Fantastic Business to deal with
Great communication and fast supply of a new Salt Chlorinator. Informative website made finding the parts i required easy. Thankful they have stock on hand and wait time was minimal. Will use this Supplier again, hassle free transaction.

Fantastic company to deal with!
Dealing with pools everyday and repairing and replacing equipment. Found this suppler to be extremely good and price is good. Delivery is prompt. Easy website to use along with having a login makes it easy.
Cheap replacement option
Aftermarket chlorinator cell was a very economical option. Steve at Nova gave good advice and delivered the product within a few days. Only been operating three days, appears to work well so far.

Great Service
I bought an Astral VX9 Replacement Cell and saved $250 from the retail price I was quoted at my local pool shop. I received delivery within 2 days and a follow up to check I received the cell. I was very impressed and have had no problems. Will definitely use Nova Chlorinators again

Great Service
.Great information and advice. Very quick delivery. Saved me lots of money and cell was easy to fit and worked straight away. The local pool shop wanted $1000 to replace and fix.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
The salt-cell product was received but it did not meet specification as per the order. Immediately contacted Steve who agreed the product sent was incorrect. He said he would sort it out and get back to me immediately. Have tried to subsequently follow-up as I never heard back. I wished I'd read the earlier reviews. I would agree that hey are a scam company. My credit card payment is still pending so am now on-line to my credit card company to advise them to cancel the transaction

Salt Cell never received...
I agree with all the negative responses to this business. I lost $895.00.
I was unable to obtain a courier tracking number after many attempts and a promise by Stephen to email this to me.
Do not trust unless your happy to throwing your money away.
I have reported them to ACCC and my bank hoping to get a refund.
Finally I wish I had seen this site before I decided to use them as I certainly would have keep away....

Do not buy anything from them! BE WARNED.
They state the parts are "Original" and "Genuine" but if that's the case they seem to be throwaway parts that decent companies don't want or they are full of it and they are cheap knock offs. I purchased a Cell from them via one of their many dodgy looking websites salt-cells.com.au and as per the other review they seem to be operating under multiple names.
Either way the cell I ordered is rubbish, and similar to the other review it looks nothing like the original, so far I've had to clean it 5 times in 6 months compared to the real genuine on...
Read moree I had that lasted me 5 years with no issues at all and very little maintenance outside the regular intervals. This one is already falling apart. When I contacted them Stephen Adler just said speak to the manufacturer and good luck getting a refund, blamed it on calcium in the water, except the issue never occurred until I installed your cell and I've had the water tested for calcium levels a few times and nothing out of the ordinary showed up for a concrete pool. Do not buy from them no matter how much money you will save, it will cost you $$$ in the long run and who knows what damage their rubbish parts do to your system and pool. And if like me you have a terrible Hayward product in the long run it's cheaper to just replace the whole unit with a newer and better brand than to keep buying their extremely expensive cells, or cheap cells from Nova Chlorinators that last 1/10 of the warranty time.

Careful as this business seems to be experienced in the game of creating umbrella companies to fool the general public and get around negative reviews. Several reviews for Pool Store Direct -https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/poolstoredirect reference this business and another (http://www.thesaltcellsite.com). I wish I knew this when I ordered, as I would have run away very quickly. Hopefully I will save other people from losing their money like me.
Ordered a chlorinator cell replacement - no issue at all with the ordering process or...
Read more delivery etc. When it arrived noticed it was the wrong colour, looked different to my previous genuine one, and to have glue applied to the top. Was immediately suspicious that it was it was some sort of refurbished cell rather than genuine. Tried it out anyway, and after 48 hours it still had not produced any chlorine. Contacted Stephen Adler via email and he suggested that the phosphates in my pool might be high. I then reduced phosphates to acceptable level in my pool, tried again, but the new chlorinator cell again produced no chlorine. Emailed Stephen Alder telling him I was returning the cell - his response was that my pool was not properly balanced - it was, the water test from my local pool shop proved that. Mailed the cell back to Greta NSW, heard nothing after 2 weeks so tried to phone a few times with no answer. Hi, in the market for a new chlorinator and looked at SALT CELLS site for a price.Received an email back from Steve who gave me a great price but after going onto Product Review sounds like it's a dud site and has too much bad feedback .. The reply i got back from Steve was from Nova Chlorinators which also sounds like a bad site to buy from.. Both sites when you go into them are basic but very similar layout. Might buy from someone else
100% agree go elsewhere. Only got my refund via my bank because I used a credit card. Definitely stay away from them. I reported them to NSW Fair Trading and ACCC and ASCS to hopefully get rid of these bad sites. Hope this helps
Yes Nova Chlorinators is Salt Cell (they operate under numerous names) Suggest you google earth their business address as it's in the middle of no where.
Thanks for the reply, have been through Greta so cann,t image a pool supply company being based there but anything is possible. he probably through he had another victim when i enquired about postage . cheers
