we are both 70 years old and about 90kg each.This is the worst mattress we have purchased in 50 years.
to hard.to hot.no edge support.
you are made to jump through hoops to get a refund.take photos,fill out survey.
the staff are rude and not helpful at all.they take your money quick and they can not tell you how and when you will be contacted for a refund
Purchased in March 2022 at Noa Home Australia for $750.
there was no misunberstanding. and now i have to wait until the end of the month until the mattress is picked up.so god knows how long it will take to gt a refund,and show me where in your terms where...

Mattress is firm and comfy to sleep on. I wake up feeling rested without any aches and tehe partner distrubance was quite low I thought. However, it is slightly warmer than I was expecting especially given my expectations from the marketing about "cooling gel". The mattress also has terrible edge support which has been my main gripe. The edges will actually collapse by +75% when the edge is directly sat on, the corners are even worse. Getting out of bed can sometimes be difficult given how much the sides collapse and sitting on the bed whenever...
Read more needed is now a more conscious decision to sit further into the bed away from the edges. I feel that this also shrinks the available sleeping room on the bed as my partner and I try to sleep away from the edge. I would actually rate the mattress no better than a piece of foam for edge support and I am considering returning the mattress after our minimum trial period. I am also disapointed in the prolific use of plastics in the fabric and throughout the mattress and that it is imported from China. We also purchased a mattress protector with this mattress and it has still not arrived. There was no communication that this would arrive on a different date and through different shipping, I had to reach out to find this out.Purchased in October 2021 at Noa Home Australia for $974.

My mattress is quite firm compared to what I am used to, but overall it is quite comfortable. I think it’s better for back sleepers than side sleepers. I have had the mattress for about 6 months now and have noticed that although it’s firm, it doesn’t hold it’s shape too well. I try to rotate the mattress every month to help the sagging. I think it’s a good short term mattress. I would probably need to replace it within 2years of purchase.

We got this on sale and expected it to be quite firm after reading reviews, but after sleeping on it for two months now we can confirm it's the best night's sleep we've ever had. We both joke that we can't remember the last time we can recall falling asleep because we're instantly in a deep slumber as soon as we hit the bed! We were swayed by Koala and Sleeping Duck's clever marketing strategies but we're glad we dug deep enough to unearth Noa because those mattresses aren't a match for Noa's superior range and exceptional customer service.

Reviewed mattress and had reservations given the price. The 100 day return policy provided us with the assurance we were seeking to try it out. After a couple of days we can safely say it’s a very comfortable sleep and so fairly priced. We highly recommend.

Had high hopes unboxing this due to good reviews online, but this mattress was disappointing for a couple of reasons:
1. Too firm- nearly gave me bedsores
2. Too hot- low breathability in the topping gave me nightmares
3. Super heavy- broke our bed frame
4. Overpriced for what it is.
5. Advertised as pocket spring but felt basically like a hard foam mattress.
You might like it if you prefer firm mattress. It is not a versatile medium-firm mattress as they advertise... it is like, firm-firm.

I've been trying to contact Noa to cancel an order that has not yet been processed on their end. It's impossible to be able to reach someone on the phone. I've sent 2 emails and I am finding their history of sub par customer service nerve wracking. How quick are they to call back usually?

I purchased a Noa lite on 14/9. I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer service to find out about ETA, but every time I call your Australian number, it goes straight to voicemail. You can’t even be placed on hold. Emails so far have gone unanswered as well. Given the appalling service and lack of communication I’m really regretting having made the purchase. Will noa queen mattress fit into ikea queen bed frame (e.g. SONGESAND)? I know it sounds like a dumb question but the ikea mattresses are 1cm narrower and 1cm shorter. Not much, but if anyone has any experience with this would be helpful, thank you.
