I’m likely to receive a reply from the company that mentions that on my invoice there was a small line that said “Delivery Mid-November”, (it’s clear from past reviews that this is not clear to customers) which was 2 months from when I made my purchase. That was not the case. They did also give me a partial refund but only because I demanded it. A partial refund is no excuse for the poor communication and utter lack of customer service. It’s also inappropriate for them to sell items when they don’t have anything in stock. They lie on their website about mattresses being on sale. They’re always “on sale”. All up, the company and all of the customer service agents who works to feed their customers [Content Removed] in order to buy them time are all horrible. send a picture / video. I said you obviously can’t see the fault, only feel it when you sit on it but they insisted I video so I sent multiple videos (they kept asking for more info) and their response is that they can’t see the fault, so send another video. They said bc they cannot “see” the issue, they can’t provide a resolution. I have told them to send someone out to sit on/inspect the sofa but they just say to send another video where they can “see” the issue. How can you see an internal fault without me cutting open the sofa to picture the springs? So they’re essentially saying if there’s an internal fault with the springs or frame of the sofa that they can’t see from the outside, they won’t take responsibility. They’re also doing everything they can to shirk their responsibility bc they’ve not only asked for multiple videos (which I have sent) saying they can’t see the fault, they then started insisting the fault must be from the way it has been used. It’s barely been sat on and I’ve only had it for a month.
Do not buy from Noa. Their products are either terrible or faulty, and either way they won’t even attempt to provide a resolution.

It is now December, and I am still without the mattress I ordered two months ago. Despite numerous emails seeking updates and delivery information, Noahome has failed miserably in providing any form of communication or reassurance. Their customer service is abysmal, and it appears they have no regard for the inconvenience caused to customers like me.
After persistently reaching out to them, I was promised on multiple occasions that the mattress would be delivered within November. However, this turned out to be nothing more than empty words, as I received no updates, no delivery, and certainly no further communication from Noahome. The sheer lack of professionalism and accountability displayed by this company is appalling.
In a desperate attempt to resolve the matter, I requested a full refund for my purchase. To add insult to injury, Noahome not only failed to process a refund but instead promised once again to deliver the mattress by the end of November. As a token gesture, they offered a meager $40 refund, a mere fraction of the frustration and inconvenience I have endured.
As of the 4th of December 2023, I have yet to receive any resolution or the promised mattress. At this point, I am left with no choice but to escalate the matter by contacting Consumer Affairs Victoria in the hope of finding a resolution. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of integrity and responsibility from a company that should prioritize customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, I implore anyone considering a purchase from Noahome to think twice. The level of incompetence, false promises, and disregard for customer well-being exhibited by this company is unparalleled. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Noahome – they will undoubtedly drive you nuts with their unfulfilled promises and appalling customer service.

late December and it took nearly a month to deliver even though it was in stock in Melbourne , Noa finally admitted their delivery did not meet the delivery window advertised after numerous calls chasing the mattress and I eventually got a small amount back as compensation. After 7 online chats with various team members that have provided no update except for 'its with our courier company' I still have no bed.
Noa completely pass the buck and blame the couriers, when I first enquired about the bed I was told multiple stories - I was told it hadn't arrived, it had arrived but hadn't been scanned etc ... I have even offered to get my own courier to collect the bed as I urgently require this.
There is NO level of customer service with this company which is disappointing considering they have a number of furniture items I was also going to order.
I work in Freight/Logistics and its quite easy to escalate an urgent order with a courier - flicking an email to a courier company asking for an update doesn't suffice from a customer service perspective. So here I am with no bed and guests sleeping on a mattress on the floor.

The tracking shows the order was picked up on 27 Jan. And ever since then it's in the depot with no updates. They are using Hunter Express for delivery, which has a 1.5/5 stars on Google review. Regardless of that, their customer service agent told me my order will be delivered by 3 Feb, so I pushed all the work and stayed at home for whole day. But apparently that's just another lie. I waited and there's no contact from delivery at all. I checked the tracking detail again and found out that since 1 Feb, they only scanned one item instead of two, which suggest one of the item may be lost. So I contacted Noa again, apparently they had no clue whether my order was missing or not. They just told me to wait for 5 more business days and at the mean time I have to sleep on the floor. Affordable and comfortable – After having our previous mattress for far too long, we're obsessed with our Noa Mattress.
