Excellent better than expected!
I brought the Ninja Foodi as it was on special. I wanted to buy an air fryer as I had heard so much about them. So far I have used it countless time. I have air fried chips, chicken wings, frozen fast foods etc. Fantastic now I know why people rave about air fryers. As a bonus this is also a pressure cooker, OMG love it. Can brown ingredients them pressure cook. I have done a lamb curry (30 mins) and an oxtail sauce (1 hour). I have not tried Slow cooker option most likely never will, so many other options which I will use eventually. Excellent price from Harris Scarfe $299
You Can't Find a Better Air Fryer Than This
This is the best air fryer. Why?
1. The size is large enough to put a chicken in.
2. The apart from the usual air fryer function, it is able to slow cook, pressure cook and sear.
3. It combines all the large kitchen appliances into 1 unit
If you are able to get your hands on the US version it includes a dehydrator function (how great is that).
This is one of the best kitchen appliances I have purchased in recent years.

Love idea but can’t remove anti-clog cap
It’s a fantastic multi cooker that crisps. Was really looking forward to this and was so pleased to buy it as a birthday present to myself at a good price from the Good Guys...But you have to remove anti-clog cap each time (pinch and lift) to wash the unit and I can’t get it off so the foodi has to go back.
Have tried multiple times and reviewed videos again. There’s just no give to the cap.
If they can fix this I may look at it again in future.
Great piece of cooking equipment every one needs one in kitchen
We purchased this unit three months ago and we are quite happy with its performance.
Very accurate setting and make us capable to make very delicious meals...
It has different mode; pressure cooking, Steam, Slow cook, Air fryer ...
Easy to use as well.
This product is amazing!!
Purchased this over a week ago and have not used the Oven, Microwave or stove top since!! have used the recipe book provided to make Chicken and rice dish using the pressure cooking option all in 20 min!! Easy to clean and use..
Best multipurpose appliance - makes life much easier
I bought the Ninja Foodi from Myer last month and have been able to cook one-pot meals within half an hour - For e.g Wild Rice and mushrooms (pressure function) with salmon and roasted Broccoli (using grill function). Clean up after was simple and far fewer pots and pans to clean. I have cooked pasta (from dry - no need to separately cook pasta)/ rice/ lentils/ chicken/air-fried chips so find the appliance really versatile. Pressure cooking has never been simpler and quicker. The grill rack could have been better designed as the wire is bent over to potentially make it stronger, but this creates gaps in which food gets embedded requiring a brush to dislodge when cleaning. Overall has made cooking so much easier and enjoyable.
At last, a product that does exactly what it says on the box and is so easy to use.
The Ninja Food Multi Cooker has exceeded my expectations, it takes a few minutes more to cook something via the air fryer (compared to the Philips Airfryer) but, to date, everything has turned out perfectly. Steamed whole cauliflower and whole baby potatoes are so quick and easy to prepare - still trying to get my head around how you can cook a whole cauliflower in about eight minutes and the baby potatoes only need steaming for a few minutes. Plus the clea...nup is so easy. Think it would be a good idea if the small silicone oven gloves used in the demonstrations could be included in the box. Had to source these separately and found them on EBAY for just under AUD10.00 compared to the price on the Ninja Foodi website around $29. The operation of the machine is so easy to follow and coping with the two lids has not been a problem. This machine is big and bulky but worth the investment.
We have had Ninja foodi 3 weeks .
And have used it most days .
Nothing we have cooked has turned out to our satisfaction
Really dissapointed that all meals we have cooked have left an awful cooking smell in the kitchen.
I had an air fryer previously and that didn't leave smells .
We did chicken legs in the air fryer last night and the smell is terrible.
Its still there this morning.
Also i went to a couple of book shops to try and get a recipe book and was told
There not printing them anymore ....
Purchased in June 2019 at Myers .
The Ultimate Mutli-cooker
So far I've used the pressure cooker, air fryer, sautéing, roasting and steaming functions and all work great. Potato gems are extra crunchy, chicken wings crispy, burgers and sausages are done well, pressure cooking comes out great and the one cake I tried came out perfect. I even made chicken soup in it. The only thing that seems to not work out for me is rice because it doesn't have a moisture sensor and pressure cooking it tends to overcook unless you know the timing. Its a solid machine that doesn't feel like cheap plastic and the piec...es are well engineered. You can use the same accessories that are available for other air fryers which is good because the wire rack isn't the most useful design I've seen. Its easy to clean and while it is a bit heavier than most multi-cookers it isn't too heavy for me to move around with its sturdy handles (mine is kept on the fridge). When de-pressurising it can be a little noisy. I use the machine most days and have had it for over a month now and so far no problems.
Love love love it!
I’ve been amazed by just how much the foodi can do and how quickly I can get a fabulous meal on the table during the week. It’s been used almost daily since I bought it due to the convenience, cooking quality and super easy clean up. Favourite quick dish is chicken and chorizo paella using the Beerenberg meal base - brown off the meat, throw in the rest of the ingredients including the Arborio rice and pressure cook for 4 minutes. Viola, perfect every time! Did the most a-m-a-z-i-n-g sticky bbq pork ribs ever. Wrapped them around the inside of ...the bowl (I had a lot so the looked like rib florets lol), I smothered them in the Beerenberg rib sauce and pressure cooked for 20 minutes. Popped them the under the grill for 5 minutes to caramelise (you could do this in the foodi with the air fryer but as I was cooking for 6 I would have to have done it them in batches). They where divine, succulent and juicy with meat just falling off the bone. The foodi is without a doubt one of my best all time purchases.

I thought the All In One cookers couldn't get any better.....
...then Somehow I fell over the Ninja Foodi online.
My first thought was "I wonder when we'll see them in Australia?" so off I went on a little search....and found they had newly hit our shores.
I saw the words pressure cooker, slow cooker, air fryer....say no more!!!! I'm pretty sure I left a cloud of dust as I went on the hunt for the best place to order from. Somewhere amongst all the madness I asked the LOTO if I could buy one. Thankfully he said yes. (I don't think he had any clue what it was I was on about) All of 5 minutes later I had ...the confirmation email from Myer. For approximately 2 years, I've been the proud owner of 2 other brand name AIO cookers. I've had the same brand air fryer for about 5 years. I love what I can create with them but to be honest - the air fryer seems a great waste of limited space in my house. (Yes yes and here I am buying another appliance!!!) So fast forward only a few days and it arrives. I'm like a fat kid on a cupcake as I dive into the box and get it out...plastic and packaging flying in all directions and Miss 5 having a great time commandeering the Myer box to play in.
Questions & Answers
Hi, this unit is only 4 litres. Is it large enough for a family of 4? I was looking at a 7 litre Crockpot.
It is 6L but you can’t fill it full of particularly wet (like soup) Ingredients. Usually they recommend 2/3 full. I have a family of 5 and my 6qrt AIO is plenty big enough. I hope this helps. Depends on the meal but 4L of curry/pasta sauce etc is ALOT. I did a 2kg chook and it could have even been bigger but it definitely had more than we ate in one meal and then I added it back to make a couple of litres of stock. My kids are 10,16 and almost 18.
Why does my pressure release value leak steam after its pressuring? It’s in the Seal position .The ring is on tight & everything is clean. It’s never done this before. Only used it 6 times.
In the USA they are dehydrating food. The Australian one doesn't have this setting. Can we dehydrate if yes how?
