Worst Provider ever
We made our insurance claim early last year and dropped the car to the repairers, since that day till today it's been a year we still haven't seen our car. Upon follow up they have been sending us back and forth.
Now we are taking them to AFCA.
Never reply E-mail and message
Phone line always busy. Tried to call few times but always failed.Sent them mails plus messages and Never Reply!Maybe the company only contact you when then haven’t get the payment.

NRMA try to contact them for any thing other than paying a premium
This company has so many tactics to stop the client from communicating with a representative.CUSTOMER SERVICE is locked away behind some type of firewall so the client can not make contact when t
NRMA reports to return a call there is no timeframe even when they say someone will call within 15 minutes
I’m I alone or is this NRMA usual practice.
Worst insurance I’ve ever had
I started mid 2019 and since then I needed a windscreen replaced and it took them 6 months to actually tell oh all we are waiting for was my rego papers to approve claim, while I drive my car with broken windscreen. Finally on the 2nd of January windscreen got fixed and than 2weeks after windscreen fixed they cancelled my policy without an email, phone call or letter. The only reason I found out that my insurance was cancelled was because on 20th January Canberra had a freak hail storm and I was going to put a claim for my hail damage car, so n...ow I can’t get my car fixed. NRMA are a branch of stuck up idiots that they no idea what other people go through when they sit behind a little desk. So if you are a stuck up then NRMA IS THE INSURANCE FOR YOU!
