the staff are rude and not helpful at all.they take your money quick and they can not tell you how and when you will be contacted for a refund

Mattress is firm and comfy to sleep on. I wake up feeling rested without any aches and tehe partner distrubance was quite low I thought. However, it is slightly warmer than I was expecting especially given my expectations from the marketing about "cooling gel". The mattress also has terrible edge support which has been my main gripe. The edges will actually collapse by +75% when the edge is directly sat on, the corners are even worse. Getting out of bed can sometimes be difficult given how much the sides collapse and sitting on the bed whenever...

The bed is quite firm, however, not uncomfortable. Communication from the company could be improved, I asked a specific question and was given a stock answer that did not answer my question.

My mattress is quite firm compared to what I am used to, but overall it is quite comfortable. I think it’s better for back sleepers than side sleepers. I have had the mattress for about 6 months now and have noticed that although it’s firm, it doesn’t hold it’s shape too well. I try to rotate the mattress every month to help the sagging. I think it’s a good short term mattress. I would probably need to replace it within 2years of purchase.

Mattress is clearly made with good quality materials and love the design and handles for easy grip transporting. It was unfortunately a bit firm for me personally, however their customer service was excellent and I am without loss for ordering. Would 100 percent recommend to people that want a solid firm support.

The mattress does exactly what NOA says. It's fresh and firm. The sides don't budge and you can't feel your partner move.

My only concern is its durability. It seems that the mattress is slightly affected by your weight. It has sunk permanently just a little were my partner and I sleep. Overall it is a great mattres.

I purchased the Noa Lite in a double size. The mattress itself seems like it has good build quality- firm edges, handles on the sides for carrying, and overall was well made with no obvious wear & tear problems after 2 months sleeping in it. But, I just found it too firm for me, even though I was looking for a medium-firm mattress. For reference, it might have been because I am quite a small person (<50kg). I'd say the firmness was 8.5-9/10 for me, and I had muscle soreness after sleeping in the matress even though I have no pre-existing pains/...

A bit firm for side sleepers, would be better for back sleepers. Otherwise thick and steady, no disturbance noted. I would recommend it for people who sleep mostly on their backs.

Alright, so after months and months of sleeping in this mattress I have to say it’s a waste of money. Specially if you sleep on your side. It’s hard as a rock, hot and sweaty and you’ll wake up in pain. about to order a mattress topper to remediate the problem. I do not recommend it at all. Wish I had returned in time.

The mattress is a nice firmness and has been very comfortable. It took a week to adjust from a traditional spring mattress but since it has provided a very pleasant sleep. It has no signs of sagging so far

Had high hopes unboxing this due to good reviews online, but this mattress was disappointing for a couple of reasons:
1. Too firm- nearly gave me bedsores
2. Too hot- low breathability in the topping gave me nightmares
3. Super heavy- broke our bed frame
4. Overpriced for what it is.
5. Advertised as pocket spring but felt basically like a hard foam mattress.

You might like it if you prefer firm mattress. It is not a versatile medium-firm mattress as they advertise... it is like, firm-firm.

To date the Noa mattress is comfortable and firm as one would want. It seems to be holding shape as expected but it is still early days. After say 12 months it would be a more accurate time as to the comfort and support the mattress offers. Not being able to compare with a conventional mattress adds to the questions.

Great mattress so far! Weighs a ton, so not easy to move around! Feel rested and get a great nights sleep! Would recommend to anyone seeking a new mattress to give it a whirl! Happy dreams!

Bought the mattress a few months ago. My preference is for firm mattresses and this is just prefect! Very supportive with a plush layer at the top for extra comfort that is thin enough not to sink in the mattress.
For a firm mattress, also the partner disturbance is pretty good and you can't feel movements. Haven't tried the wine glass thest though...it seemed dangerous :D
The build and the materials of the mattress seem very nice and durable. Still in mint conditions from February.
The "smell of new" took a bit to leave but to be fair it wasn'...

After surveying the various ‘bed in a box’ options available, we chose a Noa on the basis of reviews, informative website and the 100 day trial. We also put high value on the natural materials (tencel and latex) on the sleeping surface. The ordering and free delivery process was smooth. We are in Hobart, so it took a little longer than a major metro service. We were impressed by the quality of this mattress. Nicely constructed and finished. After unwrapping, we left the mattress to expand and air for 24 hours. After fitting our woollen mattress...
