IN SHORT: Mattress is highly affected by temperature, Noa don't back their products, have extremely poor customer support and offer NO WARRANTY.
THE LONG: Mattress was "okay" during the 100 day trial period (it was during the cooler months), but now after it's been in my house for 180 days it is by far the worst mattress I have ever owned.
The foam is rapidly getting softer and softer and both my partner and I are waking up with extremely sore backs, necks, hips....feeling cranky, not getting enough sleep, It's just bad for our overall health...
Purchased in September 2020 at Noa Home Australia for $899.
- The Noa Double
Very firm, good build quality
I purchased the Noa Lite in a double size. The mattress itself seems like it has good build quality- firm edges, handles on the sides for carrying, and overall was well made with no obvious wear & tear problems after 2 months sleeping in it. But, I just found it too firm for me, even though I was looking for a medium-firm mattress. For reference, it might have been because I am quite a small person (<50kg). I'd say the firmness was 8.5-9/10 for me, and I had muscle soreness after sleeping in the matress even though I have no pre-existing pains/...joint problems. Also, although it has springs, it didn't have the bouncy feel one would expect and feels quite 'solid'. Delivery was extremely quick. Currently in the process of returning with Noa support.

Great quality, but not right for us
After surveying the various ‘bed in a box’ options available, we chose a Noa on the basis of reviews, informative website and the 100 day trial. We also put high value on the natural materials (tencel and latex) on the sleeping surface. The ordering and free delivery process was smooth. We are in Hobart, so it took a little longer than a major metro service. We were impressed by the quality of this mattress. Nicely constructed and finished. After unwrapping, we left the mattress to expand and air for 24 hours. After fitting our woollen mattress...topper we found the mattress to be definitely firmer than our previous pocket spring mattress. Certainly not too hot. Over the past three months I have adapted to the Noa well, but my partner unfortunately hasn’t. She has experienced lower back pain at night since we installed the new mattress and now, with the trial period just about up, we have decided to request a return. I don’t think this is because the mattress is in any way flawed, it just doesn’t suit our particular requirements. I’ve emailed Noa support and am awaiting their reply. I’ll report on the return process as it progresses, as this is an important aspect of their product and promises a good level of assurance to the prospective buyer.

I've been trying to contact Noa to cancel an order that has not yet been processed on their end. It's impossible to be able to reach someone on the phone. I've sent 2 emails and I am finding their history of sub par customer service nerve wracking. How quick are they to call back usually?

I purchased a Noa lite on 14/9. I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer service to find out about ETA, but every time I call your Australian number, it goes straight to voicemail. You can’t even be placed on hold. Emails so far have gone unanswered as well. Given the appalling service and lack of communication I’m really regretting having made the purchase. Can someone tell me how to get in touch with a person to discuss my order?

Will noa queen mattress fit into ikea queen bed frame (e.g. SONGESAND)? I know it sounds like a dumb question but the ikea mattresses are 1cm narrower and 1cm shorter. Not much, but if anyone has any experience with this would be helpful, thank you.

We would simply recommend measuring the inner frame to ensure our mattress will fit properly.
Within the mattress industry, products typically have a sizing tolerance of +/- 2cm, as the mattresses themselves can be slightly compressed / squeezed into spaces.
