That Ahhhhhhh Feeling each night!!
I love my Noa mattress! 4 months ago I bought a king size mattress which was delivered 11 days later & has been the best mattress I’ve had. It’s quite firm so I have a cheap foam topper from Kmart on it but the consistent support, no dips or sagging has meant I no longer have lower back pain whatsoever. I waited a while before writing a review to give it a good test, and after suffering bulging discs & being a fussy sleeper - I would recommend this mattress without a doubt! Quality and very well made bed, great customer service and really wanted to love the bed, it was just too firm for our personal taste but cannot fault Noa in the slightest. We tried hard with the trial, but eventually decided against it for us and the trial process worked well and return was simple and well managed, as was the very swift delivery. I would highly recommend their bed if you like a reasonably firm bed. Show details · 1No more back ache!
I have had the mattress for about 6 months now. The delivery was fast and unpackaging and set up was easy. It is firmer than my previous mattress, so took a little getting used to but now I have adjusted to it, it is wonderful. I was having constant lower back aches, but with the new mattress the aches are all gone. Show details · 1Took a couple of weeks to love it ... but do now!
Never purchased a mattress in a box previously so we did lots of research & settled on the Noa.Delivery of the mattress was quick.
My wife loved the Noa mattress from the first night but I took a couple of weeks to feel the same way about it.
Mattress has a firm but comfortable feel to it.
I'm a hot sleeper but the mattress feels comfortably cool - certainly not hot.
No partner disturbance at all which is quite incredible.
Build quality seems quite good & 15 year warranty shows the company's confidence in it's product.
I would recommend the Noa based on our experience thus far.

I have to start this review with a note about the delivery. It was a nightmare. To cut a very long story short, the mattress came 5 days earlier than Noa said it would, but nobody notified me it was arriving so I missed the delivery. They didn't leave a notice, and nobody tried to contact me to arrange a re-delivery. The online tracking showed the mattress as still being interstate. When I finally called to ask for an update, I found out the ma... Read more
ttress had just been sitting in a warehouse 20 mins away from me for the past 5 days. At this point, rather than miss a day of work to wait for a re-delivery, I opted to go to the Border Express warehouse myself and pick up the mattress directly. What a JOKE. I called in advance and they said they'd have it ready for me - spoiler alert, they did not. It took me 15 mins to even find someone in the warehouse willing to help me, and then it took them another 30 minutes to track down the mattress in their warehouse. They acted like it was the world's biggest inconvenience to have to give me my package. Miraculously it fit in my car, but I had to ask two random men on the street for help getting it out of my car and into my house. In fairness, this nightmare is not really Noa's fault, but I would strongly encourage Noa to choose a different delivery partner. I'm not sure how you're expected to be home to receive the mattress when there is no communication about when it's going to arrive. On to the mattress itself. First impressions: It looks nice and seems well-made, but it's very heavy and hard for one person to move around. (I actually strained my back at one point trying to move it.) Handles on the side of the mattress would be useful here. (I think Noa's newer models now have handles, so probably not an issue for future customers.) When I first laid down on it, it was very comfy. It's definitely firm, but the top feels a tiny bit plush. I can say from experience that it's slightly softer than both the Eva and the Koala mattresses. Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience sleeping on it. Falling asleep was fine, but then I'd wake up in the night feeling like it was really firm and I'd struggle to get comfortable again. I'm a side sleeper and it just wasn't enough cushioning for me, I guess. The other problem was heat retention. This thing was sooooo hot. I'm not a hot sleeper by any means. My bedroom isn't heated and is usually around 15-17 degrees during winter. I usually sleep with multiple layers of clothes, multiple blankets, a heating pad, and a big dog. This mattress had me waking up in the night sweating to death, even with just a t-shirt and none of the above. I tried different sheets in case they were the problem, but nope. I just kept waking up in the middle of the night like I was having hot flashes. (Just to be clear - I was definitely not having hot flashes. Too young for that.) Anyway, I really wanted to like this mattress but it just wasn't for me. Unfortunately, Noa doesn't offer a topper like some other companies do to improve softness. Which is a shame, because I added a soft topper I had at home already and it made it really comfy and resolved the overheating issue. Unfortunately it's not the right size for the bed so not a long term solution but if Noa had provided a topper, I'd probably have been inclined to keep the mattress. On the plus side, Noa replied to my return request very quickly. The returned mattresses go to charity and the refund was prompt. So I can't fault the customer service. I'm also disappointed I ordered my mattress a few weeks before their new line launched, because I would have been interested to try one of their other models - with handles and without the top layer being latex.Too hard for us!
Unfortunately this mattress was too hard for us. However cannot fault the great customer service I had in returning the mattress, no questions asked they very quickly organised the return and refunded our money. Firmer than I’d usually like but it’s still comfortable. I haven’t noticed any issues so far with the mattress so that’s good. . We're truly sorry to hear that our mattress was not the perfect fit for your preferences and needs however, we're happy that we were able to assist you with your return / refund in a satisfactory manner. We've gone ahead and shared your candid feedback with our carrier partner to further investigate the issues encountered with the delivery of your order. We can assure you that this is not the type of experience we strive to offer our valued customers, and apologize that your delivery was not carried out per our standards. We understand that our mattress is on the heavier side, and as already mentioned, our new version does feature handles for ease of lifting/rotating. Compared to traditional mattresses or only foam mattresses, we'd like to point out that our hybrid design - which incorporates breathable latex, cooling gel memory foam, and most importantly, pocket springs which enhance airflow - is far better for keeping you cool. In addition, the mattress was specifically designed for warmer climates. That said, the type of bedding you choose will also have a significant impact on heat retention, beyond the type of mattress you use, which you already seem to be well aware of. We also recommend using a mattress protector that is made of a light material (silk or polyester for example) to avoid further heat retention. As for bed linens, percale cotton or linen sheets sleep cooler than other materials. All that said, we truly hope you find a mattress that will help you find a restful sleep, and more importantly, that we'll be able to assist you again in the future, and provide you with an enjoyable and seamless shopping experience. With regards, Maggie
