Lost my ute under warranty
Bought a navara d23 in 2019 after been saving money for few years. Been using it as a work ute to drive around job site since i am a plumber by trade. Car breaks down 3 weeks ago, took it to the dealership, first told me enigine blow cause no oil in the engine then i showed them the receipt of my service was done 7 months ago. Then told me might be a faulty turbo or injector. Ripped my car engine apart this week, called me earlier today said there was sand in the engine caused the problem . They put it into air filter failure since we didn't use ...genius nissan filter but used oe standard on which is exactly the same. Now i am looking at a bill around 30k t0 fix it coz its not covered by warranty because it is not a factory issue. How can this not be a factory issue? Just because they didn't find actual engine broken part. How does sand get in the engine? Unless I removed my engine oil cap and poured sand in my oil! What a joke nissan is! They push for a ute and advertise for its capability. But failed to meet the basic standard for a car not to mention for a 4x4 diesel engine ute which was designed for driving on tough terrian. For people who wants to buy this ute or even any nissan car, i can't speak for other nissan owners, but be careful with what you get yourself into. Read all these reviews online.i wish i did. Ps: I really need some Advice for this as well. It is a long battle against multi-million company like nissan and unlikely i would win. I can't describe how terrible I feel now after all these. Hard working money saved for years to buy a ute that only last 36000kms.get left with this mess.
Brand new nissan leaf 5oookm on the clock, broke down 32 days ago marooka nissan claim nissan Australia told them not to talk to me about the repairs. Guessing they dont wont to be hit under the lemon car laws protecting consumers. Office of fair trading involved now but how sad 32 days and they wont return a single call. Nissan Australia you are pathetic.
Nissan Osborne Park WA
Terrible service from several staff. Firstly overcharged the invoice for $159 and when I noticed they changed invoice and agreed to refund the difference (nobody even apologized). I paid for tinting and came to pick up the car, they handed it over, like everything was ok, but the tinting wasn't done. When I asked why, Amelia tried to blame me for coming too early, although I came at the last hour I was given. They tried to convince me to leave the car for another few days, but I needed the car and asked for refund. She promissed to refund me an...d guess what, it's been a couple of weeks and I am still waiting for both refunds. I am pretty sure the reviews about the grest srvice that you read are fabricated and I believe I am not the only one who was overcharged and deceived.
Nissan warranty not worth a thing.
I wont bore you with the details but suffice to say I will never buy a Nissan product or step foot in a Nissan dealership again. After a 3 year battle to fix the clutch in a BRAND NEW car I sold it with the problem still present. Gear box was out 5 times and still never fixed. Crap product, crap dealer support, crap support from Nissan Australia.
Giant Nissan Osborne Park Perth WA bad aftercare services
Poor customer care and handling, treat you well when you buy a new car, but when ask to cancel extended warranty and refund before the warranty is commenced , there is no formal respond, no refund nothing... wasting a lot of time to tract them about the matter
Questions & Answers
Anyone been done wrong by by Nissan Neil Beer?
Also did not receive original tyres/ rims or suspension back because you paid full price for others to be put on. And to top it off charged full price for a suspension kit not installed in the car?
why is Nissan allowed to get away with the bad way in which they treat customers with legitimate issues. aren't these reviews enough to spark some legal fall back? They are happy to take your money but when dangerous issues occur in the vehicle they have no real care factor. CVTs are putting peoples lives in danger and they still repair but the problems come back.
I Got my Nissan Quashqai on March 2015.
There is peel off of Colour in the front of my vehicle and inside at the doors too. we went to Liverpool Nissan. they Clicked photo and send it to the main office. we got a call saying that since the warranty has expired and we need to pay for that one after having certain discount.
I have one question to them its been 3 years 5 months that we have purchased, is Nissans quality that cheap that its colour tears apart not even riding 4 years? If any customer wants photos please email me at [email removed]
I am highly disappointed with Nissan and would request all new buyers to rethink about buying Nissan.
I have recently done servicing for 80000km and paid $436. Nothing has changed. No smoothness nothing. I dont know why we were charged that much and they said for 80000km there will be special servicing? Is this the servicing that they referred?
I would like to request all new customers to rethink before buying Nissan product.
