Low quality. Thin and definitely not firm. Horrible purchase. Get neck pain from using the pillow. Tried to ask customer service about help and they basically just said bad luck.
Purchased in January 2022.
I have had this mattress for approx 18 months. It stared off quite comfortable (nowhere near as good as my previous Jenson mattress which I had for 12 years) buy much cheaper, so I thought I’d give it a go. It is now saggy and for the least 4 weeks has been giving me a very sore lower back, waking up every night at 3-4am with lower back pain. It’s clear to me that these mattresses are not built to last. Avoid.

No Warranty! Mattress highly affected by temperature, don't back their products, have extremely poor customer support.
IN SHORT: Mattress is highly affected by temperature, Noa don't back their products, have extremely poor customer support and offer NO WARRANTY.
THE LONG: Mattress was "okay" during the 100 day trial period (it was during the cooler months), but now after it's been in my house for 180 days it is by far the worst mattress I have ever owned.
The foam is rapidly getting softer and softer and both my partner and I are waking up with extremely sore backs, necks, hips....feeling cranky, not getting enough sleep, It's just bad for our overall health...
Purchased in September 2020 at Noa Home Australia for $899.

Can't stand this mattress. Too soft and no support at all. It's like sleeping on a soft sponge that sticks to your body. It also smells awful when it arrives - has a really noxious chemical like smell that takes weeks to go away.
Probably the worst thing is that you overheat when you sleep in this bed. The latex foam does not dissipate your body heat at all. It captures all of it and you end up feeling like you are sleeping on a heating blanket turned on too hot. It's really uncomfortable.
