Never arrived and feeling scammy - would rate zero if possible
Was so excited to give Noa mattresses a go after all of the great reviews I saw last year about it, however, don't be fooled! We ordered our mattress early/mid-January with expectations of a 'slight' delay in delivery as stated in emails from the company, however, once it comes to delivery it never arrives! When tracking the mattress the estimated delivery date was the 21st of Jan 2021, with the delivery clearly sitting in the depot since the 19th of Jan, and yet here we are still waiting for any information - lodged enquiries left unanswered a...
Read morend no one willing to help us get our mattress that we spent a good amount of money on. Honestly feels like a scam at this stage and have begun looking into purchasing elsewhere so we can finally have a bed to sleep on. It is February - there should no longer be a backlog from the holidays and I am sick of getting that as a response every time we do get a reply to emails. We just want the mattress that we paid for and yet here we are over three weeks later with no clue if it will ever even arrive. Honestly would love to say what the quality of the product is like, but all I can comment on is the customer service and quality of delivery partners which, judging by other reviews I have seen recently, is seemingly not an isolated issue.Purchased in January 2021 for $899.00.

Reasonably supportive but far too soft on top. We Sleep well enough. It would suit some people but we had some friends lie on it and they were also dubious.

Still unsure if I will keep it, have been getting back pain
Delivery was prompt and easy. I have intermittent lower back pain, but unfortunately since sleeping with this mattress I have been getting more pain than usual while sleeping on my back. Sleeping on my side seems comfy. Hard to know if it’s related to the mattress- will trial for another month to see how I adjust. Am thinking I should have gone with the Luxe mattress. I weigh 64kg and is more on the softer side than I expected.

I purchased a King Luxe and it was not for me. Incredibly firm. Also, rather heavy as far as mattress go.
I found the purchase easy. It did take a while to get any kind of confirmation and I did need to chase it up and I didn't get tracking but the mattress arrived safely in about double the time advised on the site. I assume all delays were due to black Friday and pre Christmas rush so its to be expected.
Great quality but just so firm. I had arranged the return before a full nights sleep on it. Pick up by a charity was arranged promptly and a full refund landed in my account same day. While its not for me, the process was pretty seamless.

Worst online business ever!
Goods are not delivered! Incorrect information provided by support lady on webchat. Does not want to follow up with their courier to find out why there are delays.
Today trying to follow up, no agents in the office to pick up and no chat service. Teaming up with one of the worst courier services "alliedexpress".

Very bad experience with Noa waiting 6 months for a refund but at least it came through eventually. Only after threatening legal action and informing the office of Fair Trading.

In the event that a return request is made, we guarantee that the mattress will be refunded in full, no questions asked, once returned. We did indeed inform you that we would confirm, within 5 days, if the collection could be processed, and provided you with an update the following day that we would need to wait until further notice due to restrictions in your area. At the time that your request was made, the government and local authorities set in place restrictions that did not allow our third party transporters and charity partners to collect opened mattresses from our customers' homes. This was strictly to ensure the safety of both our customers and staff members during a trying time. Our charity partner only began collections in your area this past December. The areas that are serviced by their organization are determined by them, as they are operating on limited staff and restrictions. They contacted you by email and by phone a couple of weeks ago, and were unsuccessful in getting in touch with you. As soon as we received your latest email inquiry this week, we responded to you and ensured you received a call from the charity the very same day. It is standard procedure that any modifications to our customers' personal information (contact details and address) must be provided by us, as we need to validate the information with you directly to ensure it is accurate. It's as if you've completely forgotten about the second option you offer. I am STILL stuck with that stupid mattress as the Salvation Army didn't come the day they said they would. I lost hundreds of dollars in lost wages that day as I had to take the day off work (I am self-employed) waiting for them to come. When I called them to check what was happening they told me that Noa had told them to cancel the pick up because I hadn't told them about my change of address even though I did tell them the second I found out I was required to! delivery is a nightmare
no updates on deliveries unless you send them an email as whenever you call their number there is never anyone there to pick it up.
got my mattress today finally but my bed base did not come, followed up with TMS their outsourced delivery customer care and they could only say the 2 items are at the depot that my mattress was sent out from and gave me a reference number to follow up with allied express
theyve advised that this is in top priority but i cannot call allied express as the phone doesnt even ring!
so theres no actual way to even get i...

Massive delay. Still no mattress , Scam?
I would review the mattress , but I still don’t have it. It is well past the date I would be told it was going to be here. I keep emailing and get pretty dodgey answers or no answer at all. The online tracking doesn’t work. I think I will talk to my credit card company soon if I don’t get a mattress or a solid response.

Bought 5 days ago, still waiting. No communication since order conf/dispatch notice, tracking not updated just says port melbourne. Wow what rubbish service. I send bulky goods around Australia never more then 2 or 3 days to metro capitals. This is only across melbourne - buy a koala - same or next day. A lot of the great reviews on here seem fake - reviewers only join recently to review Noa - very fishy! How long do I have to wait!?

The Worst Service I've Received In Ages
It took over 2 weeks with little to no communication from this scam company to finally get my money back for a product that was never delivered. They kept changing their mind on the status of the delivery from, their dispatcher would call me to arrange a time on "Friday" for the mattress to be delivered...to "We're out of stock"...to "We're trying to get in touch with our dispatcher to contact you"
So basically this is a drop-shipping mattress scam. They obviously don't have a warehouse anywhere in Australia. So they're probably shipping these in from some random factory in China, but they have zero ability to track where their own product is in the delivery process.
Such a scam...luckily I got my money back.

It's been over 2 weeks since I've ordered my queen mattress (ordered 14th September) and yet to receive it. Sure, use COVID as an excuse as much as you want but the website says 2-4 days delivery to Brisbane and 4-8 days to QLD at maximum. Now being told it will be later in the week it's delivered. The brand name that will suffer from this will be NOA, not anyone else. We had someone order their mattress days after us, delivered to the same address and he's had his for a week now. The whole situation has been a farce! Absolute joke. Noa has off...

I have to start this review with a note about the delivery. It was a nightmare. To cut a very long story short, the mattress came 5 days earlier than Noa said it would, but nobody notified me it was arriving so I missed the delivery. They didn't leave a notice, and nobody tried to contact me to arrange a re-delivery. The online tracking showed the mattress as still being interstate. When I finally called to ask for an update, I found out the ma...

At this point, rather than miss a day of work to wait for a re-delivery, I opted to go to the Border Express warehouse myself and pick up the mattress directly. What a JOKE. I called in advance and they said they'd have it ready for me - spoiler alert, they did not. It took me 15 mins to even find someone in the warehouse willing to help me, and then it took them another 30 minutes to track down the mattress in their warehouse. They acted like it was the world's biggest inconvenience to have to give me my package. Miraculously it fit in my car, but I had to ask two random men on the street for help getting it out of my car and into my house. In fairness, this nightmare is not really Noa's fault, but I would strongly encourage Noa to choose a different delivery partner. I'm not sure how you're expected to be home to receive the mattress when there is no communication about when it's going to arrive.Purchased in June 2020 for $749.00.

We understand that our mattress is on the heavier side, and as already mentioned, our new version does feature handles for ease of lifting/rotating. Compared to traditional mattresses or only foam mattresses, we'd like to point out that our hybrid design - which incorporates breathable latex, cooling gel memory foam, and most importantly, pocket springs which enhance airflow - is far better for keeping you cool. In addition, the mattress was specifically designed for warmer climates. That said, the type of bedding you choose will also have a significant impact on heat retention, beyond the type of mattress you use, which you already seem to be well aware of. We also recommend using a mattress protector that is made of a light material (silk or polyester for example) to avoid further heat retention. As for bed linens, percale cotton or linen sheets sleep cooler than other materials. All that said, we truly hope you find a mattress that will help you find a restful sleep, and more importantly, that we'll be able to assist you again in the future, and provide you with an enjoyable and seamless shopping experience. A bit firm for side sleepers, would be better for back sleepers. Otherwise thick and steady, no disturbance noted. I would recommend it for people who sleep mostly on their backs.

Do not recommend. Wake up in pain every morning.
Alright, so after months and months of sleeping in this mattress I have to say it’s a waste of money. Specially if you sleep on your side. It’s hard as a rock, hot and sweaty and you’ll wake up in pain. about to order a mattress topper to remediate the problem. I do not recommend it at all. Wish I had returned in time.

Wish i had returned before 100 day trial finished
Quite a firm mattress, I thought I would get use to it, however nearly a year and a half on and its still not the best nights sleep, I can't say I've ever had a good nights sleep on it. The inital trial period came and went, at the time i had three year old twins and a one year old, so getting a full nights sleep never happened anyway always in and out tending to the babes, but now that i can sleep without too much interuption, i do regret purchasing our NOA mattress and will look at updating when i can afford it, such a shame. I am much more comfortable in my children's basic single mattresses from Harvey Norman.

Told my husband not to order here, he should've listened.
Ordered the king Venice bed and mattress a week ago. Haven't even opened the mattress because our bedroom is full of faulty bed parts. On Friday they said they're going to send out a new headboard and yet we've been sitting at home for Monday and Tuesday now and nothing. No reply, no contact from the delivery company, no delivery. So now we're left with a faulty bed and nothing to sleep on. We have work the rest of the week so I guess no bed for who knows how many weeks.
Purchased in March 2020 for $1,560.00.

How is the Noa mattress compared to Eva Mattress? I have a hard time deciding between the two. Isn’t Eva mattress more closely resembled Noa Luxe mattress in terms of material layers and is cheaper?

The Eva mattress is indeed quite similar. We would like to highlight a few considerations:
Key consideration: We strategically placed our layer of breathable latex on the top layer as this is the most expensive (premium) material you can feature on a mattress. It is far more comfortable to rest atop than gel memory foam (as the first layer like Eva - which retains more heat and has little bounce). This is perhaps the most important differentiator that will most certainly impact the comfort of the mattress.
Our cover is made primarily of TENCEL a sustainable, breathable and highly comforting fabric.
While Eva only operates in Australia, we have been operating across four major markets for far longer allowing us to perfect our product and serve thousands of customers.
Below are some of the key differences that the Luxe mattress has to offer in comparison to our Noa mattress:
- the bamboo charcoal infused latex layer provides additional breathability by absorbing excess moisture to help keep you cool while sleeping
- the extra layer of micro coils adds responsiveness to the body and body movements
- the zoning of the pocketed springs provides adequate support to different areas of your body, mainly to your lower back and waist, to keep your spine properly aligned
With that said, every customer is different and we couldn't guarantee that our product is just what you need. Instead, we believe that the free 100-night trial is the best way for you to find out.

Hello. I'm trying to decide between this and the Eva mattress, both are very similar.
I'm interested in Firmness and Support. I don't want something that's rock hard to lie on because I'm a side sleeper and that can create pressure issues on the hips, but also don't want something I'm going to sink too much into and my lower back won't be supported. Can somebody who actually owns one of these mattresses and has been sleeping on it for awhile comment on the firmness and 'sinkability' ..Thanks.
Edit: I tried the Koala mattress and found it to be too soft and unsupportive.

We don't recommend keeping the mattress in the box for more than a month.
