I previously had a reasonably firm mattress I think, but that mattress was getting pretty old and worn out. I never really had any neck issues and was always able to sleep on my back, no issues. I then bought a new mattress, but I'm pretty sure it was too soft. I had this mattress for about 5 or 6 years. In that time I happened to transition my sleeping habits onto my side, and of late I don't sleep very well and my neck is always sore. Especially in one certain spot. And more so when I wake up. So I bought a king and have been using it for about 1 maybe 2 months. For me, it hasn't changed anything. there was no firmness to have to get used to, and my neck and traps are still sore most mornings. I would just say it's slightly more comfortable than my previous one. But all in all, it's not for me. But Noa were really good with the refund. You just need to follow it up.Purchased in August 2020 for $900.
the mattress we purchased is incredibly comfortable and offered support in all the right spots. I woke up without back complaints after just one week. Unfortunately the mattress was just way too hot for us, despite cooling mattress toppers. Very sad we had to return it

Read more Our hybrid design - which incorporates breathable latex, cooling gel memory foam, and most importantly, pocket springs which enhance airflow - is far better for keeping you cool then traditional or foam only mattress. In addition, our mattresses were specifically designed for warmer climates. That being said, the type of bedding and mattress protector you choose will also have a significant impact on heat retention, beyond the type of mattress you use. My old mattress needed replacing. Had cost me a lot of money, but filling and jacquard fabric made sleeping too hot for me. After reading reviews decided trial a mattress in a box. Chose Noa for its breathable surfaces, natural latex then gel foam layer. Delivery was prompt. Have had it 3 weeks ... very happy with quality ... back is happy, sleeping comfort great ... not too hot anymore!

The mattress has been very supportive since we've got it and has had made a difference to our sleep quality for sure. I have recently noticed an increased partner awareness though, which wasn't present in the first few months of buying it. Nevertheless, I wouldn't take this purchase back, it's been great value for money, and our sleep is still heaps better.

I was concerned about heat build-up with new wave 'foam' mattresses. Noa is slightly warmer than my very old traditional spring mattress, but not a problem. My sleep app says that I'm getting a 10% better sleep. I require a hip replacement, but i'm too young, so I was looking for a mattress to assist with side and mainly back sleeping. I've been trying to contact Noa to cancel an order that has not yet been processed on their end. It's impossible to be able to reach someone on the phone. I've sent 2 emails and I am finding their history of sub par customer service nerve wracking. How quick are they to call back usually?

I purchased a Noa lite on 14/9. I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer service to find out about ETA, but every time I call your Australian number, it goes straight to voicemail. You can’t even be placed on hold. Emails so far have gone unanswered as well. Given the appalling service and lack of communication I’m really regretting having made the purchase. Will noa queen mattress fit into ikea queen bed frame (e.g. SONGESAND)? I know it sounds like a dumb question but the ikea mattresses are 1cm narrower and 1cm shorter. Not much, but if anyone has any experience with this would be helpful, thank you.
