Got them installed in 2012.
I thought they were covered by warranty as they say but after a phone call I've found out that's covered only for 5 years they shouldn't be saying 10 years then.
Very disappointed also with customer service , a bit rude and they tried to sell me new slats( shouldn't that be covered by warranty ?) .
Won't buy anymore from here

I would recommend using another company for your shutters. They promise the world and delivery very little. Customer service is terrible, and if you do choose them ask for the warranty, as you will need it although they will not abide by there own obligations.
