and asked them to reserve this specific shoes for me and when I reached at the store later in the evening, there were 2 girls talking at the counter - approached them and told them that I had a reservation that was being put under my name. And all of sudden, this one girl started making annoyed face, to me while i was talking and the other one was being so fake in entertaining my simple request. I wanted to get the shoes, but as I was upset with their customer services, decided to drop the shoes and walked away afterwards. Dont come to this store! Absolutely terrible customer service.
Worse customer service ever!
Shoes was size smaller than normal, I've sent them back for size exchange, which occurred $16 postage for me. They didn't have them in stoke in warehouse and refunded me, but not the postage fee! Never again....
Did a purchase online. Drove 30km to return. Person in shop says just leave the shoes. I asked if she needed my receipt and if I could have proof I have dropped them. She says no. Then store manager calls next day saying she needs receipt. Also accuses me of lying. I will never shop here again. Not worth this attitude.
Terrible customer service and loosing sales
I went to Birkenhead store today and had three shoes to try on, when asked a customer service assistant to help she said to wait, while menawhile there was three assistants helping one person. How rude, left the shoes and walked out. Lost my sales and won’t be back!

Poor quality shoes
I purchased $150 sandals from Nine West. I wore them for about 5 hours at a wedding and the material has eroded from the heels. Contacted customer service via email and they were completely unhelpful and advised they wouldn't offer a replacement. I will never purchase nine west shoes again
Bad Customer Service! Low quality shoes
My high heel broke while I was at work.I went to the Nine West shop in the city and all I can say was a terrible customer service.They knew I could not leave the shop without shoes so they suggested 2 options :
Refund and to take my old shoes.I did not have any other shoes to wear so they knew that and wanted me to buy new shoes at full price.Then I had to talk to their state manager to get a 20% discount for the new shoes I had to buy and finally I bought shoes which were twice as much expensive than the shoes I returned.It is so sad to see th...
Bought Some cute flats from Myers, didn’t last a day
On Friday I bought some ‘Variable’ flat sandles in light pink from Myers. They were cute & sparkling and the sales assistant said they were leather too! But now looking at their website they are made of material. Lesson:never trust the sales assistant. So today-Monday I wore them for the first time to work and the bottom of the left shoe came unglued and flapping around. Of course I never kept the receipt and after checking out their returns online it said you need a receipt so I ended up going to my cobbler and he glued it on for $12. Fingers crossed the right shoe doesn’t do the same. Just thought it so weird that a good brand like Ninewest couldn’t last 3 hours. Hopefully it’s a one off.

I will never purchase from Nine West again
I have never received such poor customer service in my life as I have from Nine West. I ordered a pair of boots as a Christmas present on Tuesday, December 18th. During checkout, it gave various shipping options and it stated that ground shipping was 3-5 business days to the address that I had entered. I was going to be out of town for the Christmas holiday and had the boots shipped to my sister's based on that information. I could have easily had them shipped to my home if they would have stated the correct shipping information up front. ...When I received the order confirmation, it changed to 5-7 business days. I tried to call, repeatedly, to update the shipping information to my home address and was never able to reach anyone. When I finally learned the date the boots would arrive, it was after I would be back home. I again tried to call and used the online service to see about getting the address updated or see what my options were. The first response from "customer service" was that they were sorry I had to return the boots and they would send me a return label (never received the label). I then replied to that message and sent a new message that I was trying to get a label emailed to me so that my sister could ship the boots to my address. 2 days later, I received an email stating that wasn't an option and they would send me a return label (never received that label). I sent in another request for a return label and still haven't received it. After 2 more days, I get an email that "the matter is being investigated by the appropriate team". I responded that I just want the return label and have sent another response stating the same thing. Still no return label so the boots can't be returned and my card refunded. This is inexcusable and I will never purchase anything from Nine West again. I have been wearing their shoes and accessories for over 30 years. I can't support a business with so little regard for their customers. They have absolutely no idea of what true service means. If you should decide to purchase something from them, please be advised that they are impossible to get in touch with.
I buy all my winter boots from NW, but not anymore. Went to buy my latest pair and they wouldn’t honour a gift card as it had expired. I understand that it is their prerogative to do so (yes, it had expired), but in my opinion 12 months is not a long enough period for a gift card.
I have also had trouble with a couple of pairs of boots coming away at the sole. Their quality is just not what it used to be. I can get higher quality boots at a cheaper price point, and without the unreasonable conditions of gift cards.

I usually wear a size 8 and have found the shoe style I want in the USA. Does anyone know whether I should order the 8 or a 9? My bootmaker said that if I am buying from there USA buy a size larger. Has anyone bought shoes from the USA and how did you go size wise?
