Whats the amount of kms roughly to change the timing chain on 2015 np300
Hi all I’m new to this forum so be nice
I’ve just bought the np300 2016 with 77000 on the clock it’s been fine since I bought it about 4 months ago just last week it developed a top end tapping noise which seem to be coming from number 2 injector I done some research and see that they suffer from injectors so bought 4 new ones fitted them , still the same noise So I thought chain as the d40 has a problem with chains I bought new chain kit sprockets guides etc fitted those guess what still the same tapping noise it’s like the hydraulic tappets sound when worn I’m at my wits end with this car I love the car can’t fault it apart from the tapping noise the harder you rev it the louder the tap not a knock like a big end knock please help it’s bleeding me dry thanks in advance
I have a Navara ST-X 2016 Series 2 at 20K had leaking hose replaced to the inter cooler, at 60K had rear axle seal replaced due to a bad leak and now at 85K I am having the steering rack bushes replaced, due to the excessive wear I could not keep the wheels in alignment. This car has been in the main highway driven and has had scheduled servicing when required. The U/S steering rack bushes I thought was worth a mention
When ever I move my car to wash it (short drive like 10 meters) It makes a ringing noise which is quite loud from the engine bay. Is this the same for everyone. Ive done a bit of research and think it might be coming from the fuel pump. Car in brand new with only about 1500kms on it! Any ideas?
I have a 2016 STX auto and the reverse gear selection is lagging. Becoming worse. Had the auto serviced yesterday and no faults recorded, although he does acknowledge the lag. Can someone please help.
