Nice mattress
I don't feel hot at night and it is very comfy. Mattress is very heavy and requires 2 person to unpack/set it up. Upon receiving the mattress, I noticed there is already a dent (middle part of the mattress). I waited 3 days before I used it and thought that the shape would go back to normal. I emailed Noa about it and has advised me to see how it would go for a week and that I could email them again if the issue is not fixed. I noticed the dent was less visible and have decided not to exchange it since it would be an inconvenience to arrange return and wait again for few days before I would receive a new mattress. Overall, this mattress is very nice and comfortable. Highly recommend.
Purchased in November 2019 for $649.00.

Not bad for the price!
Good value for mattress. Firm without being too uncomfortable and my partner and I are able to sleep without waking each other up throughout the night by tossing and turning.
Good that there isn't any smell in the mattress so you can use it immediately when you unpack it.
Purchased in October 2019 for $800.00.

Very nice mattress
I was a little skeptical about a mattress in a box. After recommended by my Chiro, I thought I'd give it a go. When the mattress arrived I quickly noticed the quality of mattress is very good. The only complain is that the chemical like smell but it went away after 2 weeks. Also, my body was used to the old saggy mattress It took me a few days to adjust to this mattress but once I am adjusted I can confirm this mattress does what it advertise. Now I need a matching mattress to make my sleep perfect. After using this mattress my back and neck ...
Read moreissue has improved. I've used it for few moths and I must say I really love this product, the only thing I could complain is that I always sleep at the same spot and now it feels like this spot sags more than the other..... but I might be wrong. I will give it a little more time to see.Purchased in March 2019 for $649.00.

Better Sleep
I was concerned about heat build-up with new wave 'foam' mattresses. Noa is slightly warmer than my very old traditional spring mattress, but not a problem. My sleep app says that I'm getting a 10% better sleep. I require a hip replacement, but i'm too young, so I was looking for a mattress to assist with side and mainly back sleeping. No problem with Noa. One slight concern is that the location I often sit to dress/undress has become softer, I hope that isnt a sign of things to come. I have used the mattress for about 8 weeks through some very...
Read more warm nights. Noa is what I would describe as firm-medium, just how I like it, supportive with a soft topper. I lay on another brand that has firmness options and the firm was too hard. I have already recommended to two friends and I would purchase again.Purchased in March 2019 at Online for $749.00.

How is the Noa mattress compared to Eva Mattress? I have a hard time deciding between the two. Isn’t Eva mattress more closely resembled Noa Luxe mattress in terms of material layers and is cheaper?

Hi Tara,
Thank you for writing us and for your interest in our mattress selection.
We'd be more than happy to provide you with more information regarding our Noa hybrid mattress, with the hopes of making your purchasing decision a littler easier on you.
The Eva mattress is indeed quite similar. We would like to highlight a few considerations:
Key consideration: We strategically placed our layer of breathable latex on the top layer as this is the most expensive (premium) material you can feature on a mattress. It is far more comfortable to rest atop than gel memory foam (as the first layer like Eva - which retains more heat and has little bounce). This is perhaps the most important differentiator that will most certainly impact the comfort of the mattress.
Our cover is made primarily of TENCEL a sustainable, breathable and highly comforting fabric.
While Eva only operates in Australia, we have been operating across four major markets for far longer allowing us to perfect our product and serve thousands of customers.
Below are some of the key differences that the Luxe mattress has to offer in comparison to our Noa mattress:
- the bamboo charcoal infused latex layer provides additional breathability by absorbing excess moisture to help keep you cool while sleeping
- the extra layer of micro coils adds responsiveness to the body and body movements
- the zoning of the pocketed springs provides adequate support to different areas of your body, mainly to your lower back and waist, to keep your spine properly aligned
With that said, every customer is different and we couldn't guarantee that our product is just what you need. Instead, we believe that the free 100-night trial is the best way for you to find out.

Hello. I'm trying to decide between this and the Eva mattress, both are very similar.
I'm interested in Firmness and Support. I don't want something that's rock hard to lie on because I'm a side sleeper and that can create pressure issues on the hips, but also don't want something I'm going to sink too much into and my lower back won't be supported. Can somebody who actually owns one of these mattresses and has been sleeping on it for awhile comment on the firmness and 'sinkability' ..Thanks.
Edit: I tried the Koala mattress and found it to be too soft and unsupportive.

Hi,
I am planning to buy the Noa Mattress but it'll be stored in its box for approx 8 weeks before we open it.
Will this affect the product?

Hi Nozomi,
Thanks for reaching out to us :)
We don't recommend keeping the mattress in the box for more than a month.
Also, a friendly reminder that your 100 night trial period begins on the day you receive your delivery.
Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way.
Regards,
Maggie
