No Warranty! Mattress highly affected by temperature, don't back their products, have extremely poor customer support.
IN SHORT: Mattress is highly affected by temperature, Noa don't back their products, have extremely poor customer support and offer NO WARRANTY.
THE LONG: Mattress was "okay" during the 100 day trial period (it was during the cooler months), but now after it's been in my house for 180 days it is by far the worst mattress I have ever owned.
The foam is rapidly getting softer and softer and both my partner and I are waking up with extremely sore backs, necks, hips....feeling cranky, not getting enough sleep, It's just bad for our overall health...

I purchased the Noa Lite in a double size. The mattress itself seems like it has good build quality- firm edges, handles on the sides for carrying, and overall was well made with no obvious wear & tear problems after 2 months sleeping in it. But, I just found it too firm for me, even though I was looking for a medium-firm mattress. For reference, it might have been because I am quite a small person (<50kg). Had high hopes unboxing this due to good reviews online, but this mattress was disappointing for a couple of reasons:
1. Too firm- nearly gave me bedsores
2. Too hot- low breathability in the topping gave me nightmares
3. Super heavy- broke our bed frame
4. Overpriced for what it is.
5. Advertised as pocket spring but felt basically like a hard foam mattress.
You might like it if you prefer firm mattress. It is not a versatile medium-firm mattress as they advertise... it is like, firm-firm.

It also smells awful when it arrives - has a really noxious chemical like smell that takes weeks to go away.
Probably the worst thing is that you overheat when you sleep in this bed. The latex foam does not dissipate your body heat at all. It captures all of it and you end up feeling like you are sleeping on a heating blanket turned on too hot. It's really uncomfortable.

Over the past three months I have adapted to the Noa well, but my partner unfortunately hasn’t. She has experienced lower back pain at night since we installed the new mattress and now, with the trial period just about up, we have decided to request a return. I don’t think this is because the mattress is in any way flawed, it just doesn’t suit our particular requirements. I’ve emailed Noa support and am awaiting their reply.
