the mattress we purchased is incredibly comfortable and offered support in all the right spots. I woke up without back complaints after just one week. Unfortunately the mattress was just way too hot for us, despite cooling mattress toppers. Very sad we had to return it

Initially I had some issues with my order but team at Noa were more than helpful in clearing up what was a bank error.
I have slept on my Noa for three months now and find it very comfortable. No miracles on my back or shoulder but a lot more comfortable than my old inner spring mattress. Fairly heavy to lift when making the bed or turning the mattress.. A well priced and good quality product, I recommend this mattress.

Did not expect it to be as firm as it is. Nothing Our mattress topper did not fix. Now love it and do not want to leave it each morning.

The mattress is quite firm and supportive, which I personally find very comfortable.
I appreciate being able to move about without disturbing my partner.
The delivery was prompt and unpacking fairly straightforward.
The two negatives with this mattress are:
1. It still has a slightly musty/mildewy odour, even after 5 weeks.
2. The edges don't hold their shape as much as my previous Sleeping Duck mattress, which makes me wonder if the sides are going to sag.

Read more We're so happy to hear that you're enjoying the quality, comfort and support provided by the mattress :) The Noa mattress has good soft edge support however, due to the fact that the product is compressed and rolled, it is structurally impossible to use a steel perimeter along the inner edge of the mattress. Upon completion of each mattress production, our manufacturer regularly airs out the products for 3-4 days before the inspection by a third-party compliance company and final packaging. Please rest assured that the smell is not associated with any harmful chemicals as our foams are REACH certified and use non-toxic adhesives. That said, you can definitely air out the mattress by removing all bedding (including a mattress protector), opening a window or the A/C, and allowing any smell to dissipate during the day. Its summer here and the mattress (like all others) still gets warm, however it is very comfortable. I have found the NOA provides great support and has helped with my bursitis. No evidence of fumes or sagging or any such issues. In a nutshell good quality for a great price.

Super comfy mattress with just the right amount of support. Really helpful for my back/neck problems and would recommend to family and friends. Used now for 4 months and still loving it as much as the first day.

I was a little skeptical about a mattress in a box. After recommended by my Chiro, I thought I'd give it a go. When the mattress arrived I quickly noticed the quality of mattress is very good. I was concerned about heat build-up with new wave 'foam' mattresses. Noa is slightly warmer than my very old traditional spring mattress, but not a problem. I have to say I am extremely happy with my purchase. In fact have been meaning to do this review for sometime.
I even kept the post card type thing you get with it and was going to send an email to the owners.

I purchased a Noa lite on 14/9. I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer service to find out about ETA, but every time I call your Australian number, it goes straight to voicemail. Will noa queen mattress fit into ikea queen bed frame (e.g. SONGESAND)? I know it sounds like a dumb question but the ikea mattresses are 1cm narrower and 1cm shorter. Not much, but if anyone has any experience with this would be helpful, thank you.

Read more Our hybrid design - which incorporates breathable latex, cooling gel memory foam, and most importantly, pocket springs which enhance airflow - is far better for keeping you cool then traditional or foam only mattress. In addition, our mattresses were specifically designed for warmer climates. That being said, the type of bedding and mattress protector you choose will also have a significant impact on heat retention, beyond the type of mattress you use.
