Wanted a simple answer to a simple question – Ho hum, wanted some speakers for my daughter, got someone who wanted to sell me something outside my budget. Went to JB instead. Easier and friendlier.

Prompt communications and delivery – Purchased a pair of MEE M7 Pro earphones with replacement cables (wired and wireless). The owner messaged me within a few hours of placing my order to inform me that one part I had ordered was out of stock in the colour I chose. I placed the order around 7PM and the order was picked up by Auspost at 9AM the next morning. Great service from Noisy Motel.

The world where I live in, I am pretty sure I remembered it was me who made my purchase decisions, not the retailer.

Excellent product, very good service – Just purchased the fidue A73 hybrid monitor earphones on the advice of customer service at noisy motel given my budget and could not be more impressed with them. I'd never heard of the brand before but the sound is, in my opinion, cleaner than my bose over ear headphones. They're brilliant. Also great to see a local website that is cheap and has customer service that you can talk to.

The way it should be! 5*!!!! – I ordered two items, one on a Friday which I received Monday week, I then ordered another item on Tuesday morning and received it Wednesday the next day. Quick replies to emails, same day dispatch, free postage! What more could you ask for!

The best store I know – I have purchased from them many times and I have always felt like it was a very good purchase. Extremely friendly and informative staff that are always eager to help. across Noisy Motel. Within seconds of an initial enquiry I had an email in my inbox, which already had some very easy to understand questions, together with an invite to an online conversation with Billy from Noisy Motel.

Billy spent about an hour online with me, talking through all my optixons, but more importantly explaining what it all meant, and explaining various techno acronyms, concepts and how they would affect my listening enjoyment. End result, I now have an amazing setup which both complements my 702's plus provides me with the right balance of portability, connectivity, and play back quality. Fiio E12DIY plus Fiio X5 plus all the right connectors (that alone would have taken me weeks to work out properly on my own).

Billy listens to his customers, understand their real world needs, then has the ability to translate that to the best products. Billy is also very keen to maintain contact after the purchase is made, and has provided invaluable help since I received the items.

Great job Noisy Motel, in an age where client service and product knowledge is waning, Noisy Motel scores 100% - I highly recommend Noisy Motel to anyone interested in quality sound, no matter how much of a techno expert or, like me, techno idiot you are!

Great customer service – Ordered an amp/DAC combo from them and unfortunately the DAC was out of stock. I received a call from noisy motel within minutes of placing the order apologizing for the mistake, i was told that the DAC would be back in stock and shipped within a week or i could upgrade to a better DAC at a very reasonable discount which is what i chose to do. Fantastic Service and Great product – I ordered a set of MEElectronics M6P Sport-Fi (2nd Gen) In-Ear Headphones w/Mic on Thursday morning and received them on Friday. Noisy Motel who immediately responded to my email, followed-up with the manufacturer Ruark, got back to me to explain they'd told him they'd changed the carry pack's design (not mentioned on the Ruark website) and told me to return the carry pack to Noisy Motel which I did and have now received a full refund. This all took about 1 week and during the Christmas rush!

Was I happy with Noisy Motel YES very! Would I go back to them for other products YES! I would not hesitate to recommend Billy and Noisy Motel Audio.
