It's a great purchase.
The mattress does exactly what NOA says. It's fresh and firm. The sides don't budge and you can't feel your partner move.
My only concern is its durability. It seems that the mattress is slightly affected by your weight. It has sunk permanently just a little were my partner and I sleep. Overall it is a great mattres.
Purchased in January 2021 for $849.00.

No Warranty! Mattress highly affected by temperature, don't back their products, have extremely poor customer support.
IN SHORT: Mattress is highly affected by temperature, Noa don't back their products, have extremely poor customer support and offer NO WARRANTY.
THE LONG: Mattress was "okay" during the 100 day trial period (it was during the cooler months), but now after it's been in my house for 180 days it is by far the worst mattress I have ever owned.
The foam is rapidly getting softer and softer and both my partner and I are waking up with extremely sore backs, necks, hips....feeling cranky, not getting enough sleep, It's just bad for our overall health...
Purchased in September 2020 at Noa Home Australia for $899.00.

Hi David,
We apologize if you felt your experience with Noa Home was at any moment unsatisfactory....
Read more We proudly offer our customers a risk free 100-night trial on their mattress. If at any time during this period they feel that the mattress isn't suitable for their sleep preferences and needs, our team is available to assist with a free return pick up and full refund on the mattress. The trial period we offer is standard for the industry, and provides our customers with ample time to decide wether or not the mattress is a good fit. Beyond the trial period, our mattresses are covered by a 15-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The photos you provided our team with showed no signs of any visible defect and therefore, we could not validate your claim. Our mattresses are designed with our customers in mind, first and foremost, and this includes the climates in which they live. Our mattresses each offer specific features, as described on our website. That being said, such features can be experienced differently based on the user, their height, body weight, sleep position, as well as the ambient temperature of the room, as indicated on our website on the product page. This however does not imply that any conditions are required for our mattresses to be used. Firmness of foam materials react to surrounding temperatures and humidity levels - this is true of any mattress or other product made / including foam materials, and is not specific to our mattresses only. As you informed us, your mattress has felt softer over the summer months, which we confirmed is entirely normal as foam materials tend to soften in the presence of warmer temperatures / humidity. This is a natural occurrence and is therefore, not covered under warranty, as we do not deem this to be a manufacturing defect as such. We can assure you that our team did the best to assist you with your inquiry based on the information and photos you provided us.Noa - I was a customer with a faulty product which was over the 100 day trial period.
Regardless of this I had a valid warranty claim which was completely dismissed by your company, How can you see in...

Great initially
Loved this mattress initially, nicely firm, was skeptical originally but with the 100 day return policy, thought we’d give it a go. However, not much past this time, I can observe definite hollows where my husband & I sleep, and I am only 56 kg, not overweight in the least. So if you are heavy, I would not choose this type of mattress.
Purchased in April 2019.

Not for me, not at all.
Can't stand this mattress. Too soft and no support at all. It's like sleeping on a soft sponge that sticks to your body. It also smells awful when it arrives - has a really noxious chemical like smell that takes weeks to go away.
Probably the worst thing is that you overheat when you sleep in this bed. The latex foam does not dissipate your body heat at all. It captures all of it and you end up feeling like you are sleeping on a heating blanket turned on too hot. It's really uncomfortable.
It doesn't bother my wife as much - and sadly she w...
Read moreaited until day 101 (I'm not joking) to let me know that we should return it if it bothered me - so we're stuck with it and will likely throw it away when we can get a replacement. What a waist. If you like a semi-firm or firm mattress and sleep better when you're not overheating - please avoid this mattress!! It is close to the worst mattress I've ever owned or slept on.Purchased in April 2019 for $849.00.

I am reasonably happy!
I am pretty happy with my Noa mattress even though it cannot give me the feeling of “lying on a cloud”. Basically it is flat and firm. The good thing is that I cannot feel my partner’s movement much.
Purchased in February 2019 for $859.00.

How is the Noa mattress compared to Eva Mattress? I have a hard time deciding between the two. Isn’t Eva mattress more closely resembled Noa Luxe mattress in terms of material layers and is cheaper?

Hi Tara,
Thank you for writing us and for your interest in our mattress selection.
We'd be more than happy to provide you with more information regarding our Noa hybrid mattress, with the hopes of making your purchasing decision a littler easier on you.
The Eva mattress is indeed quite similar. We would like to highlight a few considerations:
Key consideration: We strategically placed our layer of breathable latex on the top layer as this is the most expensive (premium) material you can feature on a mattress. It is far more comfortable to rest atop than gel memory foam (as the first layer like Eva - which retains more heat and has little bounce). This is perhaps the most important differentiator that will most certainly impact the comfort of the mattress.
Our cover is made primarily of TENCEL a sustainable, breathable and highly comforting fabric.
While Eva only operates in Australia, we have been operating across four major markets for far longer allowing us to perfect our product and serve thousands of customers.
Below are some of the key differences that the Luxe mattress has to offer in comparison to our Noa mattress:
- the bamboo charcoal infused latex layer provides additional breathability by absorbing excess moisture to help keep you cool while sleeping
- the extra layer of micro coils adds responsiveness to the body and body movements
- the zoning of the pocketed springs provides adequate support to different areas of your body, mainly to your lower back and waist, to keep your spine properly aligned
With that said, every customer is different and we couldn't guarantee that our product is just what you need. Instead, we believe that the free 100-night trial is the best way for you to find out.

Hello. I'm trying to decide between this and the Eva mattress, both are very similar.
I'm interested in Firmness and Support. I don't want something that's rock hard to lie on because I'm a side sleeper and that can create pressure issues on the hips, but also don't want something I'm going to sink too much into and my lower back won't be supported. Can somebody who actually owns one of these mattresses and has been sleeping on it for awhile comment on the firmness and 'sinkability' ..Thanks.
Edit: I tried the Koala mattress and found it to be too soft and unsupportive.

Hi,
I am planning to buy the Noa Mattress but it'll be stored in its box for approx 8 weeks before we open it.
Will this affect the product?

Hi Nozomi,
Thanks for reaching out to us :)
We don't recommend keeping the mattress in the box for more than a month.
Also, a friendly reminder that your 100 night trial period begins on the day you receive your delivery.
Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way.

Maggie

Read more Please make sure to rotate your mattress every 3-6 months to ensure the mattress maintains its shape over time. As we tend to typically sleep in the same spot by force of habit, it is not unusual for a mattress (of any kind) to slightly soften and show signs of minor indentations where we sleep over time and usage. That being said, our warranty does cover indentations that are greater than an inch (2.54cm).
