Clean and effective, even where traditional traps fail
I noticed signs of mice in my kitchen and was horrified. Never had to deal with this so did some research and started with traditional traps. I caught the culprit within 3 hours of setting the trap.
To my horror, one or two days later I see 2 more mice and I realised they were likely living in my couch! I put the trap behind it but the bait (peanut butter) would disappear within minutes (I kid you not!) without setting off the trap. In despair I went to bunnings to get the nooski and in 2 nights I caught 3 other mice that belonged to the lo...
Read morevely family that had moved in without invitation. The first mouse (the mum?) died outside of the trap with the ring close to the neck (though behind the front feet) but the last two mice (kids?) were smaller and died inside the trap with the ring around their mid sections. I have not caught mice since last evening so I am hoping this is it. In the meantime I ordered 2 pestrols and I hope it will repel any mice who might still be living here.- 9 reviews

Beats everything else we've tried
We have a serious mouse/rat infestation in our garage area, had used Ratsak and a number of snap traps but caught next to nothing over the last 12-18 months. All of the Ratsack packets are completely untouched, and the snap traps just got ignored. Bought the Nooski last night, lined the trap with peanut butter, and caught one within 60 minutes. Reloaded the trap and caught another one by the next morning, caught another 3 mice within 3 hours each time we reloaded it. It worked so well, I went out to Bunnings and bought more traps, just so I don...
Read more't have to worry about reloading them so often. So far, we've caught about 6-7 mice in less than 24 hours. Loading the trap up was tricky at first, but I find that after reloading it a few times it gets much easier. I only wish they had a little alarm on them or could send some kind of notification to my phone so I could change it quickly, as I find that if you don't replace the ring quickly, the other mice will gleefully step around their fallen comrades to pilfer the food out of the trap. On one hand, it's kind of good to have it that way, as I assume it lulls the mice into a false sense of security. But on the other, it's so efficient that I like to have it loaded and ready at all times. I have only had two misfires, where the green rings have been removed from the trap with no mouse to show for it. However, this is probably because I didn't fit it 100% correctly. I also notice with smaller mice it tends to snap over their midsections rather than their necks, and then they tend to die in the trap rather than moving away from it to die. Still an extremely effective trap, and I'm glad I made the purchase.- 23 reviews

Surprisingly effective!
I was hesitant to try out this product because like almost all traps I've used, they usually just tend to injure the rat instead of instantly killing them. This, of course, would leave you with the problem of an injured rat running around the house just waiting to die at some random spot. For the nooski though, all of the rats the trap caught instantly died right next to it.

Just works!
Never had to deal with a mouse in the house before so went to the local supermarket and bought a couple of conventional mouse traps and a bait station. The mouse took the food from the traps but didn't set them off but over 4 nights totally consumed the entire bait block in the bait station. He was still alive and although apparently it takes 4-6 days for the bait to kill them I was worried the mouse would die somewhere inaccessable and cause a nad smell. On the 5th day I bought a Nooski from Bunnings and put it down at the base of the dishw...
Read moreasher/kitchen cupboards where we thought he was hiding (and where the now empty bait station had been) and sure enough the next day 1 dead mouse with the Nooski rubber ring around his neck 4 inches away from the trap. Highly recommended. Easy to set without trapping fingers, reusable with extra rings and very effective!Find out how Nooski Mouse Trap compares to other Pest Control Products

Best mouse trap ever!
We had small mice in the house, and were struggling to catch them. Then heard about Nooski, and bought it from Bunnings.
Caught the first mouse in 30 minutes, and then 5 more within 24 hours...
Highly recommended...

60 minutes before our first dead mouse
I put off buying traps for so long as I'm terrified of dealing with an injured but not dead mouse. I bought three Nooski traps from Bunnings, and used the YouTube instructions, it felt fiddly at first but now I have the hang of it, I got the used trap reloaded in no time at.
I set one on the stove, one on the bench, and one under the sink, all three places I knew the mice were frequenting,
I was in the lounge room when I heard it go off. I was terrified to go in and look, but after about two minutes I did. It was definitely deceased, wi...
Read moreth the band around its neck. I used a brush & broomset (will be thrown away when done!) to put it in a plastic bag & dispose of it, zero signs of life. Works as promised. Very quick kill. Easy to set and use once you know how. I used Skippy Peanut Butter as the bait.Waste of money
Haven't caught a thing. The trap has been activated twice and both times the rubber ring was lying there without a rat in it. Used nutela as the bait and it was all gone.

Great mouse trap.
I chose the nooski because I wanted something that was kid and pet friendly.
I bought 3 from Bunnings and watched a video about how to use them. They've been great, Very easy to use and effective. I like that there's no mess and I don't have to worry about my kids or dog getting snapped by the trap.

More a novelty than a practical application ski
From nuttin sheep to rodents necks now hows that for a cool idea hey what will they think of next.
Jeez it looks so futuristicly cool like a space ship and got a cool polish cosmonoughtic name like nooski
Those little rubber bands won't drain the pockets and provide hours of entertainment, like looking for other things to do with the nooski.
As being for a legendary idea i think not. (crapski)
The nooski is definitely for the cupboard/cavity warrior that spares no quarter for self indulgement, entertainment and boasting to friends and famil...

Rubbish, don't waste your money
Several months and the Nooski trap never killed anything. Eventually put a snap trap next to the Nooski with the same bait and the very next morning caught a rat in the snap trap. Very difficult to load, always feel like it's going to snap the rubber band onto my finger. One time I checked the trap and the rubber band was missing, so presume there is rat slowly decomposing somewhere, probably in the walls.
This trap is not better than snap traps
I am a licensed pest control technician in Melbourne Victoria. One day I came across the Nooski Mouse trap at a local Bunnings warehouse. I was curious about its claims about trapping mice. I bought one and put it to test and compared it to snap traps. To my disappointment, it was not performing better than snap traps but worse.

Amazing trap!
Caught one within hours of putting this trap up. Used nutella as bait, and placed it where it was usually seen. Does exactly what it says, strangles the mouse, and it dies very close to the trap so you don't have to look very far.

Excellent, effective, must have!
Set the trap, it doesn't fail, I can get mice within 1hr of setting it & can reuse it without much fuss, mice don't notice others were killed & come for the bait. Best mouse trap ever, I have had only the one trap for 10 years & it still works perfectly!

Does exactly as advertised.
I was horrified to discover a mouse was sharing my living room on the odd night. Hated the thought of a trap that maimes the rodent & didn't like the idea of catching a live one. Bought this, set it & forgot about it thinking the mouse had gone elsewhere. One week later, I discovered the dead mouse next to the trap & although it's unpleasant, the band hits it with perfect precision. Just hoping it did die within 10 seconds. Guilt ridden!
Totally useless, don't buy it
Read the reviews, thought it would be a good buy, got it from Bunnings, now I'm looking for the receipt so I can take it back. It has gone off 6 times, no dead rat, I reset it goes off, then I find the rubber band on the ground. No dead rat... totally useless..

Nooski traps really work well !Killed about 6 !But one day the trap wet off and no band to be seen !So I fixed the problem with some fishing line on the rubber band and set the trap !In the morning the rat was tied up to the trap and couldn't go back into the wall !So all great lads !Great Nooski trap !Money well spent !!!!

Very effective, be aware of where you buy it
This is a good and effective product. However watch where you purchase it. From EBay you can pay up to $41.00 for the trap and $20 for a packet of 20 rings. From Bunnings you will pay $20.00 for the trap and $4.00 for a packet of 20 rings. I know where I bought mine.

It actually works!
I never had mice before but recently relocated near farming areas attract them to suburbs during winter. Was a little sceptical about these traps so I grabbed the Nooski and the traditional mouse traps from bunnings. Added a little bait and left it overnight. Nooski worked! One lil sucka down, those other traps on the other hand, peanut butter all nibbled off with no result. Back to bunnings for more Nooski i say!

Nooski Rat Trap
We back onto bush and we often get a rat each autumn in the roof looking for shelter. This year I tried Racumin and even though the pouches were eaten it didn't kill the rat. Then I tried traditional rat traps which were set off but did not catch anything. I then bought the Nooski Rat trap from Bunnings for $20. Left it out for 3 days and this morning I found a dead rat with the Nooski ring around its neck. Success!! Well worth the money. Environmentally friendly, pet friendly and more humane than poisons and traditional traps. Highly recommended.

Highly Effective
I bought the Nooski Mouse Trap from Bunnings for just over $10. I followed the detailed set-up instructions on the pack but also found the YouTube video very helpful. Set-up wasn't the easiest thing as the ring misfired a few times. However, once you get the hang of securing the ring, the trap works exceedingly well. I use a chocolate chip as bait. So far, 2 dead mice without mess and without struggle (to the mice or me). Very happy with this purchase.
The mice don't know what have hit them!
We wanted an alternative to poison as we didn't want our dog to eat dead baited mice. We have chickens and the mice come for the easy food and where getting out of hand. I bought this from Bunnings for around $10 plus an extra 24 bands for $3. Caught the first mouse within 6 minutes of being set! Went on to kill 6 mice in the first day. 100% success rate, no misfires. We even managed to get the first one on video and it killed it within 10 seconds. Best trap around for sure! Don't waste your time on anything else!

Fail...
It's never caught a single mouse.
I have a conventional spring trap and rhe nooski sitting sid-by-side and the conventional trap has caught/killed numerous mice... no mice have entered or tripped the nooski. It could be that they have to go right inside the nooski to trigger it, and the conventional spring trap has the bait exposed... but I'm only guessing. I never set out to compare the two types of traps... I got the conventional trap as the nooski hadn't caught anything, yet I knew there were mice around due to the mouse pooh in the cupboards.

Traps mice nice, no mess no fuss!
Wasn't after a traditional splatter type mouse trap, not interested in leaving poison baits to have them die and stink the house, especially around kids n dogs.
Innovative mouse trap that works a treat! Suffocates through the elastic band when entering trap.. easy to set trap. Nice n small so easy to align in places of activity. Mouse found dead not to far from trap either which means other mouse don't get suspicious!!
Comes with pack of 12 rings which is only imagine would be a sizeable infestation.. Easy enough to purchase additional rings if required.
Got to trap a couple of mice within 2 hours of setting the trap.. very effective and efficient
Simple to use, Perfect!
So simple and easy to use and so damn effective!
Easy to load with bait and easy to set, best part is the mouse is intact so no gross blood to clean up - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Surprised how effective this was
So I was extremely sceptical that this trap would work but I've had a extremely smart mouse that I've been trying to kill for 3 months that just would take the bait and leave a loaded snap trap behind. One afternoon with this trap was all it took, the poor mouse didn't get the chance to leave the trap. For the price (around 11 bucks Australian at Bunnings) you get the trap plus a set of rubber rings which is not too bad value. The only thing I would have to write as a negative is that the instructions on the back of the pack was not that great I had to look up on YouTube how to set it.
