Worst online business ever!
Goods are not delivered! Incorrect information provided by support lady on webchat. Does not want to follow up with their courier to find out why there are delays.
Today trying to follow up, no agents in the office to pick up and no chat service. Teaming up with one of the worst courier services "alliedexpress".
Purchased in December 2020 at Noa Home Australia for $1,400.00.

Hi Chris,
As we are currently not in possession of your order, we must rely on the updates and information provided to us by Allied Express....

Exhaustingly terrible experience with Noa. Had to wait for 6 months to get a refund and still waiting on a free pick up
Very bad experience with Noa waiting 6 months for a refund but at least it came through eventually. Only after threatening legal action and informing the office of Fair Trading.
Purchased in May 2020 for $700.00.

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your feedback....
Read more As you are well aware, Covid-19 has provided countries, individuals, and businesses alike with challenges we could have never prepared for. We believe that the best way for our customers to know if our mattress is the right fit is to actually sleep on it. For this reason, we offer a risk-free 100-night trial period on our mattresses. In the event that a return request is made, we guarantee that the mattress will be refunded in full, no questions asked, once returned. We did indeed inform you that we would confirm, within 5 days, if the collection could be processed, and provided you with an update the following day that we would need to wait until further notice due to restrictions in your area. At the time that your request was made, the government and local authorities set in place restrictions that did not allow our third party transporters and charity partners to collect opened mattresses from our customers' homes. This was strictly to ensure the safety of both our customers and staff members during a trying time. Our charity partner only began collections in your area this past December. The areas that are serviced by their organization are determined by them, as they are operating on limited staff and restrictions. They contacted you by email and by phone a couple of weeks ago, and were unsuccessful in getting in touch with you. As soon as we received your latest email inquiry this week, we responded to you and ensured you received a call from the charity the very same day. It is standard procedure that any modifications to our customers' personal information (contact details and address) must be provided by us, as we need to validate the information with you directly to ensure it is accurate. This is a precautionary measure, and is in no way a means to delay the process whatsoever. As promised to you initially, we are honouring our 100-night trial period, despite the lengthy delay caused by Covid-19. Our team has no record of ever informing you that we would not honour it due to the time that has passed, as the circumstances were entirely out of your control as well as ours. We can confirm that we have validated the address change with the local charity, and will process your full refund as soon as the mattress has been collected, as per our return policy. With regards, MaggieAbsolute joke. Ok so the refund came through eventually...but the most important thing to me is that the mattress doesn't end up in landfill and that you honour your promise of a free pick up as state...
Read mored in your policy: "Noa mattress returns are typically either donated to (1) local charities or (2) organizations that recycle the product’s raw materials." It's as if you've completely forgotten about the second option you offer. I am STILL stuck with that stupid mattress as the Salvation Army didn't come the day they said they would. I lost hundreds of dollars in lost wages that day as I had to take the day off work (I am self-employed) waiting for them to come. When I called them to check what was happening they told me that Noa had told them to cancel the pick up because I hadn't told them about my change of address even though I did tell them the second I found out I was required to! This was a whole week before the pick up day!Other Mattresses

Do not recommend. Wake up in pain every morning.
Alright, so after months and months of sleeping in this mattress I have to say it’s a waste of money. Specially if you sleep on your side. It’s hard as a rock, hot and sweaty and you’ll wake up in pain. about to order a mattress topper to remediate the problem. I do not recommend it at all. Wish I had returned in time.
Purchased in December 2019.

Hi Pedro,
Thank you for taking the time to share your comments regarding your Noa mattress....
Read more We're truly sorry to hear that it isn't a good fit for your sleep needs and preferences. We completely understand that our mattresses may not be suitable for all of our customers, which is why we proudly offer our 100-night trial, during which point the mattress can be returned for a full refund, no questions asked. Kindly note that our mattress designs were specifically made for warmer climates, and heat retention may be caused by other factors such as body heat, as well as the material of the mattress protector and / or sheets, to name a few. Know better, choose better.
Poor mattress- despite raving reviews!
Had high hopes unboxing this due to good reviews online, but this mattress was disappointing for a couple of reasons:
1. Too firm- nearly gave me bedsores
2. Too hot- low breathability in the topping gave me nightmares
3. Super heavy- broke our bed frame
4. Overpriced for what it is.
5. Advertised as pocket spring but felt basically like a hard foam mattress.
You might like it if you prefer firm mattress. It is not a versatile medium-firm mattress as they advertise... it is like, firm-firm.
The only other upside is that you can't feel your pa...

Hi there,
We're sorry to hear that our hybrid mattress didn't suit your sleeping needs and preferences....
Read more We consider levels of firmness rather subjective as it's experienced differently based on the user's weight, height, sleeping position and even the ambient temperature of the room/home. Our hybrid design incorporates natural (breathable) latex, cooling gel memory foam, and most importantly, pocket springs which enhance airflow; this combination is far better for keeping you cool and comfy in comparison to a foam-only mattress. Our mattress was also specifically designed for warmer climates such as Australia, and less than 1% of our returns are due to heat retention. We understand that our mattress may not be the perfect fit for everyone, which is why we offer our free 100-night trial period. We believe the best way to know if a mattress is right for your is to try it in the comfort of your own home. Thank you for sharing your comments and we hope you find a mattress that's right for you. Regards, MaggiePeter

Taken the money with no bed
I bought a single Noa mattress back in November at their ‘Black Friday’ sale.
Subsequent to paying the $449 which was taken in full from my credit card, they have not supplied anything and it’s almost January.
2 weeks ago I was sent an email from the company asking them to review my purchase of a King bed - pity i didn’t purchase that, nor had the single bed I purchased for my daughter even arrived. Something smells fishy with this mob when their review seeking functionality can’t accurately get your order right.
I received an email saying...
Read more it would be arriving 30th December. When I checked in this morning via FB messenger to ask the delivery slot, I did not receive a reply. Today has come and gone and nothing arrived despite staying home for it.Purchased for $449.00.

Hi Peter,
Thank you for taking a moment to share your comments....
Read more We're sorry to hear that you have not been satisfied with your shopping experience thus far. At the time of your purchase, our single size mattress quickly ran out of stock due to higher than expected sales resulting from our Black Friday promotion. The estimated back in stock date was indicated both on our website and your invoice, and remained subject to change in the event of possible circumstance(s) that may be out of our control. The estimated back in stock date is not the customer's delivery date rather, the date at which our distribution centre expects to receive the shipment. We recently were faced with delays at the port of Melbourne, which despite our efforts, caused many of our customers' orders to be delayed as well - something we had no control over. As for the automated review request email you've received, we would like to apologize for the discrepancy in identifying the item on your order - we will address this issue with the appropriate team. Please rest assured that our team, distribution centre and regional transporters are working diligently to have all orders dispatched and delivered promptly during this busy period. If this is not acceptable to you, we will gladly assist you in cancelling and refunding your order immediately. With warm regards, MaggieQuestions & Answers

How is the Noa mattress compared to Eva Mattress? I have a hard time deciding between the two. Isn’t Eva mattress more closely resembled Noa Luxe mattress in terms of material layers and is cheaper?

Hi Tara,
Thank you for writing us and for your interest in our mattress selection.
We'd be more than happy to provide you with more information regarding our Noa hybrid mattress, with the hopes of making your purchasing decision a littler easier on you.
The Eva mattress is indeed quite similar. We would like to highlight a few considerations:
Key consideration: We strategically placed our layer of breathable latex on the top layer as this is the most expensive (premium) material you can feature on a mattress. It is far more comfortable to rest atop than gel memory foam (as the first layer like Eva - which retains more heat and has little bounce). This is perhaps the most important differentiator that will most certainly impact the comfort of the mattress.
Our cover is made primarily of TENCEL a sustainable, breathable and highly comforting fabric.
While Eva only operates in Australia, we have been operating across four major markets for far longer allowing us to perfect our product and serve thousands of customers.
Below are some of the key differences that the Luxe mattress has to offer in comparison to our Noa mattress:
- the bamboo charcoal infused latex layer provides additional breathability by absorbing excess moisture to help keep you cool while sleeping
- the extra layer of micro coils adds responsiveness to the body and body movements
- the zoning of the pocketed springs provides adequate support to different areas of your body, mainly to your lower back and waist, to keep your spine properly aligned
With that said, every customer is different and we couldn't guarantee that our product is just what you need. Instead, we believe that the free 100-night trial is the best way for you to find out.

Hello. I'm trying to decide between this and the Eva mattress, both are very similar.
I'm interested in Firmness and Support. I don't want something that's rock hard to lie on because I'm a side sleeper and that can create pressure issues on the hips, but also don't want something I'm going to sink too much into and my lower back won't be supported. Can somebody who actually owns one of these mattresses and has been sleeping on it for awhile comment on the firmness and 'sinkability' ..Thanks.
Edit: I tried the Koala mattress and found it to be too soft and unsupportive.

Hi,
I am planning to buy the Noa Mattress but it'll be stored in its box for approx 8 weeks before we open it.
Will this affect the product?
Rgds

Hi Nozomi,
Thanks for reaching out to us :)
We don't recommend keeping the mattress in the box for more than a month.
Also, a friendly reminder that your 100 night trial period begins on the day you receive your delivery.
Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way.
Regards,
Maggie
