Over the course of the last month, I've had a series of interactions with Noa customer service. And while I don't blame them personally, they are stuck offering a product that can't be delivered. After ordering and checking that it would actually be 2-10 days as the website suggested, the automatic confirmation came and said out of stock, back in 4-14 days. 14 days rolled around with no news, I enquired by email and they said it would be another month. Lots of backwards and forwards and we're now four weeks on with no idea of when it will come. Current suggestion is 1-2 more weeks.

Ordered a king size bed frame, original order said it should be delivered within 10 working days.
5 months later my bed still hadn’t arrived. Excuses sent via email included:

Unbelievable delivery time for a single piece of mattress bought. Ordered on 22 Oct and there is no phone call or follow up email about delivery status.
Website stated 7-10 business day after order processed but I waited for 15 business days and yet no phone call receive.
After I sent a follow up email to NOA, the reply says “your order will be deliver shortly”. I can’t believe it is taking so long foe the delivery. I would be better off buying directly from any shops.

Mattress is firm and comfy to sleep on. I wake up feeling rested without any aches and tehe partner distrubance was quite low I thought. However, it is slightly warmer than I was expecting especially given my expectations from the marketing about "cooling gel". The mattress also has terrible edge support which has been my main gripe. The edges will actually collapse by +75% when the edge is directly sat on, the corners are even worse. Getting out of bed can sometimes be difficult given how much the sides collapse and sitting on the bed whenever...

I feel that this also shrinks the available sleeping room on the bed as my partner and I try to sleep away from the edge. I would actually rate the mattress no better than a piece of foam for edge support and I am considering returning the mattress after our minimum trial period. I am also disapointed in the prolific use of plastics in the fabric and throughout the mattress and that it is imported from China. We also purchased a mattress protector with this mattress and it has still not arrived. Their website says 1-10 days delivery. Be very careful, they will take your money and not deliver within the time frame they advertise. I can’t review the mattress because I haven’t got it after nearly a month. They won’t give you any type of delivery dates, not even within two weeks. Hopeless to deal with so far, I hope the mattress is better than the service of this company. Shocking

I ordered a Mattress yesterday when website showed was in stock NSW. I was aware various other COVID delayes would likely mean a couple weeks delivery delay. I then check my delivery confirmation email and says NOT in stock until end October! So I have advised NOA today to cancel order and refund. I have been contacted by customer support Andre order g hd as been cancelled and refunded as requested.

Quality and very well made bed, great customer service and really wanted to love the bed, it was just too firm for our personal taste but cannot fault Noa in the slightest. We tried hard with the trial, but eventually decided against it for us and the trial process worked well and return was simple and well managed, as was the very swift delivery. I would highly recommend their bed if you like a reasonably firm bed.

Mattress is clearly made with good quality materials and love the design and handles for easy grip transporting. It was unfortunately a bit firm for me personally, however their customer service was excellent and I am without loss for ordering. Would 100 percent recommend to people that want a solid firm support.

IN SHORT: Mattress is highly affected by temperature, Noa don't back their products, have extremely poor customer support and offer NO WARRANTY.
THE LONG: Mattress was "okay" during the 100 day trial period (it was during the cooler months), but now after it's been in my house for 180 days it is by far the worst mattress I have ever owned.
The foam is rapidly getting softer and softer and both my partner and I are waking up with extremely sore backs, necks, hips....feeling cranky, not getting enough sleep, It's just bad for our overall health...

The mattress itself seems like it has good build quality- firm edges, handles on the sides for carrying, and overall was well made with no obvious wear & tear problems after 2 months sleeping in it. Mattress is WAY too firm - not soft at all. Has almost no give, like sleeping on a board. Has created pain in my back around the pressure points, as I just don't sink into it at all (female 60kg). Why are soft mattresses so hard to find!?! Have given it a good try for over a month and also bought a mattress topper (from Ecosa) to try and make it work, which was also too hard and ineffective. At least they have a decent returns policy.

Reasonably supportive but far too soft on top. We Sleep well enough. It would suit some people but we had some friends lie on it and they were also dubious.

Delivery was prompt and easy. I have intermittent lower back pain, but unfortunately since sleeping with this mattress I have been getting more pain than usual while sleeping on my back. Sleeping on my side seems comfy. Hard to know if it’s related to the mattress- will trial for another month to see how I adjust. Am thinking I should have gone with the Luxe mattress. I weigh 64kg and is more on the softer side than I expected.

I've been trying to contact Noa to cancel an order that has not yet been processed on their end. It's impossible to be able to reach someone on the phone. I've sent 2 emails and I am finding their history of sub par customer service nerve wracking. How quick are they to call back usually?
